Lost Memory

David waited for Alana to come to her senses, she didn't go anywhere. As the doctor said, it's likely that Alana will lose her memory when she regains consciousness and she doesn't want that to happen. The feelings of anxiety and fear he was incessantly feeling. Honestly, compared to the memory loss, she was actually afraid that Alana was in a coma. It's worse than memory loss.

I don't know how long David hasn't known. He forgot his job, the important meeting he had to attend was canceled. All that feels unimportant anymore because the most important thing at the moment is the state of Alana. David also finds out that Veronica has escaped to another place. Veronica will definitely find him and the woman will have to take responsibility for what he has done.

Alana who was in between dream and reality after the accident opened both eyes slowly, a very foreign place, out of nowhere she was at the moment. Alana looked around, a man was sitting next to her but it was like he was asleep. Wh who? There were a lot of questions and he didn't remember anything.

Strange, he doesn't even know who he is. His name he does not remember. Alana held onto her aching head, what exactly happened to her? Suddenly thirsty, Alana looked at David and the glass on the table. It seemed like he would inevitably have to ask the foreign man for help.

"Hey, you're the one there!" Alana calls David to ask for his help.

"Hey, you're the one there and the one that looks stingy!" alana shouted again because David did not respond.

David woke up, hurriedly approaching Alana who was already conscious with a delighted expression. Finally the girl came to her senses as well, she looked relieved because what she was afraid of did not happen.

"Are you okay, Alana?" david asked, he hoped Alana was okay.

"Well, get me some water!" alana Pinta.

David moves quickly, picks up the glass and then gives it to Alana. He also helps Alana until the girl gulps down the water. It seems Alana is fine but Alana's question just makes her surprised.

"Who are you? Why am I here?" alana asked as she looked at David with a suspicious look.

"Didn't you remember me, Alana?"

"Where do I know who you are. Anyway why am I here and why don't I remember anything?!"

"You don't remember anything?" David scrunched his forehead, it seems that what the doctor predicted was very true if Alana would have amnesia.

"If I remember then I won't ask you! Now who are you, and who am I?!" ask Alana.

David hasn't answered, does Alana really remember anything? Or is he just pretending to trick her? But judging from her slightly changed nature, it seems that Alana is not pretending.

"Jawab, why are you quiet?!" yell Alana. His nature had actually turned even fiercer than before.

"No need to scream, I'm your fiance!" answer David.

"Seriously?" yelled Alana in disbelief.

"Why scream like that? Don't you believe it?"

"Of course I don't believe it. You look stingy, am I crazy about getting engaged to a stingy guy like you?"

"You!" David is very upset that Alana does not want to get engaged to him. Even though Alana is losing her memory and even though they are not fiancees, it still feels upsetting. Despite being in a state of memory loss, Alana still acts annoying.

"If so what's my name, age and why would I get engaged to a stingy guy like you?!"

"Ck, I'm not stingy so don't just talk!"

"Well, what's my name and yours?" Alana looked at him with a fierce look.

"David, don't forget the name of your fiance and you're Alana, Alana Douglas so don't forget!"

"What's? Why is my name so ugly?!" yelled Alana did not accept.

"What do you mean ugly?"

"I don't like the last name, it doesn't feel good to hear!" alana.

"Absolutely, don't just talk!" irritated, David pinched Alana's right cheek and left cheek.

"Hey, sick. Don't bully cool people!" Alana held David's hand with one hand.

"Your mouth is getting chatty!" david said without concern for Alana's cry.

"Please, this man is not only stingy but an oppressor!" yell Alana.

"Master, it's not good to bully the sick!" the nurse approached Alana where David had already stepped back.

"What's your situation, Miss?" ask the nurse.

"Not good, what happened to me?" ask Alana.

"Miss had an accident, didn't this Master say so?" ask the nurse.

"I'll talk to him and now call the doctor because there's something I'm going to talk about!" said David.

"Okay, sir," the nurse came out of the room leaving David and Alana.

"Hey, did I have an accident?" ask Alana.

"Yeah" David came back to Alana and sat by her side. Alana's hand in hand, David looked at her seriously.

"I've neglected to take care of you Alana, I'm sorry. I should have been able to protect you but I let this happen. I really didn't expect that sneaky guy would do such a heinous thing to harm you."

"Who's sneaky? What's your affair?" guess Alana.

"I don't have an affair!"

"So, what really happened and what did you mean?"

"Let's talk again, but listen to me carefully. Other than me you can't trust anyone you don't know. Youunderstand?"

"Why can't it? Why should I trust you?"

"Didn't you trust me right now, Alana?"

"Of course I don't believe it, you could have cheated me right now and said you were your fiancee."

"For that, I'm not lying" David said, but he was actually lying.

"alright, fine. I feel weird, give me time to digest all this" Alana said. Although only that man was by her side but she should not believe it so easily.

"Alright, rest. I'll talk to the doctor about your situation."

"My hands and feet?" Alana saw one leg and her hand that could not be moved.

"Your legs and hands will heal, no need to worry."

"All right, thank you" said Alana.

"No need to thank you, all because of me!" David lowered his head and gave a kiss on Alana's forehead, "I'll always be with you and take care of you and from now on, I won't let you experience anything like this again. I promise you," he said again.

Alana just kept quiet, why did she feel so foreign to what the man was doing? What because he has no memory of anything or maybe they are not fiancees. He'd better rest for a while, maybe his memory will come back when he wakes up later.

David was still sitting by Alana's side, until the girl fell asleep and when the doctor came inside, David went to talk about Alana's state of memory loss.

"How is the doctor, how long will he have such a thing?" ask David.

"We'll see, sir. It could have been like that due to the shock he was going through. If that's the case, then things could go back to normal."

"So that means he won't have memory loss for so long?"

"We'll see, hopefully it's like that from shock."

David nodded, eyes fixed on Alana. She hopes Alana's memory returns soon so she remembers everything. As he said, from now on he will take care of Alana and take care of her until she recovers.
