Joo Young blinked her eyes as she heard a small debate between men and women.

He fell asleep in a sitting position, his head was in bed right next to Nayla's body. Both of his hands became pillows.

The man found Sua who was arguing with Min Hyuk. I don't know what they're arguing about, the man doesn't care.

He would rather turn his eyes towards the window. It was obvious that black color had colored the sky of Chuncheon city.

"Eh? Are you awake?" asked Min Hyuk who was ignored by him.

Sua was instantly silent.

He turned his gaze to the wall clock. Time has shown ten o'clock at night.

How long have I been asleep? Inner asked.

The last thing he remembered, he was playing his phone next to the bed of the girl in the coma. And started to feel sleepy, after that he did not remember anything else.

Apparently I overslept.

He looked at Nayla who was still reluctant to open her eyes.

Good evening. Sorry I overslept.

When did you wake up? Please open your eyes quickly.

The man just nodded. He could not say those words when Min Hyuk and Sua were in this room.

"Be careful, your eyes can be dislodged later," said Min Hyuk who was observing the man's gaze.

Min Hyuk got up from his seat and stood beside Nayla's bed, in front of Joo Young sitting down.

"Do you like this girl?" asked Min Hyuk who directly got a response from Joo Young, he looked at the man who asked him that.

"What do you mean?"

Min Hyuk shrugged his shoulders, "Come. It's just that I think your eyes on the girl have their own meaning" he replied.

"No! I don't like it" Joo Young said quickly.

"I know you like it."

The two men simultaneously glanced at the source of the voice that was Sua. The girl leaned her body on the back of the sofa while folding both her hands in front of her chest.

"You like him because he looks like Hyun Joo, right?" guess it.

Joo Young just kept quiet not to argue.

"I also know that your love for Hyun Joo was not a sister's affection for her. But as a man on a woman."

Sua stood up from her sitting position.

"Remember Oppa. Don't be a jerk by taking your feelings out on this girl who doesn't know anything." Sua moves in her proud doctor's coat.

"Faces can be similar, but their souls are distinctly different. Realize, Hyun Joo has been happy by God's side," he let out a long sigh.

"I'm going to check on my patients first, if something urgent calls me," she continued, then passed from Nayla's nursery.

Nayla's outpatient room door was perfectly closed along with Sua's figure that had disappeared.

"When did he know?" asked Min Hyuk who from the beginning did know what Joo Young felt like to his sister.

Joo Young just shook her head.

Min Hyuk rubbed his face violently and sat in his place again. He looked at Joo Young closely.

"Everything Sua said was true Joo. You can't like this girl just because her face looks like Hyun Joo. They're obviously different."

Joo Young was just silent.

The girl in a blue white uniform typical of a junior high school boy got out of her car so cheerfully.

Like a ponytail it floated left and right as it stepped while jumping.

The thing that makes him excited to go home after school hours is to meet his brother.

That girl is Nayla. He continued to smile until he entered the middle of his magnificent home.

But at once his steps stopped and his smile faded when he heard the clap of a voice he recognized as his father's.

Carefully, Nayla approached where the sound was coming from.

"DON'T BE CRAZY YOU NAUFAL! YOU GUYS ARE SIBLINGS. PAPA WILL NOT LET YOU DO WHAT IS FORBIDDEN IN RELIGION!"

"But reward, I really love Nayla with all my heart" argued the boy who still wears the white-gray uniform typical of High School children.

His uniform looks so messy.

"YOU'RE CRAZY! PAPA HAS SAID MANY TIMES, YOU ARE SIBLINGS. YOU MAY LOVE EACH OTHER BUT ONLY BROTHERS AND SISTERS. NO MORE."

"I LOVE NAYLA PAH. I LOVE HIM SO MUCH PAH!"

The clear thread escaped from both of his eyes.

While Nayla who heard the words of her brother could only cry while smothering her own mouth from behind the door of her father's study.

Nayla did not expect, all this time her feelings for her brother was not just a side feeling.

Nayla also loved Naufal like a woman's affection for a man. Only, he was well aware, that the feelings he had were forbidden in his religion.

In there, Robbi still continues to yell at Naufal, who is still forced to approve his relationship with Nayla, his own biological sister.

While on a long sofa not far from Robbi's desk, Wirma could only cry silently staring at her husband and son.

"FOR ALL THIS TIME, I WAS THE ONE WHO COULD TAKE CARE OF NAYLA THE MOST COMPARED TO PAPA.

Robbi and Wirma were stunned when they heard the events told by Naufal. Nayla never told them.

"WHY IS DAD SILENT? WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN ALL THIS TIME?"

Naufal smiled cynically. He continued to reply to his father's snaps with the same tone of speech as well.

"ONLY I PAH! I'M A MAN WHO LOVES NAYLA AND IS READY TO TAKE CARE OF HER. JUST ME." Naufal patted his own chest.

"I'M GOING TO TAKE NAYLA AWAY FROM THIS HOUSE IF PAPA AND MAMA STILL CAN'T RESETTLE OUR RELATIONSHIP."

Robbi's anger can no longer be contained. Without warning, the man's broad hand landed smoothly on Naufal's left cheek. Leaving the pain and heat from the former slap. Instantly her cheeks were reddened.

Nayla pushed the door of her father's study roughly. Making the three people who were inside the room distract them.

Nayla walked slowly and rested in front of her father.

"Don't hit brother pah" said the girl pleading.

"And sister," Nayla looked up at Naufal's two swollen beads.

"Don't talk about this again. Hurry up and apologize to our papa."

Naufal shook his head slowly.

"No! Don't say it's Nay. We have to fight for our feelings" he said, pulling Nayla's arms to help her stand face to face.

"What feelings do you mean? I don't have any more feelings for brother."

Clear thread dripped from both of his eyes.

A lie! Nayla's lying. Every time the girl lied, her tears would just escape even if not in a sad atmosphere. And Naufal knew it well.

"Don't lie! I can see from your eyes and this book, too" the man showed Nayla's diary, which he now had in his grasp.

"It is clear in this book that you love me more than your own brother. Aye right?"

Nayla was silent just crying. Naufal gripped both of Nayla's shoulders tightly without her noticing. Makes Nayla grimace in pain.

"ANSWER NAYLA!" He snaps at the girl.

Without listening to her snaps, the girl brushed off the grip of Naufal's hand so violently. He sat back down at his father's feet.

"Papa please. I'm sorry and brother. We promise to forget our feelings."

Naufal's anger grew bigger when he heard the girl's words.

He pulled Nayla's right arm so violently that the girl was forced to get up from her seat and pull her out of the room.

Robbi and Wirma are shocked by Naufal's uncontrolled actions. They followed the steps of Naufal and Nayla who are now in the parking lot.

Nayla groaned in pain as she tried to remove her hand from her brother's grasp.

But his strength could not match the strength of Naufal's hand.

Naufal opened the front door of his car and pushed Nayla's body violently until she sat inside.

The man got into his car and drove his car out of the yard.

Leaving Robbi and Wirma increasingly worried so decided to catch up with them in another car.

"DON'T YOU PLEASE DON'T DO THIS!"

Nayla yells at Naufal, who is now increasing the speed of her car.

But the man ignored his words.

The car continued to split the city streets more and more road users because the time had shown at five in the afternoon, the time where the workers disperse.

Nayla bit her lower lip as she grew more and more afraid of Naufal, who was going crazy about the speed of her car.

"So I'm afraid" said the girl softly.

But again Naufal did not listen to him.

"I can't live without you, Nay" he glanced at Nayla at a glance and looked back, "I love you so much" he continued.

Nayla heard that. A little bit of happiness in his heart, but the greatest sense of sin he felt.

"YOU STOP OR I'LL STOP LOVING YOU!"

The girl's strangulation that distracted Naufal so that he could no longer control the speed of his car.

Unknowingly he pressed the steering wheel of his car to the right until it went off the road. The car was stretched until finally the right part of the car hit hard on the concrete fence of the residents' houses in the neighborhood.

Luckily when Naufal's car rolled to the right, there were no road users from the right side of the road. Therefore, there were no other victims other than just the two of them.

The condition of the car is destroyed. All the car's glass broke. And more para on the right where Naufal sat.

Their accident invited the excitement of the surrounding community. Some adult men forced open the left car door, where Nayla was sitting.

The girl's head was flowing fresh blood. Nayla, who was still conscious, tried to open her painful eyes.

He found Naufal's left hand on his front. He recalled, when the car was shrewd, the man held his body position so as not to hit the dashboard.

He glanced to his right and found Naufal's face covered in blood.

The man was unconscious.

Nayla's tears just escaped when she saw her brother's condition. But a second later, the girl was finally unconscious.

Joo Young, who was contemplating Sua's words an hour ago, was surprised to find the girl still lying stiff on the patient's bed, shedding tears.

His right hand moved several times.

The man quickly pressed the emergency button in the patient's room.

No need to wait a long time, Sua and the two nurses assigned to care for Nayla went straight in and checked the health condition of the girl.

Nayla's health is starting to improve.

He slowly opened his eyes, which had been closed for three days.

Sua and the two nurses were shocked. Just like Joo Young who stared in disbelief that the girl had been aware of the condition of her coma.

Both of Nayla's eyes moved to look at the doctor and two nurses who were checking her condition. The girl heard the three women in front of her speak a language she did not understand.

Sua smiled at Joo Young.

"He's dead" Sua said.

Joo Young approached closer to the patient's bed. He looked at the bead of the girl's eyes which looked puzzled.

"You-you're the-what?" nayla said with a hoarse and slow voice.

Sua and the two nurses stared confused at what Nayla said. They did not understand the language used by the girl.

Joo Young looks happy now.

"I'm your future husband" said the man who made Sua more curious about what they said.
