Wedding Tears And The Gorge of Infidelity

Wedding Tears And The Gorge of Infidelity
My Heart Groaning

That night, in their silent home, Aminah and Joseph sat at the table with a stillness hanging between them. Their faces no longer reflected the happiness they once had.

Joseph, in a sharp tone, said, "Well, I hope you can understand, my work is very important. I have to work hard to give us a good life."

Aminah, with teary eyes, replied in a low tone, "But, Joseph, that is not what I asked for. I just want a little time with you. You're like a stranger in this house."

Joseph is getting hooked, "Well, don't you understand? My business will not grow if I don't work hard. We need money."

Aminah, upset and disillusioned, chimed in with a sharp tone, "Money cannot replace the time you stole from me, Joseph. I feel forgotten and lonely."

Joseph gritted his teeth, "Do not constantly complain, Aminah. I'm tired of your complaints."

Their conversation turned into heated quarrels, bickering voices filled the room. This was the first time in their marriage, their emotions clashed as hard as this. But both feel trapped in an increasingly deep conflict, and no one knows how they will cope.

There was the sound of heavy rain outside, and lightning struck in the distance as the quarrel inside the house grew increasingly heated.

"I've had enough!" Aminah shouted in a trembling voice, then threw the plate containing the food on the dining table. The plate broke into pieces as it floated in the air.

Joseph, also angered, shouted, "You really don't know how hard my work is!" While stomping his hand to the table, a glass filled with water spilled out and broke into pieces.

Aminah replied, "Your work is always number one for you, even more important than our family!" He grabbed the vase of flowers located on the table, and with furious strength, threw it on the floor. Beautiful flowers were scattered throughout the room.

The atmosphere grew increasingly tense, and the rain that fell down was increasingly swift as if reflecting their turbulent feelings. The two of them stood amidst the debris of the split, feeling as if their world was collapsing around them.

Joseph, breathless, tried to control himself, "Well, we cannot continue like this. I know we're facing a problem, but we need to find a solution together."

Aminah, though still angry, felt a little struck by Joseph's words. She was crying, tears were running down her cheeks. "I just want you to know how I feel, Joseph. I want us to go back to what we used to."

Lightning struck again, and the electricity in their house suddenly went out, leaving them in total darkness. This seemed to be a symbol of the chaos they had created.

The two of them pondered in the darkness, feeling the weight of their words and actions. Their quarrels damaged not only the things around, but also the hearts of those who wounded each other. They know that their journey to repair a distressed household has begun, though the path to good may still be far and challenging.

In the darkness that enveloped the house, Aminah immediately ran towards the room while crying. He fumbles around the drawer of the bedside table to find his phone. With trembling hands, he turned on the cell phone light to illuminate his View.

The little light created shadows on the walls and floor as she was crying in the child's room. In an increasingly gripping silence, she typed a short message to her best friend, Rina, "I don't know what to do, Rina. Our fight is getting worse. Please, I need someone to talk to."

Rina immediately responded to her message, gave support to Aminah and promised to come to her house tomorrow morning. Aminah felt a little relieved, knowing that she was not alone in this struggle.

Sitting in his bed, Aminah lets tears flow, hoping that the two of them can find a way to repair their miserable marriage.

The dark night felt heavy for Aminah, and finally, she decided to take drastic measures. In her confusion and sadness, she arranged some clothes and important items into a small bag. Aminah then approached her sleeping child gently and kissed her forehead.

With his cell phone still lighting the way, he stepped slowly to the front door and out of the house in the silence of the dark night.

Aminah arrived at her parents' house, and they welcomed her with warm hugs. There, he hoped to find a clarification and solution to the problem of his agonizing marriage, while Joseph in their home reflected on his actions and words that had driven Aminah away.

Their son's name was Hana, and he was 7 years old. Joseph thought that Aminah slept with Hana last night in their room, but when morning came, he woke up with a strange silence. Hana, with eyes full of confusion, asked, "Dad, where's mom? Why isn't he here?"

Joseph felt his heart pounding, and his confusion deepened. He began searching for Aminah anxiously and expecting to find the answer to her disappearance.

With an increasingly anxious heart, Joseph began to search for Aminah in every corner of the room. He fumbled pillows and blankets, looking for signs of his wife's whereabouts, but found none. The room that was once full of love and hope now feels empty and cold.

Yusuf tried to control his anxiety as he replied to Hana in a calm voice, "Maybe mom woke up early, son. I'll look for him, don't worry."

He went to the bathroom, kitchen, and living room, hoping to find traces of Aminah. However, there was no sign of his wife's presence throughout the house.

Joseph went into the room with a mind still filled with confusion and worry. He reached for his phone to contact Aminah and told her that he was going to look for his wife, but when he opened the phone, he found a short message describing a strange situation.

In his confusion, he read a message sent by his wife that morning, which read: "Joseph, I have returned to my parents' house. I need time to reflect on everything."

With a cell phone in hand and a mixed feeling that still surrounds his mind, Joseph invites Hana to speak softly. She wanted to protect her son from the burden of this troubled marriage.

Joseph smiled at Hana and said, "Today, son, I think we should pick up Mama at Nene's house first. We can spend time together as a family. Mama would be happy to see you."

Joseph explained gently to Hana, "Mamah went to Nene's house early in the morning because you were still sleeping, son. Mom wants to let you sleep well, so she won't bother you while you sleep."

Hana seemed to accept the reason with a smile. She may be a child, but she can sense that something is not right in her parents' relationship. Yusuf was relieved that he managed to keep Hana from the ongoing conflict, at least temporarily.

Joseph and Hannah left the house in a mixed mood, heading to the grandmother's house. Their journey together brings a little light in the midst of the difficult times they experience. The two of them sat in the car, but an atmosphere of silence and worry still surrounded them.

Hana, who still does not know exactly what happened, leaned her head against her father's shoulder. Joseph tried to give her strength while driving a car.

As they approached the grandmother's house, Joseph hoped that this meeting would bring understanding and a positive change in their relationship with Aminah.

They finally arrived in front of the grandmother's house, and Joseph turned off the car engine. Hana looked with a sense of enthusiasm at her grandmother's familiar home. The house holds sweet memories for the family.

Joseph helped Hana out of the car, and they both stepped towards the front door of the grandmother's house. With an inevitable feeling of nervousness, Joseph knocked on the door.

Their grandmother opened the door with a warm smile and hugged the two of them. "Welcome, my dear ones," he said affectionately.

After entering the house, Joseph and Hana with their grandmother sat in the living room.
