The Part 55
What will be the first destination for Olivia and Johan, to spend their time, is the old home of the Olivia family.
Olivia tells Johan about what happened, until Olivia's house has to change hands.
Johan did not say much at the time, and just listened to what Olivia had to say.
And when they arrived in front of Olivia's old house, in the front yard, a signboard was attached, if the house was being sold.
"Do you want to take a closer look?" ask Johan.
Olivia nodded her head. "Yes, Sir."
Johan's private driver stopped the car he was driving, then opened the car door for Olivia.
Olivia, along with Johan, then walked closer to Olivia's old house, which is now, seems to be uninhabited again, although the building and the courtyard, still looks well preserved.
Well then, it means the person who bought Olivia's old house, no longer lives there, and again sells the property, to anyone who is interested in owning it.
On the signboard, in addition to saying that the house is for sale, it is also listed there the name and contact number of the realtor, who is responsible for the sale of the house.
As Olivia was looking around at the front of the house, a middle-aged woman, then approached Olivia and greeted her.
It turned out that the old woman, Olivia's neighbor, was still living around, and she still recognized Olivia today.
Olivia then chatted with the old lady.
And from their conversation, Olivia found out that the old owner of Olivia's house, put her children into a nursing home.
While her children live in another city, no one wants to live in Olivia's old house.
So the house was sold again.
Actually, right now, it's an opportunity for Olivia, to have her parents' house back.
However, after Olivia heard the price estimate, which was told by the middle-aged woman of her old neighbor, Olivia could only swallow her disappointment.
The resale price of the house, still far from the reach of Olivia's savings so far.
The savings that Olivia had, only reached two-thirds, of the price of the house.
Indeed, it is natural, if the more years, then the value of property in the form of houses and land, will also definitely become more expensive.

Jericho who asked where Olivia was, and the various other messages she wrote there, only made Olivia frown, while reading them.
What happened to that boss?
If Jericho was looking for Olivia for something related to work, then Jericho should have been able to just ask Sir Hart.
Jericho does not need to act like a chick that lost its mother, so it must contact Olivia many times.
"Huuufft...!" Olivia grunted softly.
Apparently, Johan caught a heavy breathing sound, which Olivia let out, which made Olivia feel like she was complaining.
Because suddenly, Johan then asked, to Olivia. "What's wrong?"
"Ugh ...? Hm ... There's nothing, sir," said Olivia, hesitating.
Inevitably, Olivia did have to cover it up from Johan.
Because it's uncomfortable for Olivia, to talk to Johan about the messages Jericho has been sending in the last three days.
Of course Olivia couldn't have told Johan that Jericho was sending a message with strange words, right?
What will Johan think?
For Olivia, alone, was confused and still did not understand, by what the message, written and sent by Jericho, meant for her.
But apparently, Johan had misjudged, and thought that Olivia was being heartbroken, because of her old house, because Johan then said,
"I'm sorry, Olivia! ... But, do you still find it difficult, to give up this house?"
"Ugh ...? Hm ... Ja. The selling price is still high. And I can't buy it back yet" replied Olivia, assuring Johan.
"Do you mind if I buy it?" ask Johan again.
"Of course not, Sir ... You can buy it, if you are interested in having it" replied Olivia.
"Hm ... I mean, aren't you going to be offended? If I buy this house, then give it to you?" johan said, looking cautious.
"Sir ...?" Olivia slips.
...If the purchase is delayed, it may be more difficult to buy it back, if it is owned by someone else....
... And if you don't want to take it for free, you can take it later." Johan explained what he thought to Olivia.
"Thank you for your goodwill, Sir ... I really want this house. But I don't want to burden you" Olivia said.
"Are you burdened by me?" ask Johan.
"It's not so, sir!" sahut Olivia's.
"Then I assume you agree" Johan said, then immediately walked away from Olivia, and seemed to contact someone, using his cell phone.
And according to what Olivia can still hear, Johan sounds like he's talking to the realtor, who sold Olivia's old house.
"Sir ...?" olivia.
"Shuh!" Johan mendesus, while putting his index finger over his lips, as if to give a sign, so that Olivia does not speak first.
Inevitably, Olivia simply looked at Johan, who was still chatting with someone on his phone, without being able to comment much.
For some time, Johan was still chatting on his phone, and it was as if he was negotiating a price, with the person across the phone.
And as it sounds, Johan manages to make a deal with the person talking to him, before Johan finally stops talking on the phone, then keeps his phone back in his suit pocket.
"What are you doing, sir?" ask Olivia, slowly.
"I bought this house. We'll be here tomorrow after the meeting ends, to sign the dossier on the purchase of this house" Johan replied.
"Sir...!" Olivia shook her head.
Olivia really didn't know what else to say, to the stubborn Johan, and did something, that was to her own liking.
"You don't have to worry. I'm just helping you to buy time. If I have it, then later you can buy it from me...,
... at the same price as now. After your savings are enough," Johan said, trying to calm Olivia down.
"What do you think? That's acceptable, isn't it?" continued Johan who looked confident, as if his decision was the best.
"It's up to you then, sir! ... Thank you in advance!" olivia said, surrender.
"Do you still want to look around here? Or go somewhere else? Or maybe you want to see our company work? It's not far from here." Johan gives Olivia a choice.
For a moment, Olivia just fell silent, thinking.
Olivia doesn't know where else to go, and she thinks if she comes to work, maybe she can find something there, which could be an extra note, for her presentation tomorrow.
"Hm ... We'll just go to the project site, sir!" answer Olivia.
"Now! ... Let's go!" said Johan.

Along the way to the job site, which is done by Andersen's company, Olivia still thinks Johan will buy her old house.
Olivia felt a little guilty to Johan, because Olivia who breathed heavily earlier, not because of her old house, but because of Jericho.
But since Olivia can't speak to Johan, Olivia is only a burden to Johan.
How else would you like? It's already happened.
The only way, is Olivia has to be more persistent, to save the money, so she can immediately replace Johan's money.
"We've arrived!"
Olivia, who was daydreaming, was surprised by the voice of Johan who told her that they had arrived at their destination.
"Yes, Sir!" sahut Olivia, then get out of the car, together with Johan.
Johan's car is parked in front of a building, which serves as a temporary office.
Johan takes Olivia inside the building, and meets several employees, who seem surprised to see Johan there.
Some of the employees in charge of the work were panicked to welcome Johan.
But Johan immediately calmed them down, saying, if he needed a helmet and a special vest, so that he and Olivia could look around at close range, the work process in that place.
After wearing self-security equipment, Olivia was taken around, looking at the process of working on the overpass, which became one of the projects, held by Andersen's Construction.
"Olivia!"
A familiar voice in Olivia's ear, who was calling out to her, made Olivia turn around, and look at Hansen, who was seen walking towards her.
"It's true that you are" Hansen said, smiling broadly.
"Hansen?" Olivia was surprised to see Hansen at the place. "What are you doing here?"
Before she answers Olivia's question, Hansen greets Johan first. "Hello, Sir!"
"Hello, Hansen!" Johan said hello.
"I'm replacing my daddy. Did you forget?" hansen said to Olivia.
