Chapter 128: Warming Up

"Did you forget? You took it off and threw it last night?"

Jeremy spoke with emphasis so that others could not hear. He walked back to bed and sat down.

"Give me back my wife's debt!"

Jeremy snatched the object from his sister's hand and gave it to Marsha. Despite her pouting lips, Marsha accepted it and went back to the bathroom to wear it.

Cantika and Nova clearly saw the obvious awkwardness in the eyes of Jeremy and Marsha. After all, Rey could point a button towards her brother.

"I thought you guys were perverts in the hospital" Rey sneered. Although it was a bit claustrophobic as well as when he said that sentence.

"May," Jeremy replied without needing to think. He was happy to be noticed that way. It turns out that Marsha when there is a calm mode is very charming.

Meanwhile, Kimi who just came walking while remembering her husband's story yesterday. He wanted to ask Mia directly why he could come with Jeremy.

Kimi does not want to be prejudiced first, everyone needs to be heard why when doing something. Kimi stops in front of the ER, she tries to find Mia inside but turns out the girl has no schedule.

"Is there a problem, Doc?" ask the doctor because Kimi is looking for Mia early in the morning.

Marsha babbles incessantly while feeding Jeremy, telling him how the villain wants to hurt him. Marsha had not been aware since the husband looked at and laughed at himself because of his behavior.

Jeremy realizes he's married to a girl who hasn't and may be growing up, so he has to treat Marsha differently, unlike his ex-daughters.

"Good thing Je's not okay."

Marsha stopped talking, looking at the bowl of porridge that she had been feeding Jeremy.

"Oh, it's over."

Marsha was confused, so cool to speak she had not realized the last mouthful had been swallowed by her husband. The girl smilingly looked at Jeremy, thanks escaped from the man's lips followed by a gentle swab at Marsha's head.

"You can be sweet too."

Everyone who heard Jeremy compliment to Marsha felt like a mosquito repellent. Rey was the same, so he chose to resign to go to work.

"Grandmother also wanted to go, was here early in the morning now drowsy." Cantika stood up, she rubbed Nova's arm so that her friend would stand up just like her.
