The Part 54
Olivia, who arrived at the hotel in the city of xx, at a time when it was far in the middle of the night, did not have time to meet with Johan, at the hotel.
Based on a message that Johan sent to Olivia last night, this morning, before they went to their destination, Olivia would have breakfast with Johan at the restaurant, who was at the hotel where he stayed.
Olivia had already taken a shower and was getting ready to work with Johan, before she finally got down to the hotel lobby, and met Johan, who was staying in a different room.
When Olivia arrives in the lobby, Johan is seen waiting for her arrival there.
As usual, the CEO of the company where Olivia worked, can still look fresh.
It was as if Johan did not feel tired, with the work that demanded him, until he had to travel, which was almost unrelenting.
With a broad-browing smile on Johan's face, together with Olivia, the two of them walked over, to approach each other.
"Morning, Sir!" greet Olivia, after herself and Johan, was already standing face to face on the lobby floor.
"Morning, Olivia!" Johan said hello. "Please!"
"Good, Sir!" sahut Olivia, in response to Johan's invitation, walked in one of the directions, on the ground floor of the hotel.
While walking side by side, Johan takes Olivia away to the restaurant, and picks up an empty table, which will be where they both enjoy breakfast.
"How was your trip?" johan asked, sounding pleasantry.
"No problem, sir," replied Olivia. "Then what about you, sir? Don't you feel tired?"
Johan smiled broadly, when he heard Olivia's question, and then said,
"I'm used to it."
When one of the restaurant's waiters comes to them, Johan and Olivia deliver the order.
And when the servant had gone away, Johan said,
"I haven't told you yet, about the reason I brought you to this place, have I?"
"Yes, Sir ... What am I going to do in this town?" ask Olivia.
"Today, I will give you a file containing data about the work in this city. I want you to learn it, while traveling around with me in the xx area....
...Next, tomorrow morning we will have a meeting with the Mayor, some investors, and some representatives of the community....
... By being my assistant, I want you to do the presentation in front of those people, just like you did in the coordination meeting at that time" Johan said.
"Sir ...? Im sorry. But to be honest, I was hesitant to make a presentation, if the time to study the file was too short" Olivia said.
"You don't have to worry! ... What you're about to present, I made a note....
...As for the purpose of getting around, because I want you to be able to draw attention from the people in the area, and find out, what they want....

On the way, Johan then handed over the file report that was on him, to Olivia.
And Olivia immediately read, and studied it there.
When they started to enter the area that was their destination, Johan then asked,
"Where is it, which could be the first place, for you to interact with the residents here?"
Olivia then thought of coffee shop, where her late mommy worked first.
"We go to xxx street only, sir!" said Olivia.
Johan then said to his personal driver. "Have you heard Olivia's words?"
"Yes, Sir!" replied Johan's personal driver, giving his assurance.

After they arrived at the place Olivia was referring to, Johan said,
... Of course it would be more fun, if we had breakfast in this place, while interacting with the people who are here."
"I'm sorry, Sir ... But it's also because you, who didn't tell me in advance, were going to be your destination, who took me to this city" Olivia said.
"Pffhtt ...! True said. It's also my fault" Johan said, laughing stifled, and smiling.
Actually, Olivia felt sorry for saying, what came to her mind earlier, which seemed to be blaming Johan.
Olivia later thinks of apologizing to Johan.
But apparently, the response from Johan actually showed, if as if he did not mind, with what Olivia said.
So Olivia was stunned to see the reaction of her boss, who seemed too relaxed, when she interacted with Olivia.
And without Olivia realizing it again, she still stared at Johan, and was not preparing to get out of the car.
"Are we going to get into that coffee shop? Or are we just gonna sit in here?" johan asked with a smile, and broke Olivia's daydream.
"Ughhh! ... I'm sorry, sir," said Olivia hurriedly, then immediately got out of the car.
"Pffit...!" Again, Johan was heard laughing stifled, while following Olivia.

Olivia's choice to interact with the people in the area, by visiting a coffee shop, seems to be the right choice.
Because most of the people who refused, for the work being done by Andersen's Construction, it could be found by Olivia at that place.
Without the need for Olivia and Johan to go around, one by one the residents who want to be met by Olivia and Johan, came to the coffee shop.
Those who came, because of word of mouth, that Olivia and the CEO of Andersen's Construction, were in that place, and would absorb their aspirations, as a community in that area.
Perhaps because Olivia was still recognized by most of the people there, the conversation between them, felt ordinary without any pressure, for Olivia.
And Olivia wasn't just listening to what the people in the area were saying.
Olivia also wrote down all the important points, which became the wishes of the people, to take the form of a note, so that nothing will be missed.
On the sidelines of Olivia and Johan's meeting, with residents in the area, Olivia occasionally notices the way Johan interacts, with the people who meet him.
Olivia's admiration, for Johan's ability to take the hearts of the citizens, to want to talk openly to him, to be able to make Olivia smile herself.
And apparently, Johan realized that Olivia often looked at him with a smile. Because Johan suddenly whispered to Olivia, who was sitting next to him.
"What are you doing? You just make me nervous."
Johan then took Olivia's hand under the table, then grasped it tightly and slightly squeezed it.
Olivia does not forbid Johan from holding her hand, because Olivia knows her mistake, which only makes Johan feel anxious about her.
For a while, Johan talked with the citizens, while still holding Olivia's hand.

"You can make me mistake it as if you like me" Johan continued.
"I really like you, Sir! ... Don't you know?" olivia joked, smiling and almost laughing.
"Don't tease me...!" said Johan who looked anxious, until he bit his own lips.
"Pffit...!" Olivia finally laughed, covering her mouth with her hands, and Johan was also seen laughing.
"You deserve to be CEO. You're good at communicating with other people" Olivia said, explaining what made her admire Johan.
"Hm ... Is that all that's pulling me away?" ask Johan.
From the look on her face, to Johan's tone of voice, it looks as if she is teasing Olivia, and invites Olivia to joke with her.
