An Offer From Grandma

David took a bath in a hurry, not usually his grandmother came to visit his house. Usually he would be asked to go home if his grandmother missed but today, he came instead. There must be something, she was really suspicious of her grandmother's sudden destination.

Once out she was looking for was her grandmother but the grandmother was not there. Strange, David was looking for Alana but the girl was not there. His grandmother's car is still outside. David is unsuspecting, but instead searches for Alana in his room because he thinks Alana is hiding in there.

Alana who just got a tempting offer from the grandmother had not answered the offer given by David's grandmother. The old woman will pay off all Alana's debts as long as the girl leaves from there. All that was done so that Veronica could be close to David and so that David was not captivated by his servant.

"Why are you silent, isn't this a very lucrative offer for you?" ask the grandmother.

"Give me some time to think, ma'am," Alana said.

"Other thing you want to think about? Shouldn't you be happy with this offer? All your debt to David is paid off and you don't have to be his servant anymore!" Veronica already knew a little about this but what she did not know was the amount of the girl's debt.

"I know, Madam. It's a very good offer for me but I have to think about it well. Someone always tells me that nothing is free in this world so give me time to think about it" Alana said. He doesn't want to make the wrong decision. Do not let him be free from David but he is bound to others and more cruel than David. Something that is given freely in large quantities is tempting but he is afraid, there is a reason that will happen in the future.

"I gave you this offer because I don't like you being at David's house so you don't have to be afraid. Just call it your debt then all paid off. Anyway the money will fall into my granddaughter's hands so I don't mind anymore!" ellen said, She hoped that Alana would accept her offer and leave her grandson's house immediately.

"Is that the only reason the Madam wants to help me? I'm just a regular waiter like the others even I'm sure before I worked with David, he must have had a few other female servants so how different was I from them?"

"No need to ask why, just tell me how much you owe. How much I'm gonna pay so don't buy time before David finds out about this!"

Alana thought hard. All this time he really wanted to be free from David because he could not stand the nature of the man. Should he take this golden opportunity? All of his debts were paid off and he was no longer tied to anyone even he did not need to work with David until his entire life.

David comes out of Alana's room because he doesn't find the girl's whereabouts but he is surprised to find Alana coming inside with a lethargic expression. David immediately stepped closer to Alana and stood before her, of course the girl just lowered her head and did not dare to look at her face.

"Where from? What are you doing?" ask David.

"I'm the one who took her out for a minute!" said the grandmother who also stepped in.

"Don't bother my waitress, Grandma. What exactly does Grandma want?" David pulls Alana's hand until Alana stands behind him.

"It is not good for a master to touch the hand of his servant!" said the grandmother while looking at Alana with an unhappy look. Maybe it was David's treatment of the girl that made Veronica ask for her help.

"He's my servant, so it's up to me to treat him like he is!"

"David, a waitress is a waitress not a woman you can sleep with!" her grandmother shouted angry.

"No need to get stale, now tell me what's the purpose of grandma coming here?"

"Hm, I'm sorry if I interrupted Mr and Madam's conversation. Excuse me, I haven't finished cooking yet" Alana said. It is better to go than to be among them and hear the debate of the grandchildren and grandmothers.

"What an impolite waiter!"  said the grandmother.

"Go, finish your work!" David let go of Alana's hand, of course the girl immediately ran away.

"Now tell me, what is Grandma talking to him about?" david asked as he walked to the sofa.

"Since when did Grandma care about this and from where did grandma know I was taking a new waitress. Did Veronica visit Grandma?" david asked suspiciously.

"Is he the only one who can give me information? What else isn't?"

"That's it, don't get stale. Grandma's better get home!"

"Braven grandchild, how dare you throw grandma out!" the grandmother's wand knocked back on the floor in anger.

"alright, fine. Grandma can stay over if you want!"

"Not so, go home. Just a few more days of Veronica's birthday so you have to go home."

"What does Veronica's birthday have to do with my return?" david asked in wonder.

"Grandmother wanted to surprise him. It's a great birthday party so you should go home!"

"Grandmother is too much, don't waste money on unimportant things!"

"What do you mean it doesn't matter? Veronica was your best friend, her grandmother was also my best friend so she deserves a great birthday party!"

"As for Grandma, I don't want to interfere!" David is moving,

"You should go home, David. Watch out if you don't but remember, you can't bring that waitress!" her grandmother also moved.

"As far as I'm willing to take who, Grandma has no right to prevent!"

"Don't embarrass our family just because you brought a waiter!" Ellen says it by shouting so that Alana can hear. What a spicy mouth, like his grandson. It seemed like they were lacking in sugary foods, did he have to feed David a lot of sugar from now on?

"I'll be home later, Grandma. So don't make trouble in my house!"

"You are truly a cruel grandson!" ellen's steps came to a halt as David also stopped his steps.

Alana put down the last meal she made, whether to be eaten or not, which is sure the task is done. Alana was reluctant to look in their direction, she was even more happy not to be near the two of them.

"From Grandma's chatter, we better just eat!"

"No need, grandma wants to go home instead of eating food that already looks bad!" grandmother says.

"I told you, don't make a fuss in my house!"

Ellen stared at Alana sharply, her eyes gesturing for the girl to know herself and leave immediately. Alana looked down again, the arrival of the woman was unexpected and of course the extraordinary offer she got from Grandma David.

David leads his grandmother to the door, while Alana goes into the room. He's gonna take a break. Maybe this could be his last day in the house and maybe not. David rushes inside after dropping off his grandmother, now it's time to find out what his grandmother was talking about with Alana. He was sure that something was discussed by his grandmother with Alana and that wetting she should not know.
