Alvin Comes

Finished helping Dira settle the contract. Kanaya returned to her home.

Initially Kanaya wanted to ask Dira to accompany herself to one of the Mall because she wanted to fix her slightly constrained phone.

But Dira looked farewell in a hurry after receiving a call.

But Dira just said there was a need and probably will be back at night.

Kanaya did not ask much, especially Dira did not explain in detail where he was going and what needs.

Kanaya is already inside the Mall. Immediately take the elevator to the 3rd floor to the cell phone booth that he will come to.

While walking, someone pulled Kanaya's hand.

Kanaya was surprised to scream before she saw who pulled her wrist.

"There's a need for you to pull my hand!"

Kanaya releases Alvin's hand on his wrist.

"We talk! Follow me!" Alvin was about to grab his ex-wife's hand again but Kanaya immediately dodged and stepped up.

Again Alvin swiftly blocked and his tone was full of emphasis.

"Please Naya, I want to talk. It won't be long." Highlight Alvin's eyes with hope but it looks there is firmness there.

At a restaurant Kanaya is now sitting opposite Alvin.

"Quick say. We shouldn't be here!" Kanaya in a cynical tone without looking at Alvin's face which only made him hurt.

"You feel unworthy of me? So who's worthy? Ustadz viral it!" Alvin is now emotionally enticed.

"Not bring anyone else. Just tell me what you want to say! I don't have much time!" Kanaya was not afraid of Alvin's tone cornering her.

Enough for Kanaya once Alvin and his mother trampled on his pride.

Now Kanaya does not want to be treated arbitrarily either by her ex-husband or anyone else.

"Why don't you ever reply to my calls and chats? Even you blocked my number repeatedly. Why Kanaya!" There was anger in Alvin's voice.

"I don't think it's my right to ask that question. Because the business between us was done long ago!" Kanaya stared intently at the man who had once denied her loyalty and defiled the sanctity of their household.

"You changed Nay. You feel great because you are now the woman rumored by the famous Ustadz!" Alvin's tone of voice sounded full of sneers.

"Yes, I have changed. Even long ago when a man who was my husband had an affair to have a child with another woman!"

Kanaya's anger is not because she is still in love with Alvin, but the wounds that Kanaya is trying to bury are now open again when Alvin is in front of her.

"I know you're working at NBC. I didn't expect you to be in touch with that famous Ustadz now. Does he know your status as a widow?" There was an understatement that Alvin was pointing at Kanaya.

"I'm never ashamed of the status I hold today. What should be ashamed of is a man who has cheated even to have a child with another woman!" Kanaya attacked Alvin.

"That's not my son Kanaya!"

Kanaya was shocked by Alvin's words. But Kanaya was not pitying.

"Bella tricked me. She was pregnant with another man and I was fooled by her. He set me up Kanaya!" Alvin with anger was seen from his reddened face.

"I don't have time to listen to your soap opera. I'm leaving!"

Kanaya got up from the chair about to leave Alvin who was still sitting.

Of course seeing Kanaya who was about to leave Alvin immediately held Kanaya back.

"Wait Naya! Listen to my explanation! I'm not done!"

"I'm asking you to take my hand off, you're rude Alvin!"

Kanaya was as strong as her power to remove the grip of Alvin's hand on Kanaya's wrist but Alvin gripped her even tighter as if not letting Kanaya off this time.

"Tante Naya!"

Kanaya and Alvin both stared at the voice calling out to Kanaya.

Alvin who was surprised to see the whereabouts of Nicholas Bryan, unknowingly released his grip on Kanaya.

Alvin did not expect to meet the man he admired when he saw firsthand the ceremony some time ago, now in front of him with his right hand and some bodyguards.

Kanaya sees an opportunity to escape from Alvin immediately leaving Alvin to approach Caca.

"Read."

Kanaya hugged Caca. I don't know what Kanaya felt, her heart was relieved, there was a sense of security, especially when she saw her Big Boss standing staring at the two with the cold and sharp eyes of Nicholas Bryan.

Kanaya timidly returned the Big Boss' extremely fierce and cold gaze.

"Mr Nick. How are you doing? Didn't expect us to meet here? It's good to see you back. Me," Alvin who was acting pretentious as soon as his words were stopped by a man whose steps just smelled of the smell of establishment.

"I don't care what you're talking about. I just don't want my employees to make a bad image for the company with your cheap drama!"

Nick immediately leaves Alvin who looks dumb at Nick's heart-pounding words.

Alvin is about to call and chase Kanaya but Nick's bodyguard holds him back.

"Please leave, before we act." The look and the hand checks of Nick's bodyguard made Alvin tremble. He also abandoned his intention to pursue Kanaya.

"I'm not going to give up Kanaya. I'm going back. I know where I should look for you. I promise I'll get you back by any means!" Alvin growled to see Kanaya who had gone a long way in holding the girl who called him.

Nick stopped his steps.

Turning to face Kanaya who was holding Caca.

Gusti invites Caca so that Caca does not see what his big Boss will do with a sharp gaze ready to prey.

Nick took a few steps closer to Kanaya.

Of course Kanaya who is now only less than 1 cubit away with Nick was immediately made ketar ketir, let alone the gaze of Big Boss killer like a tiger who was ready to pounce.

"I don't care what you have to do with that guy, but you have to remember, as long as you're an NBC employee, take care of your behavior. Cheap drama like that does not deserve to tarnish the big name of NBC. Understood!"

Nick's sharp gaze immediately pierced Kanaya's netra without blinking.

Kanaya certainly felt bitter over Nick's words like a loud reprimand for him.

"Understand Boss. I accidentally met with ma," Kanaya intended to explain but was immediately cut by Nick.

"I don't want to hear any excuses. You just follow my rules! If you don't like it, please take your feet off NBC!" Nick's voice made Kanaya not continue with her words.

Caca, who is under Gusti's surveillance, approaches Daddy Nick and Kanaya.

"Daddy, don't be mad at Aunt Kanaya. Oma said if anyone talks, don't cut it first. Daddy should listen to Aunt Naya's explanation. Caca look Om just pulled Aunt Naya's hand."

Caca clasped Nick's hand and looked at his angry Daddy.

Nick saw Caca's face, of course, Nick was devastated, where he could see his beloved daughter's hazel in tears, but Nick was still upset by what he witnessed earlier.

"Honey, Daddy's not angry, just advising Daddy's employees to comply with the rules. Just like Caca at school who certainly have to obey order, right?"

Caca nodded his head.

"Daddy's smart darling. Caca come with Om Gusti first huh. Daddy wants to talk to Aunt Naya." Nick rubbed Caca's head.

"Daddy promise yes, don't get mad at Aunt Naya. Aunt Naya is wrong. Om that's the bad one. He hurt Aunt Naya's hand. Daddy look at that." Caca pointed at Kanaya's wrist.

Kanaya only realized that her wrist was blue by Alvin's treatment and a little bit of pain might be scratched, Kanaya herself only realized when she saw it now.

Nick sees confirmed Caca's words and correctly looks a wound on Kanaya's wrist.

"Yes Daddy promised. Caca used to play with Om Gusti huh. Gus, is there still time?"

"Client's still on Boss' way. Aman." Gusti.

"Take Caca buy ice cream. I need to discipline a rogue NBC employee!" Nick's eyes looked at Kanaya as he said that.

"You, come with me!" Nick points Kanaya to follow in his footsteps.
