The Village Girl Belongs to Mr. Amnesia
CHAPTER #2

Her afternoon.

Mey had reached Raymond's office, gracefully walking towards the elevator to the lover's room.

"Good morning, Miss Mey." said a female employee who was passing in front of the elevator.

"Hm." Mey answered briefly.

The elevator opened and Mei got into the elevator.

Ting

The elevator door opened, and Mei walked straight into Ray's room.

Chequek!

"Honey.." said Mey when she was in the room.

Ray, who was almost done doing his job, turned to the door.

His smile rose when he saw who was walking towards his table.

"Darling.." Meysa wrapped her hands around Ray's neck.

The cup!

Not to forget Mey gave a friendly kiss on Raymond's right cheek.

"You came alone?" Ray closed the red map he was holding.

Mey nodded and sat down at the end of Raymond's table. "I miss you so much."

"me too. Are we going now?"

Mey nodded. "If your work is done we better leave now, I can't wait to see the location." Mey said with a sweet smile on her lips, a smile that Raymond was very fond of.

"Well, whatever I'll do for you." Ray rushes to get his things done and he gets out of the chair and holds Mey's hand out of the room.

They both currently want to review the location where the ijab kabul event will be held and the wedding reception.

Raymond and Mey had been in a relationship for five years when Mey returned from college from London. Raymond met Mey when there was a family event and when the first meeting Ray immediately fell in love with Meysa and vice versa.

Raymond and Mey get into the car with Mico who becomes their personal driver.

"I'm very happy because soon we'll be getting married" said Mey spoiled as she leaned her head against Raymond's chest.

"Just like you, Honey. I'm so happy because I finally found my true love." Ray hugged Mey's body from the side.

While Mico, he sees Ray and Mey's affection through the rearview mirror. 'For now you can both be happy, but look at it later. I won't let Meysa fall into your arms, Raymond.' Mico's growled with jealous flames.

A short while later they had arrived at a very magnificent building and looked elegant.

"Is this the location?" Ray asked while getting out of the car.

"Yes, I think this is perfect for our wedding reception venue that will look elegant and luxurious like a fairy tale kingdom" Mey said enthusiastically.

"Let's look inside." Ray held Mey's hand.

The two of them walked into the building with Mico faithfully waiting beside the car.

"Darling, do you know how much it costs to rent this building?" Mey glanced at Ray.

Ray shakes. "I've given everything to you so you can choose everything according to your taste."

"I rented this building for a budget of 100 million per night. Don't you mind?"

"Of course not." Ray shakes. "Everything I'll give you as long as you're happy living with me. Even though you rented this building for a year, I can still afford it."

"Akh, you're really the best.." Meysa embraced Ray's body affectionately.

They went around looking at the building.

The Cempaka Hospital.

Kia was waiting for the doctor who was examining her grandmother.

Chequek!

The door of the room opened and Kia immediately moved from her seat.

"Sorry, Ma'am. I have to say something important to the state of the patient."

"Say what's the doctor?" Kia was worried.

"Your grandmother's condition is very weak, we have to install a heart ring for your grandmother. If it is not installed, the patient will be in an emergency and can accelerate death."

The heart ring plug is a producer of mounting a small tube-shaped instrument usually made of metal to open a blocked artery.

The installation of the heart ring serves to smooth the flow of blood and oxygen by enlarging the cavity of blood vessels that experience narrowing or blockage. The installation of the heart ring is not done in all patients with coronary heart disease.

Kiara closed her mouth using her palm. "Is there no other way but to put up Doc's ring?"

Doctor shakes. "It's the only way your grandmother can be saved. It may be far from healed, but it can preserve its life."

"Doctor, do whatever is for the good of my grandmother." Kiara asked softly.

"We will do our best for the patient. Ma'am can pay half first for the cost of surgery, after that we will follow up on your grandmother's treatment and surgery." said the doctor explained then went from Kia's expectations.

Kia fell silent as she stared at the door of the grandmother's ward, her chest feeling tight considering how devastated it would be if grandma had to leave her for good.

Kiara's body was limp and she sat in the waiting room chair right in front of the nursery. Kiara lowered her head while covering her face using her palm.

"Hiks.. Hix.. What am I supposed to do? I'm sure for the cost of operating grandma would require such a large fund.. Oh my God, please help me ." Kiara sobbed to think about how to find money for the cost of the grandmother's operation.

Someone patted Kiara on the shoulder slowly, Kiara stopped crying and opened both palms used to cover her face and Kiara looked up.

"Mas Jaka?" lirih Kiara with her raucous voice.

Jaka sat down beside Kiara. "What are you thinking? What's wrong with grandma, Kia?"

"Hiks.. Grandma has to be operated on, Mom. The doctor said that grandma had to install a heart ring, I was confused about where to get funding for grandma's surgery." Kiara was crying again.

Jaka Pratama, a 28-year-old man who was born to a fairly well-to-do family, his father had his own tea garden and his mother was a pure Gold merchant.

"I'll help you,"

Kiara looked at Jaka with a look of disbelief. "What Mas? You're gonna help me?" Kiara shakes. "I don't want to find trouble with your mother, Mas."

Jaka's mother dislikes Kiara because Kia comes from a poor family and has no higher education. Therefore when Jaka told his parents to propose to Kiara, the mother refused and threatened to remove the name of Jaka from the Pratama family.

"You take it easy, Kia. I have my own savings and I won't tell Mom that I'm giving you a hand."

"In addition, if Mas Jaka wants to help me, I can not return Mas Jaka's money in the near future" said Kia honestly.

"How much do you need?"

"I don't know how much it will cost, better now we go to the administration desk to ask how much the grandmother's operation costs."

Jaka nodded and the two of them left and walked together to the administration table.

"Excuse me, Ma'am. I want to ask the cost of operating Grandma Marwiah whose room is number 108" Kia told the administrative desk guard sister.

Sister opened the book." 150 Million in total, Ma'am. You can pay a down payment of 70 million in advance so that your grandmother can be immediately in surgery."

"Good, Sus. Thanks, I'll come back later if there's money."

The nurse nodded with a friendly smile.

Kiara and Jaka moved away from the administrative desk.

"You heard how much it cost, didn't it?" Kia was lethargic when she heard how much money she had to look for for the grandmother's fee.

"My savings are over 150 million. If you want to wear everything please, I don't mind giving it to you."

"No, Mom! 150million is a very large amount, I'm afraid I can not return your money." said Kiara honestly.

"Kia, you don't have to give it back. You just need to be my wife and we're getting married,"

Kiara was dumbfounded to hear the light speech that Jaka said.
