"You are pregnant with four nab twins" said Zidan

"Yes I'm so happy" Zaenab was so happy to hear the news

Inside the room, Fiko

"Honey, you don't get too emotional later you hurt again" said Karin with a spoiled tone and swayed in Fiko's hands.

"If I wasn't angry like you, then I'm sorry" said Fiko and rubbed Karin's head gently

It wasn't me who was wrong but he apologized to me but it was good that it would be my chance to snatch Fiko away from the inner Zaenab of Karin with a sly smile

Not long after, a doctor came to check on Fiko's body condition

"Your condition has recovered and you can go home now and finish the entire cost in the administration" said the doctor and left

"Let's go home" Fiko asked

Karin leads Fiko to walk out of the room and stops in one of the rooms to pay for the administration fee

"You wait here first huh" said Karin and sat Fiko in one of the chairs

Karin goes to pay the administrative fee and then comes back to Fiko

"It's over" asked Fiko

"Everything, let's go home" asked Karin

The two of them got out of the Hospital and headed for Karin's private car

Karin's car is next to Zidan's and inside Zidan is calming Zaenab

"What's wrong" asked Zidan

Zaenab told me everything that happened in her husband's room

"I know you are very hurt but remember you are pregnant so you better focus on your fetus" Zidan advised

Zaenab listened to Zidan's words while looking out the window and digesting Zidan's words

When looking outwards Zaenab saw Karin and Fiko join hands while joking laughter complemented their intimacy

They forget their happiness is above someone's suffering

Zaenab cried again and when she remembered the baby she was carrying Zaenab finally stopped her crying

Zidan let Zaenab cry because he thought Zaenab would be relieved

After that Zidan drove his car out of the hospital yard drove on a very crowded street crowded with motorized motorists
