After eating Rachel went to the Wijaya Group to monitor the company's progress
Anisah and Zaenab talked in the living room

While Anisah and Zidan talked together in the family room

"Yes and now Raka is recovering" said Zidan
"Recovery? " ask Anisah confused
"Ka." said Zidan stopped because he saw Zaenab coming

Zaenab went with Zidan to the Hospital in Zidan's sports car

After Zaenab finished down and sat beside Zidan and in front of him was a chair to be occupied by the doctor
"Do you know if your children will be twins" the doctor asked
Zaenab was about to tell her that Zidan was not her husband but was stopped by Zidan and shook her head in a sign that did not allow Zaenab
"Have known doc" replied Zidan
"The fetus inside Miss Zaenab's stomach will be four twins" the doctor explained
"Four." said Zaenab and Zidan simultaneously because all they knew were triplets and now one more
"Not three docks" asked Zaenab
"Not after the examination I saw four seeds that will grow and develop" said the doctor
"Thank you doc" said Zidan and took Zaenab out
