Four months later.
That morning sunlight began to creep in through the window slit, warming a room that was initially so cold because of the overnight coolant.
Marsha began to squirm, her hands palpating the side of the bed but found nothing to look for. He hurriedly opened his eyes, not finding Jeremy next to him.
“Where to Je?” Marsha sat on the bed, looking left and right, looking for Jeremy but not in the room.
With an enlarged stomach, he decided to go out of the room looking for the whereabouts of Jeremy who was not usually up that early.
“Kak Je!” Marsha calls Jeremy's name, she goes down the stairs to look for her husband downstairs.
Once in the living room, Marsha was shocked to see everyone gathered there and greeted her with a warm smile.
“Happy birthday,” said Jeremy as soon as he saw Marsha. He went to his wife and hugged her.
Marsha really didn't expect that Jeremy and the house guy would give her a surprise on her birthday. Marsha was deeply moved by the shock she received.
“Thank you Brother Je,” said Marsha while returning the husband's embrace.
Jeremy loosens his arms, then rubs Marsha's cheeks and hair lovingly.
“Good heads my two dear ones, may all your wishes come true this year. I can only say hopefully good things continue to come to you,” said Jeremy.
Marsha nodded, then hugged Jeremy again. "Thank you sister, I love you so much."
“You want a hug until when? I've been wanting to eat the cake,” as good as Rey because Marsha and Jeremy cuddle endlessly.
Marsha and Jeremy laughed, then they cut the cake as a birthday celebration ritual. That morning Marsha was really so happy because her husband gave her a surprise she never thought of.

Marsha content almost entered the age of thirty-six weeks. Lately Marsha is more spoiled and Jeremy himself does not mind because he understands the condition of his wife. Marsha is also more often controlled to check the condition of the body as well as the prospective baby, because since the beginning of pregnancy she experienced a different case from pregnant women in general.
That day Marsha went to the hospital by herself with the driver. Marsha did not use executive services, so she had to queue up like other common patients.
“Mother Marsha.”
Finally, Marsha's turn arrived after several previous patients had been examined. Marsha went into the examination room to check the condition of her body and pregnancy.
Doctor Rere, who used to treat Marsha, was surprised to see Jeremy's wife enter after several other patients. The doctor felt guilty for making Marsha stand in line.
“Why didn't you just go in? Sorry for keeping you waiting,” said doctor Rere who felt bad.
Marsha reviews the smile, then says, “It's okay, Doc. Once in a while queue, this is no big deal.”
“You came alone?” ask doctor Rere. Usually with Jeremy, Marsha will definitely go through the executive line.
“Iya,” Marsha replied when she was seated. “Actually there are things I want to complain about, so I chose to come myself.”
Doctor Rere nodded and prepared to hear Marsha's complaint.
“Actually these few days I feel dizzy, but I am afraid of the story to my husband because I do not want to make him anxious,” Marsha said telling me his condition.
Doctor Rere was surprised to hear Marsha's complaint because the condition of her pregnancy was very special and needed special attention. Dr Rere asked the nurse to check Marsha's blood pressure first.
“Your blood pressure is very high, you should immediately consult me,” said Dr. Rere.
Marsha seemed to think, and then asked the question to her doctor.
“Dok, can I give birth normally? I would love to give birth like a pregnant mother in general.”
Dr. Rere is shocked to hear Marsha's words. She and Kimi had already talked about Marsha's preparation and delivery plans, to avoid any unwanted occurrences.
“But, Bu Kimi and I have prepared a safe delivery for you,” said Dr. Rere.
“I know, but what can I do if I try to give birth normally first, at least I do not give up just like that. Can the doctor help? People say, if not give birth normally, then it cannot be said as a true mother. I just want to be a mother trying to give birth to her child.”
"Why can you think like this?"
