The Wedding that Was Planned

Chapter 40

When Fiko was in his car there was a man who was none other than Ricki passing in front of Fiko's car,,

"It's not that Zaenab's assistant, is he here to visit Zaenab." murmured Fiko.

"Let him be his friend too"

Fiko's car is already in the middle of the city crowd, because it is still early morning so many vehicles are moving on the city streets to go to work and school.

It didn't take long for Fiko to finally be inside her house and now she is in the bathroom to clean her body

"Uhhhh.. tired" complained Fiko.

After taking a shower, Fiko came out of the bathroom to get dressed and immediately went down to return to the hospital

Fiko still feels guilty for what happened to Zaenab because of her actions so by keeping Zaenab healed can reduce her guilt

One week later

A doctor and several nurses carried out their duties. They are still monitoring the situation of Zaenab who is still lying in a coma

"Mama.." a word said from Zaenab's mouth made the doctor immediately check the current state of Zaenab

As usual Anisah, Fiko, Rayhan and Rachel are outside the ICU waiting for good news every day

Some of the nurses who were checking on Zaenab are out now

"Are there any developments about Zaenab" Fiko asked one of the nurses who came out of the ICU room

"Later will be explained by the doctor himself, excuse me" said the nurse then left and followed by the doctor who handles Zaenab.

"Wait for the doc. Is there any change to Zaenab" asked Anisah.

"Please explain the doc" urged Fiko

"Alhamdulillah Zaenab has now passed its critical period and can now be taken but wait to be transferred to a regular nursery" the doctor explained

"Thank you doc" Anisah said

Soon a gurney was pushed out of the ICU room and moved to a regular ward

After being moved all went inside to see the state of Zaenab

"Zaenab.." call Anisah.

"Mama.."

"Did I fall into a coma yesterday" asked Zaenab

"Yes, for one week" Anisah replied.

Fiko, Rachel as well Rayhan only watched the two of them while sitting on the sofa

"At that time I was in another realm.I was there walking along the beach until I finally found a very beautiful place." said Zaenab.

"Then.. "

"Then I wanted to go in there but I heard a cry from my mother and Fiko and I finally decided to go back to where I was" Zaenab explained.

Zaenab tried to remember the incident before he had an accident and did not take long finally Zaenab can remember the incident he experienced in the company Fiko

"At last you healed also nab. papa worried about you" said Rayhan.

"Thank God you're back to what you used to be" added Fiko

My body is back with you but not with my heart.I still find it difficult to forget the events of that time in Zaenab.

"Yes pa" replied Zaenab

A nun carrying some fruit and a bowl of porridge in a tray in her hand stopped their conversation

"I'm sorry, this is a good fruit to speed up your healing process" said the nurse and then returned

"You want to eat" asked Fiko

"No need. I'm not a laper" replied Zaenab.

"But you have to eat so that you recover quickly and return home" said Fiko persuaded Zaenab to eat

I return home will only bring pain.

"I'm bribing porridge yeah" said Fiko

"Hmmm"

"Ehmmm it looks like we have to get out first" Rayhan said

"Yes, we better get out first" Anisah said in agreement with Rayhan.
