ABHIMANYU WORLD

ABHIMANYU WORLD
Chapter XXXVIII: Dream Grey

On a clear Friday afternoon, the glow of the afternoon sun began to docked to the western horizon. The campus parking lot that became a gathering point began to be crowded with camp participants. Excitedly I carried a backpacker bag on loan from Doni. Can't wait to breathe the cool air in Malang City. I hope, the bad events in Pasuruan some time ago did not happen again.

Not only myself, everyone also seemed cheerful to bring his best smile. Irrawan with his cool look like a celebrity who is traveling again, Rini with her crisp laugh like tengginang, Dervish who looks innocent wearing flip-flops, and Dahlia who ....

Loh, where's Dahlia? I haven't seen him before?

I circled around the gathering point, hoping that Dahlia would be tucked away somewhere unknown to me. But the traces of Dahlia I did not find at all. Worries are starting to rise. Could Dahlia not come to Malang? I saw yesterday that he was healthy and excited. Or maybe he changed his mind?

“All ready? Please everyone get on the bus! Let not be too late to reach Malang!” tweet Irawan through TOA.

At the camp, he was responsible as the field coordinator. No wonder, in the next few days he will be very chatty to set us up.

One by one, the children began to board the bus. My mind is still in a state of unease. Dahlia did not appear either. If he doesn't join the camp, I can lose my confidence later. Anyway, I need to back up a tough woman like her.

“Bi, you didn't ride?” bring Darwis. He was ready to step onto the bus.

“You ride first ....,”ujarku without turning.

“Against Suri? I think I saw him,” continued Darwis.

“Where? How did I not meet?”

“You are from earlier wara-wiri not clear ...” said Darwis with a wicked smile.

Darwis, you've never eaten sandals?

I'd love to throw Darwis's mouth slippers! Wara-wiri is unclear? From this afternoon I have been persecuted by transportation and all the trivial equipment, now it is said wara-wiri unclear?

Alright. I forgive this time.

I wanted to call you on the phone, but I dropped it. Let Dahlia not come. Maybe his condition has not fully recovered, so he needs to rest. Unfortunately, Dahlia's absence made the thought shift a little sane. I feel like a released fawn in the savannah of Africa. Surely, I am easy prey for lions, hyenas, or cheetahs.

Thirty minutes later, the bus we were riding on crept down a smooth paved road that was wide enough. We left Surabaya to Malang along with the birds that returned to the nest. The atmosphere on the bus was still boisterous, full of jokes. Some were engrossed in the device, some were engrossed in eating snacks, and some were wailing indistinctly on the back bench, with a guitar playing.

I tried to close my eyes, ignoring the chaos around me. Really, it's a very draining day. I looked like a romusha all day. Almost broken legs here and there handle all the preparations. The transport department reported that the bus loan was cancelled, forcing a runaway to contact some travel agents who rented the bus. Not to mention the bus problem, the equipment section reported that the number of tents was insufficient. Then the other section reports about this - it's not very important.

Maybe I thought I was Captain America?

But how else? I'm the chairman of this event. The slightest responsibility would be placed on my shoulders. My existence is very vital.

As a result of such a blind report, I was in a hurry to eat lunch . Just five bribes, the phone has been roaring to be lifted. Then it can be ascertained lost already taste. I left that plate of stained chicken rice. The phone does not stop vibrating, making the brain sanity suddenly in the end stage stress phase . If I had stood in the middle of the Suramadu bridge, I would have jumped and let my lungs explode due to lack of oxygen.

“Candy?” tawar Darwis is sitting next to me.

He offered five sweets that could make the breath fresher, making it more comfortable to kiss.

I'm shaking. My eyes were still closed while enjoying the excitement and laughter on the bus. My lust speaks as if it has vanished.

“You're dizzy huh?” ask Darwis again. Failing to offer sweets, this time he offered eucalyptus oil. Maybe the next will be to pour tissue, drinking water or other snacks.

It looks like a hawker just like him!

“Darwis, I need your help can not?” say then.

“Oh, yes ready! What do you need?” tanya Darwis enthusiastically.

“I just want you to shut up!” my firmness.

I covered my head with a hoodie to minimize the noise in the bus.

He immediately fell silent. No matter what's written on his brain right now. Perhaps in Darwis's mind, I was suffering from acute longing syndrome in Dahlia. My sensitivity level is in the peak phase. Unfortunately, it's not the longing I feel right now. I just feel tired.

That'sthat's all.

Maybe because of tired whack, not realizing I had ventured into dreamland. Of course I didn't expect to see Freddie Krueger. My dreams are always in shades of gray. There are no other colors.

I was stranded in a vast, gray meadow. Slender creeping, I don't see any life there. Just a wooden house in the distance, of course it was gray. I slowly walked down the grey dirt path, hoping that someone would be in the house.

The only person I want to meet in my dream is my father. Or if possible, I'd like to meet Pardi.

Unfortunately, my dream has never been fulfilled!

The gray house was not too spacious, but a little creepy. The door opens before I knock. Before long, I was already in a pretty strange imaginary room. A long table spread out, a smiling beautiful girl sat behind him. Samar I saw the look on his face.

Hope not a wrinkled-faced girl!

To satisfy the curious desire, I approached. The girl was really charming with a pair of clear gray eyeballs. Her dimples are so sweet. Her beautiful hair was perfectly cut.

“Lusion ...,” mumbled.

Shaken shoulders.

“Build! Wake up!” the sound of Dervish razed the gray house into small pieces. The meadow evaporated just like that, turning into a frenzy of bus atmosphere. The air conditioner of this bus feels biting. I close my jacket.

“After arrival?” I asked Darwis.

“Not yet. Let's rest first. Someone wants to pee, someone wants to vomit ..” explained Darwis.

I turned my face outside the dark window. The bus stopped at an SPBU. Many bus passengers disembarked to complete their human lives.

In my heart, I was prying. If I only rest, why was I woken up? My chance to meet with Lusi was a failure.

“You're not kebelet? Piss yuk!” ask Darwis. He's getting ready to come down.

This dervish is not sane or what? Want to pee with a rhyme?

I didn't answer. I got the jacket back, and tried to close my eyes. Unfortunately not easy to do.

“Do not sleep Bi. Half an hour later nyampe,” said Irawan who suddenly got on the bus.

“Until Mount Panderman or not?”

“Not yet. Arrive at the initial resting place. Tomorrow dawn-body new to the location,” bright Irawan.

My taste for making love in a dream suddenly scorched. I opened the phone, hoping a message would come in. Unfortunately, I found nothing there except unimportant announcement messages from irresponsible people. The message told me that I was the first winner of a lottery and was entitled to a hundred million prize money.

Stale song.

I want to say dirty, but I think it's a waste of energy.

After the SPBU, the bus again drove to the first rest. These so-called rests are two large buildings that will be our resting place tonight. Everything is arranged by Benny, a member of the club who has a family around the campsite.

Half asleep, I set foot out of the bus. I lifted my backpack. I found a girl near a red Honda Civic, parked not far from the bus.

“Dahlia?” amaze me.

Am I still dreaming?

I guess not. Because Dahlia was not as gray as in her previous dream.

“Hai, Bi. Howwasyourjourney? Must be you!” greet Dahlia.

“You're here? Kirain not coming ...”

“I'm coming. I just got in a private car. Because the conditions on the bus might make me tired. I just got sick. I invited one of the employees in my shop to drive,”, Dahlia said.

“Indeed why? Kangen is with me?” dahlia.

I'm relieved!

Already, that's all I'm about to say.
