Zaenab still stood in his position without flinching even with tears
"I'm sure you'll heal like before" Karin said
Not long after that someone's voice made Zaenab and Karin stare at the source of the voice
"Let's not go away from me I love you so much" said Fiko who began to slowly open her eyes.
"Mas Fiko" cried hysterically Zaenab
"Fiko you're conscious" said Karin and pressed a button next to Fiko's bed
For two months I have been waiting for you to come to your senses but when your eyes are open why is the name of another person you call the inner Zaenab
Fiko turned to her left side and found Karin sitting next to her while holding her left hand
"Today, you are here instead of you going abroad" said Fiko Lirih
"I'm back and I'm now working here as a doctor" Karin replied
"I beg you to never leave my side again" said Fiko
Word after word from her husband's mouth entered Zaenab's ear and made Zaenab powerless to hold back her tears that she had been holding back

While at the door, Zaenab passed the doctor and several nurses with him
The doctor immediately entered and examined Fiko's condition
"Mr Fiko has passed her critical period and can now be moved to the ward" said the doctor and passed away
Zaenab was still crying while sitting in the Hospital chair and arrived
"Tukes.." Zaenab felt nauseous
Zaenab's vision began to blur and he fell on the floor
A handsome young man who crossed the hall saw Zaenab lying on the floor immediately taking her to the IGD room

Once inside the ER room, the man placed Zaenab's body in the Hospital bed
"He's why" the doctor asked as he examined Zaenab
"So he fainted" the man replied
"It's better that you go out for a while let me check on him further" the doctor said
The man came out and waited in the chair and after twenty minutes of examining Zaenab finally the same doctor met the man
"Doctor what's going on" the man asked
"Congratulations you will be a father" the doctor congratulated him
"What doctor meant" the man asked
"She is pregnant and her gestational age is two weeks and please take care of her because she is pregnant with triplets" said the doctor
"Thank you Doc" The doctor passed away and the man approached Zaenab, who was still in bed, and started to open her eyes
"I am where," said Zaenab softly and began to sit his body
"You don't move much" said the man
"Who are you" asked Zaenab
"Oh yes introduce, I was Zidan I saw you had passed out so I brought you here" said Zidan
"Thank you" said Zaenab
"Do you know if you're pregnant now" Zidan asked
"What's? I'm pregnant"
"Yes and you are pregnant with triplets" Zidan replied
"Alhamdulillah I was finally given offspring after a long wait" said Zaenab happily
"Then where is your husband" asked Zidan
"He's.." Zaenab did not continue her words and looked down sadly
"You're why" asked Zidan
"I'm okay"
"My husband just came to his senses from his coma but now he is with his ex-girlfriend" Zaenab said
"It does not matter as long as you and your husband love each other no matter what the temptation can be passed" said Zidan
"But unfortunately not, he still loves his ex-girlfriend" Zaenab said
