During the day when the sun was starting to get hot, Rika was surprised by the happy news from the doctor. His grandfather only had minor injuries and only needed external medicine to heal bruises and abrasions on his face and legs.

" Great, Grandpa is okay, thank God. That means you can go home, right, cake?"

" Yes, but wait for the cure." Grandpa Rika said as she stroked Rika's long and beautiful hair.

" Grandpa, Rika, you guys wait here. I'll take the cure, then we go home." Bono then stepped out of Rika and her grandfather in the patient waiting room.

" Rika, grandfather is relieved now that you've found the right person for you. Now grandfather's task in this world is done. Grandpa should leave you. Punto said in his heart, then let go of his last breath without giving a sign of his death to Rika or Bono.

Up to half the way from the hospital, Bono broke the silence in the car. She braked her car gently, hoping to wake Rika up from her sleep.

" Eh, what's up Bono? Did you see anything?" Rika asked as she rubbed her eyes, as her vision blurred after waking up from her sleep.

" Rika, it seems like Grandpa is feeling tired. Her sleep seems so good." Guess Bono to Punto after seeing from the rearview mirror in his car.

Rika went back to sleep and spoke Bono's words briefly.

" Yes Bono."

Bono gave a small smile, hoping Rika accompanied him to talk along the way, but Rika instead went back to sleep.

Arriving at the village border, Bono begins to feel suspicious of the sleeping Punto but seems to be stomach and chest does not appear to expand deflating the sign of breathing. He stopped his car and tried to wake Rika up by calling her.

" Rika, Rika.. Awake."

" Hemm.. What's up Bono? Arrived yet?" Rika said while wriggling stretching her body muscles.

" Try checking on your grandfather, I seem to feel something bad happening to him."

" Grandfather, cake.." Rika tries to wake Punto up, but Punto doesn't move a bit.

" Rika, check her heartbeat. Looks like.."

" Why Bon? All right, I'll check it out. Sorry about the cake." Rika put her grandfather's left hand to her neck and then she hugged Punto and put her ear on Punto's left chest.

" How's Rika?" Bono began to worry about what would happen after that.

" Bonos! Grandpa? Grandpa is dead!" Rika then cried hugging Punto tightly.

" What? Could it be Rika? The doctor said Grandpa's okay."

Bono got out of his car and rushed to the back to check on Punto.

After trying various ways to restore Punto's heartbeat, Bono felt a sense of despair. He realized it too late.

" Grandfather!!! Don't leave Rika Cake!! Grandpa!!!" Rika cried out in tears lamenting Punto's departure.

Bono tries to calm Rika down from screaming again which will invite people to come towards her car.

" Rika, calm your heart first. No cry. I'm still here. Let's continue the journey home. Do not invite the attention of the people. When we get home, we'll announce Grandpa's death."

" Good Bono." Rika nodded her head then hugged Punto back tightly.

" Rika, Grandpa, I'm sorry. I didn't realize everything. But it's all too late. Ba****an, you will take care of all your deeds! How dare you betray me! I'll find you and kill you!" Shouted Bono inwardly, feeling great anger at the betrayal and lies of the doctor as well as the nurse who became his friend."
