Veronica who did not accept went to see someone, of course, she met David's grandmother. Because he and David have been friends for a long time so he knows all of David's family. David's mother is dead but his father is married again.

David, who did not accept his mother being dumped by his father while sick, prefers to leave his family and do business on his own. With a little money given by his late mother, David started his business from the bottom and he was able to succeed after falling awake for many years therefore, he, he does not like the attitude of Alana who gives up easily. She had already tasted the bitter sweetness of life which is why she was being harsh on Alana but Alana actually thought the man was bullying her.

The fearful Veronica could not have David make good use of this, only Grandma David could help her and she would definitely kick Alana out of the man's house. The arrival of Veronica is certainly welcomed by the family of David especially the grandmother who has loved Veronica since long ago.

"Grandmother, I came and I brought Grandma's favorite meal," Veronica put the food on the table and hugged Ellen Douglas.

"Why did you come alone, where's David?" ellen asked while looking for her granddaughter's whereabouts.

"I came alone, Grandma," Veronica sat down by Ellen's side, she had to earn the old woman's sympathy and get support from her.

"Why? Doesn't David want to accompany you?"

"David?" Veronica looked down and was sad.

"What's wrong? You guys didn't fight, did you?" ask Ellen suspiciously.

"No, Grandma. Our relationship is fine but David doesn't care about me lately" Veronica said.

"Why? Does she have a boyfriend? Can't you get his heart yet?"

"It's not so, Grandma. David?" Veronica again looks sad so that David's grandmother is more compassionate with him.

"Say, what really happened? Grandma will help you if she can."

"Is right? Is Grandma going to help me?" Veronica looks happy and her face looks radiant.

"Of course, Grandma will also help you get David if you need to."

"Thank you, Grandma," Veronica was really happy, she finally got help getting Alana out of David's life.

"So tell Grandma what happened?"

"Grandmother, do you really want to help?" Veronica began to persuade.

"Of course" said Ellen.

"Listen, Grandma. I'll be having a birthday soon. Is Grandma going to help me?"

"I told you I'd help, so just say it."

Veronica smiled sweetly, but behind that sweet smile was stored a cunning. He should have done that a long time ago, he really didn't think about it but now, although it's a little late he can definitely make David his own of course with the help of the grandmother.

Without anyone knowing what Veronica was planning, David went to the office as usual. Alana also got a task to bring lunch, of course it is bad news for Alana because she knows there will be another penalty waiting.

Alana was very upset but she had no choice so inevitably she had to go to deliver food. Hopefully there are no annoying protests, he intends to go home immediately after delivering the food but David's words are an indisputable order.

"Sit down and stay there!" the order was also denied, if directly obey without arguing first is not Alana's name.

"I want to go home, I have a lot of work!" alana.

"I said, sit there!" david looked at him sharply.

David was really busy, he didn't realize that Alana was asleep and after she finished, David stepped onto the sofa and shook his head to see the former young lady sleeping so soundly. Good, really good. Asked to wait a while he slept. His snoring voice was even heard.

The food was definitely cold, but David still enjoyed it and did not wake Alana up. Let the girl sleep because there's a penalty waiting. Alana's sleep was really good, she didn't even realize that David had finished eating and doing his work on the sofa while occasionally looking at her.

"Bad guy, stingy. If I were a witch, would I magic you into a fat and ugly dwarf!" alana said in her delirium.

David looked at it, very good. He wants to hear more because one bad word about him then Alana will pay a penalty later. Alana was still blabbering incoherently until she finally woke up when someone knocked on the door and went inside.

"Good, go back to sleep. I'll wake up when I want to go home" David sneered.

"Ti-No, I didn't accidentally," hopefully not a penalty, hopefully not. He was hopeful because it wasn't his fault either.

"It's okay, I've counted all the penalties you have to pay so go back to sleep."

"What's? I didn't mean it so don't give me a penalty" Alana said.

"No way, every mistake you make is still given a penalty!"

"Please, the most good and handsome boss. There's no penalty this time, okay? You'll be more handsome if you do good" Alana tried to persuade with her sweet words.

"No!" reject David.

"Curtain, shit!" Alana is upset.

"One swear, one hundred dollars. Very profitable business, Alana. Your debt is over two million dollars now!"

"What?" alana shouted in surprise.

"Are you crazy?" yell Alana again.

"No, you can count it yourself."

"It sucks!" alana said as she moved.

"Where are you going?"

"Go home, I'd go crazy if I was with you for too long. Every second, there's always a penalty I get so I'd better just go home!" alana was upset.

"Don't forget to do your job properly!" said David.

"No need to be reminded!" yelled Alana annoyed. The door was about to be slammed but not because of the weight.

"Hey, where to eat. If you don't bring it home then a penalty awaits!" shouted David.

Alana went back inside with a feeling of great annoyance. He did not even want to look at David and take the dining place on the table of course while nagging. Alana was really upset but David smiled faintly at Alana.

"Hm!" Alana snorted and walked away.

David's smile widened, why did he feel so much fun to upset Alana? But Alana's attitude like that is better than her attitude that is down and desperate. Alana returned home while calculating the penalty she got. Damn, it really has been a lot until he himself could not count it.

It was very upset but when he came back, he was surprised by an old woman sitting in the living room. The old woman stared at him with a hostile look. Who is that old lady?
