The Whisper Of The Sea

The Whisper Of The Sea
Vol 37

Laura peeked out from the door of the next room, she was so curious about Edmund's arrival that she was brave enough to meet Sean.

Max ran to his mother, knowing the arrival of his son Laura showed a finger on his lips so as not to be noisy.

"Mommy, why is mom hiding here?" Ask.

"Sstt, don't fuss max I want to hear their talk."

"Okay Mom." While closing his own mouth.

"What important talk do you want to talk about?" Sean asked who was sitting in front of Edmund.

He smiled, "I should have come here to talk to Laura not to you, but because you wanted to interfere so I'll say."

"Grandpa Laura will come here to pick up laura." Her speech.

"Grandfather Laura, what do you mean?" Sean asked with deep eyebrow wrinkles.

"You don't know? Laura is the granddaughter of Kent Windsor, for some reason Laura was left in this village and raised by the Johansson family."

Sean was so shocked, so was Laura who listened to every word Edmund said behind the door.

"How can you be sure that Laura is the granddaughter of Mr. Windsor?" Sean asked as if his head was pierced.

"Have my uncle been looking for her for years since she was abandoned in this village, she investigated laura's whereabouts, of course she was sure that Laura was her granddaughter who disappeared a few years ago."

Sean was so agitated after listening to Edmund's words, he did not expect that laura was a family of nobles who wanted to destroy him.

"It all depends on Laura, doesn't it? He wants or doesn't accept a family that's been throwing it away since childhood." Said Sean.

Edmund smiled obliquely, "yes, you were right, but my uncle wanted to see him when he got to this village." Said Edmund who had now stood up from his chair.

Laura immediately left when Edmund's voice came closer to the door.

"From max." Laura pulled her son into hiding in the next room.

"Mommy, we're playing hide-and-seek huh?" Ask while whispering.

"Sst Don't be noisy."

Edmund immediately left Sean's house, staying as he sat alone thinking with all Edmund's words to him.

Laura opened the door and found Sean daydreaming.

"Sean?"

Sean turned around and smiled at Laura.

"You okay?" Laura approached Sean.

Sean pulled Laura's hand and immediately sat on her lap.

"I'm sure you've heard it all, baby." Sean pulled Laura's chin and then kissed her.

"I heard it Sean."

They looked at each other, Laura tightly hugged Sean's body and leaned her head on his shoulder.

"Nothing's gonna change Sean, I love you." Laura hugged Sean's body.

"You're right, honey, whether you meet your grandfather or not, it won't change anything, I'd like to have our marriage soon." Sean kissed laura's lips gently.

The ship was already at sea going to Estonia precisely in the village of pyrita which is the residence of her granddaughter.

"Sir, you'd better go inside, the air's so cold." Said one of his servants.

"All right." Said Mr. Windsor while holding his staff and went inside. He thought about how his grandson had lived during this time when he was left behind in the village. Would he hate those who threw it away?

Edmund smiled happily, he felt that a great opportunity had come to him, and this time he would try to persuade his uncle to marry him to Laura, even though Edmund was his own uncle, but she didn't care that she wanted to marry Laura.

"Sean"! Laura said to rebuke him.

"We're out in the open, and my body's still tired, max's gonna be here any minute, so stop baby."

Sean hugged Laura tightly and inhaled the scent of Laura's body that always made Sean want to do it every time Laura was in his arms, this time listening to Laura's request.

Not long after Max rushed in looking for his father and mother he ran around with a sword in his hand.

"Mommy, dad?" His face was full of sweat after running around in the park.

He ran towards Sean's lap and sat there.

"Mommy? Can I play with the kids in the village this afternoon? soon they will play kites on the riverbank, may ya mom, and it's been a long time since I picked mommy berries." Said max while shaking his body sulking.

"Of course it's okay, baby, we're going out together this afternoon." Sean said as he ruffled Max's hair.

"Before that you have to spend your lunch max as well as carrots and peppers if you want to play outside and there should be nothing left." Laura's mouth pulls max's cheek.

"Key mom." Max bowed with a sour face to hear the words carrots and peppers, vegetables that he thought were only intended for rabbits only and not for him.

That afternoon the three of them were walking around in the middle of the village pyrita cool air and beautiful complement the beauty of the village, the sound of waves pounding from a distance rang out and made the feeling feel comfortable.

The people in the village stared at the three of them even pointed at Laura with astonished looks and whispered, let alone the gossipy girls who knew Laura's background.

A woman approached them with fiery red hair, she was one of the acquaintances of Mr. Kouth's aide.

"Hey laura." Sweepings.

The three of them stopped walking and looked at the woman.

"Hi ellena." Laura said, although actually greeting each other between them is very rare between the two.

"Aren't you Mr Sean Nicholas Hoult?" Ask.

Sean only nodded and briefly looked at her then he turned his attention to max who was impatient to go to the river.

"What's going on? Why are you with Mr Hoult?" Ellena asked frankly, she looked at Laura as if Laura was a shameless woman who was trying to annoy Sean.

Before Laura answered. Sean with a cold face looked at Ellena.

"Of course she's with me because Laura is my wife." Sean pulls Laura's hand leaving the sculpted ellena frozen with a gaping mouth. The invasion of his friends came to Ellena and wanted to know what Sean told her.

Laura looked at him and smiled, "this village is completely unchanged, as well as the women who like to gossip, I wonder to see their curiosity with the lives of others." Said Sean while shaking his head.

"Uncle!" Shouted Edmund who was waiting for Lord Windsor in the harbor with his horse-drawn carriage.

"Edmund? What are you doing in this place?" Asked Mr Windsor with a astonished face.

"Later I'll explain uncle, I accidentally picked up uncle." Edmund.

Mr. Windsor's face was slightly suspicious to find Edmund in this small village.

"What do you know about Edmund?" Ask.

Edmund smiled then picked up Mr Windsor's suitcase and lifted him into the carriage.

"Everyone uncle, I know everything. Don't worry, I'm here to help find uncle's granddaughter, I know where Laura lives."

Mr. Windsor looked at him with worried eyes, he knew very well the nature of his nephew this one, liked to party and play with women, let alone the women who had been with him often in pain, he said, and that once made Mr. Windsor in trouble.

"I'd like to see my granddaughter Laura soon." Mr. Windsor stared at the streets of the village as he glanced at Edmund who was sitting beside him.
