"I love you, baby," said Adrian, who unfortunately was not connected to the hearing of the wife. Because the woman rushed out of the room, took the medicine for her.
"Drink this, yeah." Ara had returned, hurriedly opened the medicine and placed it in Adrian's hands. Then the woman took off the buttons of her husband's shirt and applied wind oil to his chest, stomach to the back of the man's burly back.
Adrian smiled faintly at the treatment his wife had for him. Of course it is still fresh in his memory, when the night before he contacted the woman because he was sick. Their relationship at the time was really bad. But the woman who managed to make Adrian fall in love was always put forward his humanity. Until he takes care of Adrian until the man is healed.
Let alone seeing him rub his back and and chest. It felt like nostalgia, just like his wish. But this time, of course, there was no harsh and dirty speech.
"Where are you going?" The man held Ara away.
"Putting your clothes down."
"That's it. Let it all be cleaned by Aunt Yulia."
"Still sick? Or is there another part of Mas's body that I haven't healed yet?"
"It's a little bit quiet. My wife is the best nurse I've got. I don't need anything but him."
Ara heard it. The woman hid her face. How he did not love to die with her husband, even when the man snorted at her he was already in love. Especially this sweet. But Ara quickly stood up and pretended to be busy doing anything to get away from the bed where Adrian lay. It was a shame to be found blushing with the man's sweet speech.
"Ehem." Ara dispelled her unusually happy heart today.
"Honey, come here, " Adrian said when he saw his wife was wrong and instead moved away from him.
"Is there anything else you need, Mom?"
"Come here,"
Slowly Ara approached, then impatiently Adrian pulled his wife's arm, until she fell down nearby.
"I just want you to be here."
"Is it true that Mas's stomach is gone?" ask Ara to make sure.
"It's better, just stay a little." Adrian raised his hand and with his fingers gave the code. "I'm more worried about you. I'm really sorry." A look of remorse and guilt on Adrian's face.
Ara understood the direction of her husband's conversation. Suddenly Adrian clenched his fingers tightly and cupped his palms together on the beautiful face in front of him.
"Really I ... I'm sorry, honey. I didn't do it on purpose. The tie you prepared this morning is still for me, right?" Adrian looked at the wife who was silent with no reaction.
"I found out too late" he said weakly. Seemed a worried face if the woman in front of him had not forgiven him.
"That tie, Laura's gift?" For what sake did Ara hold him back from earlier not to be jealous. But what to say, he is weak as well. Yes, Ara found out when she accidentally asked Aunt Yulia.
Flashbacks
"Aunt know Adrian's tie that stripes?" asked Ara that morning after Adrian left the house this morning.
"Stripes? Which one is it, madam? Almost all of Mr.'s ties are streaked," replied Aunt Yulia squealing her forehead.
"The black and white. I want to buy some more colors. Adrian liked it a lot. Does Auntie know where to buy it?"
"Didn't the black and white color stripe motif, Master has only one Madam?" The middle-aged woman seemed to be thinking of something.
"Yes, Bi. That's why I want to buy him some more. Aunt thought about what? Not focused on answering my question."
"Sorry Madam. As I recall, the tie was bought overseas."
"Away. Doesn't exist here? But yes, yesterday when I went to the store, I did not find a tie with the exact same motif and color. Limited edition maybe?" Ara guessing by herself.
Especially now seeing the look on the face of the mistress who turned very flat and empty.
"Mistress?"
"It's okay bi. Don't think about it. Let's just say I never asked, "Putting her hand on Aunt Yulia's shoulder, Ara immediately turned her body back to the room.
"Dead me! Why get lost? Though perhaps, you've forgotten whose tie it gave."
Off
"Which one, honey?" Adrian frowned at the confusion of getting the question.
"The black and white stripes" said Ara without revealing her smile.
"What am I wearing today?" The woman nodded. "Laura's Giving? I don't remember it. I thought I bought it" Adrian said spontaneously. His way of answering the man is being honest now.
But is it true Adrian forgot who gave the goods he was wearing? Though Ara alone still remembers who and what objects his friends gave when they separated and follow their foster parents respectively. They give each other beloved objects to dispel longing when they may not be destined to meet again. And it happened years ago.
Are all men like that?
"So how do you know that tie from Laura? I really don't remember it at all, honey," Adrian said reassuring his wife.
"Aunt Yulia."
"Ohh, so aunt Yulia is the culprit" said Adrian half-heightened.
"It's not like that. Aunt Yulia unintentionally said it when I asked. Don't be angry with him, Mom. Indeed Mas really don't remember that tie from whom?"
Adrian shaking. "I love the color, baby. Because you know for yourself black and white are basic colors so always get in blazers of any color." In his heart Ara was relieved to listen to Adrian's explanation.
The man drew his wife closer to him. He put his right hand around the little waist of the woman he married. And stared inside the bead of eyes that had round petals with a very deep feeling.
Then Adrian put his index finger on the lips of the wife, when the woman was about to argue. "My love for that thing, honey. Not who gave it to him. If it hurts you, I'll just get rid of it. I don't want anything to make you uncomfortable."
Ara catches Adrian's hand. "No! Don't throw it away, I love it. I'm fine, I'm just making sure who the owner is." The woman was downcast, very inversely proportional to what came out of her lips. Who said he was okay.
"You lied to me about how you felt?" Adrian again blocked the wife's wrist which seemed to want to run away from him. In his embrace was tightly the small waist in his arms.
"No, Mas. I_"
The cup!
"I'm not angry. I_"
The cup!
"Stop! Let me talk first." Ara held Adrian's lips with both palms. "I'm just jealous."
Ara could no longer endure the embarrassment. Even the woman lowered her head deeper and closed her eyes.
With two fingers, Adrian raised his wife's chin before him. "Ohhhh ...."
Ara immediately opened her eyes, she was shocked and finally woke up to find her face so close to the husband. Shouldn't that woman be used to being in this kind of position? They are husband and wife. But it turns out that when a couple misunderstood until finally their relationship improved again. It feels like ... I don't know if it can't be described with words.
Happy and happy. And of course more love.
"You can't run anywhere!"
