Inside the hospital everyone was very worried

It has been an hour of operation but the operation has not been completed

Dina's doctor stopped in a room and showed her four baby boxes there

"That's Zaenab's son all" asked Zidan

"Yes it was only Zaenab's child and was separated from other babies who were also in incubators so as not to be confused" explained Dr. Dina
