Almira's Regret

Almira's Regret
The Painful Meeting

Mira had just finished washing when her door was knocked. Fahmi's house flyer used by Mira. Soon he dried his hands and opened the door.

"Sir Hasan?" asked Mira who was astonished to see Adelia's driver early in the morning was already there. Even the sun has not shown its light.

"I was asked by Mr. Fahmi to pick up Mira."

"What's the matter?"

"Non Syafa is fussy while you have to leave for Malaysia immediately."

"Wait a minute!" Mira walked quickly to get her bag. Lock the door and get in the car. At first glance Mira looked at the curious neighbor while blasting her lips. Already Mira does not want to focus to look good in people's eyes. It is up to them to judge what.

The car arrives at Fahmi's house and Mira's gasps descend as Syafa's cries are heard all the way to the door. Some people with sleepy faces were there trying to calm him down.

"Assalamualaik." Everyone turned to the door. Where a beautiful woman wearing a mocha-colored gamis complete with hijab dangling is walking closer. Fahmi blinked his eyes because he looked at Mira for too long. "Dec Shafa, Brother Mira has something in the bag to look at?" Mira immediately focused on Syafa. Ignoring the gazes of those who were amazed to see him.

The boy who was in Fahmi's sling turned up. "What's eagle?" Miraculously the boy immediately asked to be taken down from the sling.

"Sir Mira brought his favorite meal of the Syafa Deck." Mira brought out some of Syafa's favorite rainbow cupcakes. The boy immediately shouted in excitement.

Fahmi used the opportunity to leave. As if aware that his father was leaving, Syafa turned to his father's direction, followed and again whined to follow. Fahmi aligns his body with the child trying to give understanding again. "Dad's just going to work, dad's going home later in the afternoon."

"But I brought a suitcase," Shafa cried and refused to leave. "No. Dad wants to leave me, right?"

Mira approaches and tries to persuade who knows to enter. Because it was persuaded Adelia was not able to. "What if we take you to the airport. Let's go get Dad back there. Dad won't leave the Syafa Deck. Isn't it dad?" They both looked at Fahmi asking for answers.

Adelia who was just scratching her head who did not itch suddenly nosy photographing scenes of Mira and Fahmi squatting each other in front of Syafa. Percis' mother and father were persuading her son.

"Yes, dad will be back. Shafa and Aunt Adel pick up dad at the airport."

"That means now we're going to take Dad?" ask Syafa.

Mira gently wiped off Syafa's remaining tears and nodded, "can you?"

The three of them did not realize that their scene made the workers who had gathered to calm Syafa into messem-mesem.

"May, but you'll have to go back and go to school."

They boarded the same car to drive Fahmi to the airport. Sya sat on Fahmi's lap in the front cabin. Mira and Shafa's nanny sit in the middle cabin.

Fahmi turned to look at Mira who was rubbing her stomach while muttering reciting a verse he got from guru naji. Mira changed a lot, more cheerful look, more relaxed look, even the speech is so calm.

"Sorry, I have to pick you up at dawn" Fahmi said.

Mira raised her face and nodded then lowered her gaze. They are not bound but fill each other. Look at the way they treated Syafa, it didn't take long for the boy to stick and obey Mira.

The car arrived at the airport, and Syafa remained determined to see his father and board the plane. "Look at me from here, yeah, you're gonna get in that door. Later tonight pick up dad again here huh." Fahmi.

"God willing, pray that your journey is safe. At home do not be naughty with mbak and sister Mira yes. Don't forget after this school. Father's son is good, father has no bad son." Fahmi looked at his two babysitters and thanked them for working well.

"Together, Sir. Good luck to the destination." Only the nanny answered because Mira was busy staring at the direction pointed by Syafa.

"Syafa dad's leaving ya." Fahmi says goodbye and then does a chek-in.

Mira did not understand what Syafa had pointed out. The tiny index finger was moving irregularly.

"Would you eat something like that?" ask the caregiver who knows better what Syafa has pointed to.

"yes."

"What's wrong, Ma'am?" ask Mira.

"That's bread,"

"Oooohhhh want that bread, yes have been waiting here as well as mbak, let brother Mira who bought."

"Let me, Dek Mira. You're pregnant again."

"No papa, Ma'am. I am not pregnant, I am not sick. Walk around his legs so as not to ache," said Mira to the stand of the baker.

There are two lines in line and inevitably Mira comes in line. Apparently the bread belonging to one of these artists is quite famous and tasty. Judging from the many queues that have not run out since. Mira lowered her head while turning off her phone until it was her turn to order.

"The potion is four, mbak, the drinking water is also four."

The queue next to Mira did the same, but something caught Mira's attention. That sound? Mira turned to the man who was mentioning the order. Mira shuts her mouth in disbelief. Dion's? that man was the Dion he was looking for a few months ago. But finally Mira chose to give up when the search did not yield results.

Just as Mira was about to say hello, the sound of the little ones approaching towards them was like stopping Mira's blood rate. What did the kid call Dion? Daddy's?

Mira also saw a beautiful-looking woman with a very attractive body approaching them. Much different than himself.

Mira looked down at her already protruding belly. No tears suddenly fell. Luckily the bakery waiter called her name and gave Mira an order. Gegas Mira stepped up with a raging mind. Among happy, met again with Dion, angry because the man never met and now he had to be disappointed with the condition of the man.

Dion is married and it's real. Mira sees for herself how the man she loves treats the little boy and the girl. It's sweet but not on him.

"This is the bread, wait in the car yes, sister Mira wants to go to the bathroom first." Mira handed the bread packet to Shafa's nanny.

"Dek Mira what's wrong?" ask the nanny who saw the suspicious behavior from Mira. His attitude was not as calm as before when they had not separated.

"Sir, I just want to go to the bathroom. Just a minute."

Without waiting for an answer, Mira immediately searched the bathroom. He entered after finding her. He did not waste the desire but he wanted to wash his face to relieve tightness in the chest.

When Mira came out a hand immediately pulled Mira's hand away from the crowd.
