My Last Request

"You did it, Shopie" she said, her smile gone. "You are the

making requests. I'm the one who granted it."

"I didn't ask my family to disappear!" my screams while exhaling violently, my hands clenched tightly. "I'm not asking everyone in this world to disappear! You did it! You!"

"You yourself are asking Yuni to disappear" said Marissa as she tidied the scarf on her shoulder. "Then I will grant you as much as I know."

He sneered. "Magic is often difficult to guess" he said. "I know you won't be happy with your second wish. That's why I came back. You have one more request. You want to

"Be careful" he warned as he pulled out a red glass ball from his purple bag.

"This is my request" I said in a trembling voice.

"This is my last request" I said carefully. "I want everything back to normal. I want it all back exactly as it used to be but..."

"I want everything to be the way it used to be.but I want Yuni to consider me the greatest person in the world!" I said with confidence.

"I will grant your last wish" he said, lifting the glass ball high. "Your second request will be cancelled. Time will come back this morning. Goodbye, Shopie."

"Goodbye to Marissa" I said.

I was swallowed by the red light that was emitting. When the light faded, Marissa was gone.

"Shopie! Shopieee..ayo get up!" My mother's voice was heard from below. I sat up straight on the bed, and immediately woke up.

"Mother!" yells happily.

I remembered everything. I wake up in an empty house, in an empty world. And I remember my third request.

But time has returned to this morning again. I saw the clock in my room at five past thirty. My mother woke me up at the usual hour.

"Mother.." I shouted out loud. I jumped out of bed, ran down in my nightgown, and I was glad to hold my mother tight.

"Shopie's? You okay?" My mother stepped back, her face looking surprised. "You have a fever, huh?"

"Good morning!" I cried happily while hugging my beloved cat Pussy, who looked surprised as well.
