Wife Revenge Wasted

Wife Revenge Wasted
Half the soul returned

The sun has shown its light, visible bright in the sky of Singapore. A new Jharna moved his eyes trying to adjust the incoming Light through his retina. Heard her sigh of relief when it turned out that she was still in this world.

All night long, I don't know how many times he woke up because of the nightmares that haunted him. The figure of Andrew and Cheryl becomes a sleep bully so that his heart does not feel calm and comfortable. It is true that reuniting with two people requires great mental readiness. He is well aware, that as long as He is still in this world, inevitably, like not like, most likely they will meet.

At this moment Jharna was still thinking, how to cast the shadow of those people out of his mind. A figure that bothered him even while sleeping. He was still thinking, how to properly avenge him.

Gruukk…

The noise of Jharna's intestines was clear, he saw the clock on his wall and it was already half nine in the morning. “Jeez, I'm bad luck!” he immediately got out of his place and went to the bathroom to clean himself up.

“Aduh, Kelvin must have woken up. He must be starving. Where I haven't had time to buy anything yet.” Jharna grumbled to himself. The thought of the man first appeared. Though there is no agreement if he will prepare the food, but still there is less when missing it.

Jharna hastened his bath. After feeling her body clean, she immediately got dressed and combed her hair. His face was not as well dressed as usual. Only wear sunscreen and lip balm as Kelvin once suggested. He said, even if you stay at home, sunscreen is still needed.

Once everything was ready, Jharna immediately went out of the room. His eyes were shocked by Kelvin's presence in the kitchen. The guy looks funny with his apron. His sleeves he rolled up to the middle of his arms. I don't know what cuisine he's making, which obviously smells really good. Jharna until rubbed his stomach that again sounded.

“Good morning,” hello Kelvin. No need to go to the minimarket just to get the greeting. Jharna gets it every day from Kelvin.

“Again, Vin. I'm sorry I'm bad luck, so you're the cook.” Jharna approached with regret. He saw Kelvin making vegetable stir-fries with shrimp and small pieces of chicken. It sure smells really good.

“Gak nothing dong. You just sit down, wait again the cuisine mateng.” The man smiled handsomely as usual.

“I want to make juice, you want?” Jharna chose to do other activities.

“Bby,” sahut.

“Okey,” Jharna open the refrigerator and take some kind of fruit. Sort it, which is suitable for juice in the morning. After being sure, he took out an apple and golden kiwi to make juice.

Kelvin was busy with his cooking. He immediately arranges it on a plate while Jharna finishes his juicing work. They're done together. The two sat down at the table and started eating breakfast before lunch.

“Goodbye,” said Kelvin while bringing his side dishes closer to Jharna.

“Goodbye,” timpal Jharna. They started to enjoy the food in a quiet atmosphere. Nothing was heard other than the sound of the spoon occasionally clashing softly with the plate. Once upon a time the two accidentally whistled face to face, but then just smiled and finished their meal.

After eating, the two sat on the balcony. Kelvin looks busy with his tab. He got a seminar invitation from Bobby. He said he was asked to fill one of the empty hours, with tips to maintain healthy skin to stay toned and youthful. Kelvin shook his head, as he felt he was not ready to do this.

“Gue send aja materinya make lo ya, lo nyampein.” Kelvin sent Bobby a line of messages.

“Laah yes don't dong bro. It just means I want you to be happy. They're the nurses at my clinic with Amilny. You can relax to give material to them. They bosen dapet material about the same dental hygiene during the operation doang.” Bobby immediately replied.

Looks pensive Kelvin considering the request of his best friend.

“Vin,” sound Jharna disperse daydream Kelvin.

“Ya,” the man immediately turned off his tab screen. His focus shifted entirely on Jharna.

“You want to take me?” this guy is always sprightly.

Jharna shook his head, then turned to Kelvin who was beside him. They were only obstructed by a small round table in their midst.

“No need. My mother lives in the village, there are many mosquitoes, there is no signal, there is no delivery service if you are hungry. I don't think it'll be right for you.” Jharna rejected it subtly. He won't burden Kelvin anymore.

“I have no problem with that kind of thing. But if you really need space for you and your mother, I won't bother.” The kelvin's speech always sounds firm and soothing. This man seemed to understand the condition experienced by Jharna.

“Still Vin. I think I really need time for me and my mother,” I Jharna. The man understood.

That afternoon, Jharna and Kelvin returned to Indonesia. Kelvin returns to Jakarta while Jharna still has to continue his journey to his mother's hometown. He deliberately used the bus, to reminisce about a journey that he had never done for a long time. He last met his mother about two years ago. At the wedding of cousin Andjani. Apparently it's been a long time. He misses his mother very much.

The atmosphere is cold and quiet, back in the feel of Jharna. He was no stranger to this gentle breeze. Vegetable plantations that span wide, wide variety of vegetables thrive in this area. Now, Jharna is confused where to go. There's no sinking around here. His mother would not recognize the figure of him now. As the day grew darker and the yellowing evening twilight slowly sank in the night.

Tracing the path with a backpack on his back, Jharna continued his steps. His brain was still thinking, what would he make an excuse when he met his mother later. What are they gonna talk about?

Jharna's steps briefly came to a halt in front of a vast field that was being planted with cabbage and mustard. As Jharna remembered, this field belonged to his parents. In this place Jharna used to help the mother harvest vegetables. The flash of memory as he laughed in this field filled his mind again. The taste of food is always better when eaten in the field, as if dancing on the tongue of Jharna. His chest suddenly tightened, when he imagined all that.

With teary eyes, Jharna continued his steps. He used a flashlight on his phone to light his way. This area is very quiet, there are no vehicles passing by as well as in Jakarta or Singapore. People must have been at home and were resting after a day of work fatigue.

In front of a simple courtyard of the house, Jharna stopped his steps. His chest rippled in agony as he saw a woman was busy washing vegetables at a new one in her harvest. Two large containers of vegetables should he clean because early in the morning the middleman will take it for him to sell to the market. Suddenly, Jharna's tears dripped without asking to see the figure of a woman who was no longer young. He shrank his sweat with his arms, he still clothes his desk that compangg camping used to harvest vegetables in the rice fields. It felt like Jharna wanted to run and hug the mother he so longed for.

“How's mom doing? Do you still remember me?” inner Jharna with a very painful feeling. He imagined that every day this woman was doing the same job. Working hard to keep the bones alone. For a dozen years she lived alone after her husband died suddenly in the fields. At that age Andjani was still young, he only knew that his parents had died, but did not understand that losing someone was so heartbreaking.

With trembling steps, Jharna approached the mother. He held his cry deeply. Slowly the mother raised her head which was only lowered when she saw the shadow of someone standing before her.

“Goodnight, Bu.” Jharna's voice was blocked, when he saw the circumference of the eyes that had been filled with wrinkles. His round eyes looked very tired, the wrinkles on his face were already clearly visible.

“Goodnight. Who are you looking for?” the woman's voice was so delicate, remembering Jharna at the time when this woman lured him and advised him with many wise words.

“Sa-I'm lost Mom. Can I hitchhike overnight here?” ask Jharna. He reasoned accordingly.

The woman looked around at Jharna and no one else gave her a look. “Bby, comein. Very cold air.” The woman immediately moved. His legs seemed to be trembling from squatting for too long.

Unknowingly Jharna immediately approached the mother and hugged her tightly. He could not hold back his tears until he sobbed in the woman's arms. The woman could only be dumbfounded, shocked and confused by the attitude of this foreign woman.

“Thank you mom for accommodating me. If there is no mother, I do not know where else to go,” said Jharna in interspersed with sobs that could not stand. He was forced to lie, because honesty will only make the mother more confused. It's not time he told me what really happened.

“I-iya, no need to cry. Let's go in,” invite the woman. His voice shakes and he feels a familiar feeling when Jharna hugs him. If he knew who the woman he was hugging was, what would he do?
