Wife On Paper

Wife On Paper
Chapter 155 The Empty Envoy

A letter of approval of the payment of hospital fees in unreasonable amounts is sent to the Adrian company. Still in the form of details, so only in the form of numbers that are unusually large numbers along with the name of the action to be done. All of this has to be paid for by Adrian.

After finishing his lunch with his wife, Adrian chose to immediately return to the office and send his wife home. Under the supervision of Adrian. Ardi and one of his friends Tommy must accompany Ara home or wherever he wants to go.

"Who sent it here?" As soon as he entered the room, Adrian immediately asked about the letter that Eagle said on the phone earlier.

"Get out of the hospital, sir," replied the Eagle who handed him the envelope he had opened. Due to all the letters dealing with the office, the man had been entrusted by Adrian to check it out first.

Frowning deeply, Adrian tried to remember the name of the hospital listed in letterhead on A4 size paper that amounted to two sheets. There is no hospital named Victoria Hospital in the city.

"This? Hospital out of town?" adrian asked the assistant standing in front of him.

"No sir, it's a new hospital. It is far away from our office. The hospital stood on top of an old building that was also a hospital but was still under construction." The eagle gave an explanation because he had interrogated the person who was the hospital envoy earlier.

"Oh ... The one near the border?" Adrian remembers the old building that was mangkrak years that had been offered by the owner to the man. But Adrian rejected it because of its strategic location from the big road.

"Yes, Sir." The eagle nodded, confirming.

"People who carry this letter are just ordinary messengers or professionals?"

"Professional, Sir. He confessed to the public relations section of the hospital, so he should be able to answer everything about the contents of the letter in the hand of the Master, "Eagle nodded, then answered Adrian's question again.

"Call that guy in, Lang?" adrian's Edit. The eagle walked out, calling a man who had passed by Adrian because he was sitting in the waiting room.

"Good day, sir," said the young man. "I'm a Victoria Hospital envoy, introduce my name to Bian." The young man walked towards Adrian then stretched out his hand to shake him.

"Please sit down." Bian nodded after being invited, then the man took a seat in front of Adrian. "Live it, Mr. Bian. The name of the patient listed in the letter you are carrying is my aunt. I read all the details written there. But I didn't understand a single word of medical language, so I decided to postpone either the approval or issue funds directly to your hospital."

"Sorry Sir. But this has been agreed with Mrs Laila. He said that you will pay whatever treatment he takes, because you are his nephew" bian said after hearing a procrastination from Adrian's mouth.

"I paid, so I decided" Adrian replied firmly.

"After all, there's been a diagnosis of Mrs Laila, sir. And we write down the costs based on the actions we'll take in the treatment later." Bian was still defending himself, as he had to take home a payment approval speech from Adrian that day.

Bian fell silent, the man died a flea here. In the office, he was only given a brief direction about common questions that might be asked by the CEO of the company he came to. Not as detailed as Adrian asked. He is not a medical officer even though his position is the Head of Public Relations at Victoria Hospital, so everything about the disease and all its participants is not understood by him at all.

And the most fatal thing is, they were all in the hospital not knowing that Laila's relationship with her niece was not well established.

Adrian waited for the reaction of the hospital messenger man who said that his aunt was treating there. Crossing his hands over his chest, the leader of the Ilyasa company put his face which showed no hospitality at all.

"Then what next, sir? Will the payment be delayed? The treatment is already running." Bian replied diplomatically like a messenger who really knows things. He is a new person who has just worked not even a week.

"If you can explain my curiosity about the illness that Madame Laila suffered in detail, it makes sense, and is acceptable to me." A smart statement and also a heavy requirement submitted Adrian to Bian. Actually it's not something that's difficult if Victoria Hospital also sent an expert doctor with Bian to explain everything about Laila's pain to Adrian. But it looks like it's never gonna happen.

After all, it would be foolish to have anyone let alone a public service agency boldly ask for approval of large amounts of payments, without providing clear data as a means to convince.

Bian looked restless himself, the man began to look uncomfortable getting a challenging look at Adrian's eyes, let alone the Eagle standing nearby. Adrian's assistant didn't take his eyes off at all since Bian came in.

"Alright, then what is your decision?Do you want to go to our hospital, to find out everything you asked?" It seemed like Bian was indeed an inexperienced person in this field.

"Eitherway. Later I will think again," said Adrian who had switched, the man brought his face closer to Bian. "Remember! Don't tell your boss anything about our debate here. For today, just let me know if I agree to that fee on one condition." Adrian starts strategizing, as he suspects something.

"What's the condition, sir?" Bian. His heart was a little relieved to hear Adrian's words just now. Although he is still in doubt on the terms proposed by the CEO of the company he attended.

"I'll have to say it in a week. Count down from now on." Adrian blurted with a smile. Bian looks like a person who is used only his power.

"Good, Sir. I will tell our Director. Then excuse me," shook Adrian's hand, Bian's cold hand seemed to shake. He was horrified to see Adrian's smile that made the man handsome as well as scary. Bian immediately turned around and headed for the exit without daring to mince words anymore.

"Call Doctor Kim, Lang. Tell me our plan. Before one week this investigation should be completed, including who is responsible for disturbing my wife's peace" Adrian said.

"Good, Sir."
