The thing that was never imagined in Edmund's head was the ocean plunge to save the man who became the greatest rival in the fight for Laura's love.
Seeing Laura cry out in despair made Edmund not think long to help the pirates who had snatched Laura from his arms.
After Edmund plunged into the ocean, he saw Sean floating with blood flowing from his arm, with all his might as Edmund swam and pulled him up to the edge of the large wood bobbing. He rested Sean's hands on the wood. He then swam around looking for items that could be used as a buoy, not far from Sean's body there is a large enough wood.
Edmund swam to the wood but something jolted him, suddenly his legs cramped unwilling to move following Edmund's wishes, he tried to swim with all his might to the big wood but, suddenly, his legs cramped, he could not hold on long enough for Edmund to be carried by the waves that afternoon.

Laura cried sobbing until she fell asleep beside Sean's bed, she clasped Sean's still unconscious hand, that night Sean opened both eyes, and, she stared at the surroundings and her eyes fell on Laura who was asleep on the chair beside her bed while clasping her hands.
"Laura?" Said Sean who now felt better even though the wound was painful but this kind of wound was nothing to Sean, he had more terrible injuries than a gunshot wound to his arm like this, living in the harsh ocean often made Sean's body hurt.
Sean got up from his bed, he then stood up and lifted Laura's body lightly and laid on his bed. Sean walks towards the big window on the ship, his memory taking Sean to Edmund who helps him, though so vague, Sean knows that Edmund is the one who helped him.
Sean stared at the dark ocean with the big waves of the night, then he looked at his bandaged arm and turned to Laura who was asleep in bed. He exhaled and went back to lying next to Laura and hugged her tightly.

"Hows it? Is there any sign of Edmund's whereabouts?" Asked Lord Windsor to the captain on this ship, he ordered a large number of his men to search for Edmund at sea, although the results he got were disappointing but Lord Windsor did not give up, he continued to search for his nephew.
He stood on the ship's bridge staring at the vast expanse of the ocean, "Are you still alive Edmund?" The whisper of Lord Windsor gazed at the vast ocean with a face of grief.

He looked at Laura with a smile. Laura smiled and leaned her head on Sean's body. "I love you, too, Sean." whispered Laura

The sky that day was seen to march, the waves of calm sea water with comfortable beach air, the sun was so hot that afternoon, the birds on the beach were jumping around looking for shells and sea animals.

The sun blocked the face of the girl sitting before him, so Edmund could not clearly see her face.
"You're sober?" The girl took a sigh of relief. "I think you're dead, I'm so glad you're alive, can you stand up?" Ask.
"Who are you?" Edmund asked still not so clearly see the face of the girl in front of him because of the glare of the sun.
"I? My name is Leona, I live on this island, my village is not so far from here, you can stay at my house to rest, ah you know, my village is not so far away, it is rare for people to come to our remote village, so rare that some say our island is a haunted island or a lost island, it is located so far from the other islands" said the girl with a cheerful face.
The girl continued to tell stories while looking at Edmund towards her village, after they walked and the sunlight did not dazzle Edmund's eyes she was finally able to see the face of the girl who helped him.
"Pretty." Edmund.
"What?" Said the girl with her eyes wide in deep green, she smiled happily to see Edmund was fine.
"You live alone?" Ask Edmund.
"Yes, I live alone, the people of this village who keep me until I am what I am now." He said with a smile, he showed a beautiful smile to Edmund.
"May you dislike pirates!" Edmund.
"What's? A pirate? The pirates won't come here, they're scared to go to this island."
"Why?" Ask Edmund.
"There's a myth among pirates, if you were on this island, you'd never get off this island." Her speech.
"Certainly that?"
Actually the story has a point too, because once you set foot on this island you will not be able to leave here, not because of myths but the currents that you have to pass through are so terrible, the whirlpool usually sinks the ships that pass through it, but you're really lucky to get to this island by passing through that vortex ."
Edmund stared at the ships piling up as a result of being carried by the waves of sea water, Edmund then looked at the sweet girl who was wiping it.
"Maybe I can live in this village."
Edmund muttered raising his eyebrows while looking at the face of this beautiful girl beside him, he smiled sweetly and took Edmund towards his village. Edmund gazed at the sunny skies of the village, he would probably live in the village long enough because there was no sign the ship would pass through this remote island, even so Edmund would not be lonely, because there's Leona next to him.
