At work! Prio, Yusuf's co-worker, eagerly invites him to have lunch outside with Lisa, her boyfriend, and Lisa's friend Sarah. Despite his doubts and increasingly haunted feelings of guilt, Prio manages to convince Joseph to attend the meeting.
In his heart, Joseph felt distressed and confused. He felt trapped at a difficult intersection. On the one hand, there was Aminah, his faithful wife. On the other hand, there was Sarah, the woman who had possessed her heart and made it difficult for her to ignore it. Meanwhile, the feeling of guilt towards Aminah began to feel like a heavy burden on her shoulders.
Joseph knew that this encounter could be catastrophic, but at the same time, the attraction he felt towards Sarah was intense. He wanted to see Sarah again, hear her voice, and perhaps, in his heart, he wanted to ascertain if Sarah's feelings for him were as strong as he felt.
Despite his doubts, Joseph finally agreed to Prio's invitation. On the way to the restaurant where the meeting took place, he felt mixed up. His destiny seems to have been caught up in a complicated game of feelings, and he doesn't yet know how it ends.
During the daytime break at the office, Joseph could not really focus on his work. His mind continued to drift into the upcoming encounter with Sarah. His awkward and confused feeling deepened. He wondered if he should have gone to this meeting or avoided it.
At the same time, feelings of guilt towards Aminah also seeped into his mind. He knew that he had betrayed his wife's trust, and this made him feel even worse. Joseph pondered the options available before him, trying to understand the consequences of every action he could take.
But despite the doubts and guilt, the attraction she felt towards Sarah was so strong that she found it hard to resist. Sarah had seduced his heart and made him long for the company of the woman.
By the time they arrived at the restaurant, the atmosphere felt different from before. Yusuf feels uneasy though this is not the first time he has met Lisa, Prio's girlfriend, and Sarah, the woman who has possessed his mind in recent times.
They sat at a table that was quite large, but the atmosphere still felt bitter. The conversation at the beginning was quite stiff, with Joseph and Sarah pretending to be awkward as if they weren't so close and didn't know each other inside out.
Prio tried to create a more relaxed atmosphere by joking around, but it was only for a short while.
Joseph felt Sarah keep looking at him, and it made him feel uncomfortable. They did not say any words to each other, but there were gazes that spoke to each other, containing hidden feelings and desires that they were trying to endure.
Meanwhile, Lisa who was sitting opposite Joseph was wondering and worried. He felt that something was wrong between Joseph and Sarah, and it made him feel curious, and so did Prio.
Sarah, on the other hand, felt like she was at a crossroads. To Joseph, he still felt strong feelings, but he also knew that he had to respect Joseph's relationship with Aminah. This meeting was a conflict of feelings for Sarah.
In the bustle of the four of them in the restaurant, the tense atmosphere was felt when Sarah secretly sent a short message to Joseph. On the screen of his phone came a message from Sarah, whose contents expressed desire and uncertainty among them. The message reads:
Joseph felt dilematic. She understood that the feelings of the two of them were deepening, but at the same time, she felt constrained by her existing marriage. Her heart pounded as she began to respond to Sarah's message, trying to find the right words to respond to the uncertainty and tension they were facing.
Joseph answered carefully, pondering every word he wrote: "I will try, but we must talk more about this." In his message there are mixed feelings that he feels, with a growing desire on one side and uncertainty and guilt on the other.
The reply to this Message reflects the confusion within Joseph, in which he tries to respond to his feelings for Sarah without destroying his existing marriage. But this is hard for him, because all the crimes will sooner or later be revealed.
Joseph and Prio leave the restaurant after lunch with Lisa and Sarah. However, Joseph's mood was heavy because of the message from Sarah earlier and the inner conflict he was going through. When they returned to the office by car, Yusuf sat in the driver's seat in silence, only occasionally hearing Prio's light conversation.
Her thoughts continued to drift to the message from Sarah, and in her daydream, she reflected back on the moments they had spent together. Only a little time has passed since their first meeting at the hotel, but her feelings for Sarah are deepening. As their car drove through heavy traffic, Joseph did not focus entirely on the road.
Suddenly, a loud horn from the vehicle in front of him woke him from his daydream. He felt his heartbeat soar and brake the vehicle quickly, almost hitting the car in front of him. They were all gasping as their car slowed down to approach the other car unharmed, but this incident made Joseph aware of the fact that he had to focus on what was happening before him.
Prio who was sitting next to him looked at Joseph anxiously. "Are you okay, buddy?" asked Prio with a worried tone.
Joseph nodded, trying to calm himself. "Yes, yeah, I'm good. Just pondering something, Prio."
Yusuf continued to travel to the office with Prio after the incident almost hit earlier.
In the car, they talk about their work and work plans for the day. Joseph tried to keep up his professional appearance, though his mind was still fulfilled by the message from Sarah. The journey they usually took excitedly, this time felt very different.
Arriving at the office, they both focus on their respective work. Joseph tried to refrain from distraction and thought about Sarah. She knew that she had to finish her responsibilities at work before she could think of meeting Sarah at the hotel later in the afternoon.
The time goes by, and the busyness in the office makes Joseph a little forget the problem. However, the shadow of the encounter with Sarah still looms over his mind, and he finds it difficult to focus entirely on his work. At the same time, the guilt towards Aminah also haunts her even more.
