Yup! I Love You, Sir!

Yup! I Love You, Sir!
Part 48's

Laura.

The beautiful-looking woman, most likely did not know who Olivia was, and what Olivia had to do with the Andersen family, so Olivia could be at the family dinner.

However, the arrogant and arrogant attitude that Laura showed Olivia, it felt, was difficult to be tolerated.

If only Olivia could speak frankly at this moment, then she would naturally reveal, if she felt very offended, when Laura humbled her like that.

Olivia even thought about leaving Jericho's house, if only she didn't have some consideration, which kept her going.

The first.

If Olivia was going home soon, and the dinner was just beginning, then Olivia might look like a rude and uneducated person.

Olivia will look as if she loses her manners, so she can not appreciate the owner of the house, and the other invited guests.

And the second consideration Olivia, and the most influential in her decision, is Jonah.

The child would certainly feel very disappointed, if Olivia came home just like that, and Olivia did not keep the promise to accompany her to play.

Olivia was just about to respond to Laura's words, but it seemed, the question that Laura was asking for the second time was not only to attract Olivia's attention.

Because Jericho had already denied Laura, by slightly raising his tone.

"So your mouth! If you don't know, what are you talking about!" said Jericho, who looked riled up.

"What is this, really?" Laura did not seem to lose.

Almost simultaneously with the debate between Jericho and Laura, Johan's voice said something to Olivia.

"Olivia ...! You don't have to listen to it. He doesn't know anything" Johan said.

Not stopping there, Johan stared fixedly at Laura, then said, Johan,

"Laura! You better think about it before you say anything more to Olivia....

... And if you dare to offend her again, it's the same as if you're insulting me."

When Johan spoke, even though he did not raise his tone at all, but the firmness of the meaning of his words could still be heard.

So does the look on the face, and the look of Johan's eyes towards Laura, which shows clearly his seriousness, that Johan is not playing around, or just just talking.

"And you just know. You will never be able to pay with your money." Johan continued to speak to Laura, without changing his tone.

Suddenly, the words of Johan, as if a sharp dagger, were being pointed at Laura's neck.

So, although Laura still shows her dislike, but the woman finally can only be silent, for some time.

However, Laura's silence, it does not seem to be just silence.

Laura may be thinking about what could be the reason, so that tension can continue to occur there.

Olivia could have thought so, because when Johan gave a small plate of fruit pieces to Jonah, Laura again made her voice.

"Jonah! Get back to your seat over here!" said Laura, firmly.

Without taking his eyes off the food, Jonah answered Laura's orders, saying,

"No, mommy! ... I'm just gonna sit here."

Apparently, the response from Jonah, who seemed to not appreciate it, only made Laura even more upset, and was used as an opportunity for Laura, to make a scene.

Like a fire poured with gasoline, Laura's anger, as if it was about to explode right then and there.

And it turns out that Olivia's guess is true.

"Jonah! Can't you keep up with mommy?" In that instant, Laura snapped at Jonah.

But the rude attitude of Laura, it seems, affected Jericho, until it triggered his anger, until Jericho then snapped Laura.

"Laura! Enough already! You're just embarrassing yourself!" jericho.

At that instant, the atmosphere in the dining room suddenly became tense.

All the adults who had gathered at the table, stopped eating their food, and it was as if nothing could move, nor speak any more.

Olivia, who did not want to make things worse, if she might just mispronounce, also chose to remain silent, looking at Johan, Jericho and Laura, in turn.

Jericho, who was leaning on the chair, looked very riled up, lowered his gaze, and just stared at his dinner plate on the table.

Johan, who had an ordinary face, seemed to be acting foolishly, and still looked busy, giving his attention to Jonah.

While Laura who folded her hands in front of her chest, even showed clearly, if she still held back her frustration, everything that was there.

Because according to Olivia's assessment, that Laura's anger may erupt again at any time, and maybe Jonah will get the impact again, Olivia then thought to talk to Jonah.

"Jonah won't sit next to mommy and daddy?" asked Olivia, half whispering.

"No, Miss ... I want to sit next to you and grandpa" replied Jonah.

"It's okay, Olivia. Just let Jonah sit here. Laura won't be able to go any further" Johan said.

***

What happened next, more or less the same as Johan said, because Laura did not say anything else after, which could make him re-conflict, with the three generations of Andersen.

Although according to Olivia, the atmosphere in the place was not so comfortable, but the dinner together was still going on, until everyone present was finished eating.

Aside from Jericho and Laura, who went nowhere, Olivia, Johan, Jonah, and the other invited guests, returned to the room where he had come from.

In the room, the guests seemed to act as if nothing had ever happened, and looked relaxed, gathering while conversing.

While Olivia, who accompanied Jonah playing Lego on the floor, still imagined the events in the dining room earlier.

Johan, sitting next to her, probably realized that Olivia was still thinking about the commotion, which Laura started.

"He was like that, from the first time Jericho introduced him to me. And until now, his nature has not changed" Johan said.

"Ugh ...? What are you saying, sir?" ask Olivia, who was not aware of Johan's sudden words.

"Maura ... You don't have to think about the woman's behavior" Johan said.

Olivia took a deep breath, then exhaled slowly, preparing herself before she spoke to Johan.

"The sir! ... Actually, I felt partly responsible for the commotion earlier. I understood Laura's misunderstanding, until she said that to me....

... Because I should have, I didn't go too far, taking over to take care of Jonah. While his parents were there with him."

Carefully, Olivia expresses her guilt, to Johan.

Because, after Olivia rethinks about it, even though she loves Jonah, but her actions that overstep the authority of both Jonah's parents, certainly can not be justified.

"It's okay. It wasn't your fault. I know you must love Jonah. And just like me, you certainly don't want to see Jonah grieving....

... If you weren't there, to comfort him, then I can't imagine how Jonah would go through the situation tonight" Johan said.

Johan then rubbed Jonah's busy playing head, gently and slowly.

"Even though Jonah was a kid, he was a smart kid. He could tell the difference, who really loved him....

...And I don't think, even if the relationship between Jericho and Laura doesn't end well, it's unlikely that Jericho will teach Jonah to hate Laura....

... So, if Jonah doesn't like Laura, even though Laura is his mommy, and prefers to be close to you, it's based on Jonah's own opinion."

Hearing the words from Johan, made Olivia so thought, will be Jonah's attitude, when they were invited to dinner, until they were all in the dining room earlier, until now.

Likewise, when the child responds to Laura's words, and how when Jonah interacts with Olivia, which when compared, does look far different.

As if, Jonah did not like the existence of Laura, and just a formality, because of his status as a child of Laura.

Even according to Olivia, Jonah seemed as if he wanted to rebel against his mommy.

But of course, Olivia could not draw any further conclusions, and just be his judgment unilaterally without having any meaning.

Because Olivia doesn't know for sure, how exactly the relationship between Jonah and Laura will be.

And so did the relationship between Laura, Jericho, and Johan, all of whom were recently known by Olivia, and she did not know for sure what their individual personalities were.

To be sure, the incident was an experience and teaching for Olivia, so that in the future, she must be more careful in acting, so that she does not cause new misunderstandings.
