"Then where is your husband" asked Zidan
"He's.." Zaenab did not continue her words and looked down sadly
"You're why" asked Zidan
"I'm okay"
"My husband just came to his senses from his coma but now he is with his ex-girlfriend" Zaenab said
"It does not matter as long as you and your husband love each other no matter what the temptation can be passed" said Zidan
"But unfortunately not, he still loves his ex-girlfriend" Zaenab said

Zaenab and Zidan came out of the ER room and headed to the parking lot
While in front of the loby Zaenab tripped over a stone that blocked his path and almost fell

Zaenab waited in front of the lobby and before long Zidan's car stopped right in front of Zaenab
Soon Zaenab got into the car and Zidan drove his car slowly out of the hospital grounds
While on the other hand after being examined by the doctor Karin invited Fiko to chat
"Why did you get into an accident" asked Karin
"Because I think of you" said Fiko teasing Karin made the woman blush in embarrassment

"Oh yeah you know who I was in the accident from" asked Fiko
"From Zaenab he told me you were in a coma" Karin replied
"Zaenab?!!"
"Now where is he" asked Fiko
"Hmm he came out maybe he doesn't care about you anymore" said Karin

"You are indeed a very caring woman and you are also no different from the previous Karin" said Fiko praised Karin
"Don't tell me Zaenab will be angry" said Karin
