Farewell

"Airin, you're so beautiful." Melody immediately welcomed Airin's arrival that night.

That night was indeed the farewell night held in the school hall. Airin looks very beautiful by wearing a white dress according to the event dress code.

"Are you ready to dance with Revan?" said Siska who walked beside Airin.

Airin shook his head. At the top of the show that night there was a dance event but both Airin and Revan had decided not to dance rather than later it felt heavier better like this.

"Why? Enjoy dong gini's last moments. Yes papa if indeed you break first with Revan, I understand that it is for the good of both of you. But now there's a chance, you're benefiting" Melodi said. He held Airin's arm while walking.

Airin shook his head slowly. "I don't want to take off Revan any harder." He was increasingly holding a tightness in his chest. The umpteenth time the tears were blocked in his eyes.

"Yes, yes, I understand. Yes already. Don't sad. We're happy-happy tonight."

The steps of the three of them stop when they cross paths with Revan and his friends. Behind Revan is Azka. Revan and Azka's gaze was fixed on Airin. They both look fascinated by Airin's beauty.

Without saying anything, Airin continued his steps and entered the hall. He just sits down until the show starts and is opened by the host. Hearing that voice, Airin straightened his gaze and looked up at the stage.

Revan! Turns out Revan's really going to perform tonight.

Revan holds his guitar and sits in the middle of the stage with the mic already on stand in front of him. Revan's eyes were now fixed on Airin who was also looking at him. He smiled a little and got closer to the mic.

"Cieee, Airin. Cie..." Some of his friends cheered Airin.

"Before I want to apologize to all my friends if for three years I had the same fault of all of you or I was too hard when I was chairman of OSIS first."

"Yes, equally." replied his friends simultaneously.

"There's a meeting there's also a farewell. But this goodbye is the beginning of all of our success. We can still meet and gather at other times. And..." Revan stopped his sentence for a while. "Airin may you always be happy without me by your side. I'll always miss you."

Some of their friends were cheering for Airin but Tear of Airin was getting dammed up. He held it all his might so that the tears would not fall.

A standing ovation accompanied Revan after he finished performing the song. Now Revan got off the stage and went somewhere.

Airin shrunk her tears with a tissue. His heart still feels so tight. Honestly, she was so anxious to cry in Revan's arms.

"Don't be sad." Melodi and Siska hug Airin. "I have recaminated. Later if you miss seeing this video."

Airin just nodded his head. "The three of us are still best friends, right?"

They took off his embrace. "Yes dong, once a week we gather and the stories yes."

"Yes." Yeah." The tightness in Airin's heart slightly disappeared while chatting with Melodi and Siska. Until at the top of the event, some of his friends who have a partner are already preparing on the dance floor.

Azka walked up to Melodi and whispered something to Melodi which was immediately answered by a nod by Melodi. Then Azka re-assembled with another friend.

"Ai, let's go there yuk." Melodi asked. Although Airin did not want to but Melodi continued to pull Airin's hand. When they got to the dance floor. Melodi and Siska push Airin's body until she falls in Revan's arms which are also pushed by Azka and Tomi.

"Woy dance! Best couple cook don't dance." Tomi yelled.

Airin held her hand against Revan's chest. He looked at Revan a moment ago he shifted his legs and was about to leave but Revan held back Airin's waist.

"Don't go. We enjoy tonight together." whispered Revan near Airin's ear.

Finally Airin just fell silent and followed Revan's movements. He moved both his hands on Revan's shoulders.

Revan continued to stare at Airin even though Airin still lowered his gaze. "Don't be sad."

Not smiling, but Airin was crying. He now drowned his face on Revan's shoulder.

Revan said nothing more, his heart was as tight as Airin's. He let the girl cry. Maybe after this his heart will be calmer. He simply rubbed Airin's trembling back.

After crying, Airin finally straightened his head. "Sorry, get wet."

"No papa." Revan took the handkerchief in his pocket and wiped away the tears of Airin on his cheek. "After this don't cry anymore."

Airin nodded his head.

Then Revan put one hand in Airin's hand. They move rhythmically along with the music. It looks very harmonious especially when they look at each other with love.

From a distance Azka smiled as she looked at the two of them.

Even though my love for you is huge, but I can't possibly separate you from Revan, Ai.
