Andrean frowned confused because suddenly Angel talked about it on the phone. Previously the girl herself said that she wanted to stop working and fully carry out her role as a wife.
"Why did you change your decision?"
"Engggh, i-i-i--"
Angel thought hard to find the right reason to answer the husband's question.
Gesty crossed her chest waiting for her sister to finish talking. He had to make sure his own brother really obeyed his wishes.
"I don't want to get bored at home. But I promise I'll divide the time well,"
Angel bit her lips fretting when she heard her husband sigh long.
"Andrean's..."
"We need to talk about this at home later,"
Angel closed her eyes for a moment and then looked down. He nodded slowly, Andrean probably wanted to speak more clearly to her in person, not over the phone like this.
"Yes, Andrean. I'm sorry I interrupted your time,"
Angel closes the call. Then looked at her already impatient brother waiting for his answer.
"Sister, Andrean can't agree yet. We'll talk at home again,"
"Ck!"
Gesty clucked in annoyance. If Andrean hasn't allowed it now, there's a chance Andrean won't allow Angel to work after they talk at home.
Gesty growled in annoyance. He was made to wait by Andrean. Gesty screeched looking at her sister sharply. He hurried to leave Angel.
Angel breathed a sigh of relief. Angel was grateful that her brother was gone. He decided to sit down first before going home to dispel his fears.
Angel spent fifteen minutes in a park chair before leaving the campus garden.
"Suddenly I miss Mom. Better before I go home, I go to Mom's grave first," he muttered enthusiastically to vent his longing with Lianne who had been buried with the ground.
His last visit to Lianne's tomb was before marriage. He went there to ask his mother for permission before stepping into marriage with Andrean. In addition to asking for permission, Angel often went to his mother's grave to pray and share her daily stories. Although the mother could not respond to the story, but she was relieved to have issued all her complaints and affliction to the woman who gave birth to it.
Angel smiled at her mother's grave. He lowered his body beside the tomb. He began to pray to God for his mother.
"Mother, how are you today? I hope it's always good. And you're not sick anymore, are you?"
Angel began to invite the figure of his mother who no longer exists in this world to talk.
"I miss Mom. I miss Mom's hug, the gentle swab Mom gave me in my head when I did something wrong and before I went to bed. I miss the spirit that Mom always gave me so I could reach my dreams as high as possible. I never get tired of saying, thank you Mom for everything you've given me. Because of Mom, I can be strong like this,"
Angel scoops up as much oxygen as possible when the fluid in her nose starts to fill up. He could never help crying when he met his mother. Not He could not let go of his mother, but He only missed. He misses the presence of a beautiful angel in his life.
"Mother's name will always be in my prayer. It's quiet there. Wait for me, Mom. May we both meet again in the most beautiful place. And can hug each other again, with Grandma too,"
"I love you and love you, Mother."
