The Village Girl Belongs to Mr. Amnesia

The Village Girl Belongs to Mr. Amnesia
Chapters. #149

One week later, Yola was at home. I don't know why it's so hard to forget what happened a week ago. Yola has signed up for work at several companies and cafes, until now she got a phone call from one of the companies in her city.

Yola immediately prepared, the girl wore polite clothes and she would accept whatever job she would get later while it was halal and produce.

A few minutes later, Yola had arrived at the company. He went into the boss's room because he was waiting. When Yola was in the main director's room, she felt familiar with the face of the man who was currently sitting on the oversized chair. Yes, he is Jayed Choo.

"Hello, Miss Yola. After a long time we can finally meet again."

"Sir, have we met?"

"You forgot me?'' Jayed held his hand and looked at Yola's face. "I'm Jayed, Rayyan's cousin. Our feelings meet often, but why can you forget me?''

"Sorry, Sir. Every day so many people I meet that I can't remember their faces one by one."

"Alright, Yola. No need to talk about it because it is not an important issue. I asked you to come here because I wanted to say if you were accepted to work."

"really?" Yola did not want to deal with Ray's family or relatives, but if she refused the job, she would not earn any income.

"You can start working today. Your job as a receptionist because it just so happens that this office needs a receptionist."

"But, Mister. I don't understand what I have to do."

"You can ask my secretary, she'll teach you everything." Jayed issued a contract. "It's a contract letter, you have to sign it before you start work.

Yola read the contents of the letter, there it was written if Yola could work for three years and after that then could decide to continue or not. In fact, the salary there is quite large. Since Yola is still new, she entered the three-month training category and earned a salary of about five million. If Yola is good at her job, she earns a salary of eight million a month.

Yola signed the letter, agreeing with the letter. Jayed was quite happy because the girl he was after worked in his office.

"Alright, Yola. You can go to your desk."

"Thank you, Mister. Excuse me, please,"

The two of them shook hands and Yola walked out of Jayed's room.

On the other hand, Rayyan pondered while staring at the pile of files before her. I don't know why he thought about Yola who must be very sad because of her words.

"Very unreliable. That's why I don't like to argue, because my words can definitely get anyone away." Ray's picking up his hair.

Ray intends to go to Yola's house, he will apologize to the girl for words that may have hurt Yola's heart. Ray did not care about his work, even he told the secretary to empty the schedule today.

The man got into the car, he drove his car at high speed to get to Yola's house. A few minutes later, Ray arrived at Yolanda's courtyard. He got out of his car and as usual, not a few residents who looked curious about the arrival of Ray.

"Excuse me," Ray knocked on the door.

Before long, Mom opened the door and she was shocked that Ray had come to her house.

"Son Ray, what's the need to visit here in the morning?"

"Mom, is there a Yolanda?"

"Yola's at work, son. If you want to meet Yola, then you better be the night."

"But there's something I want to talk to him about. And this is so important, can you tell me where Yola works?"

"Mom doesn't know for sure, son. But he said he applied for a job at a company and today he got a call. He hasn't come home yet, that's a sign he's welcome to work there."

Ray is eager to meet with Yola and solve this problem. He realized that he had always liked a Yolanda. Not to forget Almarhumah, but Yola has the same nature as the late wife of Ray and it is able to make Ray feel comfortable if he is near Yola.

"But, Son Ray. It's still eleven o'clock in the afternoon,''

"No problem, Mom. I'll wait for him here." Ray sat on the porch chair of the house.

I can only give up, he can't possibly kick Rayyan out. "Yes it's up to Ray's son, I'm willing to go inside because Yola asked Mom to take a complete rest."

"Please, Mom."

Mom went inside the house, she actually could not bear to see Ray sitting alone outside like that. But he also could not invite Ray into the house because it could have caused the feeling of suspicion of the residents.

Evening arrives, Ray is still waiting for Yola there. Until a motor light beam is seen approaching the house of Yola. Yeah, that girl's home from work.

Yola opened her helmet, she saw a car parked in front of her house, then her eyes turned to look at Ray who was standing on the porch of the house like he was welcoming her home.

Yola walked up to Ray, he exhaled before starting the conversation.

''Mr Ray, what's going on at my house? Would you like to seek redress for last Sunday's Hour? I have no money yet, if it is there, then I will replace your watch that is damaged because of my actions." Yola said directly to the point, he was reluctant to mince words.

"Yola, why are you thinking that way?"

"Then what else? Your goal is to come here just for that, right?"

"I came here to apologize. I am aware of my harsh words that make you hurt. I'm sorry, Yola."

Yola smiled blandly. "I've forgiven you, Sir."

"I really can't control myself, please forget about last week's problems. I've given the Clock, let's just say it's time I have to open my heart to another woman."

"I've said if I've forgiven you, Sir. So, you don't have to worry."

Mom's out of the house. "Yola, Ray's son from this afternoon waiting for you here. He deliberately didn't come home because he wanted to apologize to you."

Yola looked at Ray in disbelief, how could a man be willing to wait for her all this time. Yola felt that Ray's apology was sincere.

Mother went back inside her room, she would give time for the two young men to talk.

"Yola, you don't take revenge on me, do you?"

Yola shook her head. "Sir, my parents taught me not to be a vengeful person. I must repay evil for good, but I need not hold on to anger for too long because it is not good for the mind."

Ray nodded in understanding. "So, are we better now?"

Yola nods with a smile for a sign that she forgives Ray.

"Thanks, Yola.''

"Master, I hope once again, think before you speak. You don't know how distressed someone feels because of your speech. Don't make a lot of people hate you for words. You remember what the saying goes? Your mouth is your tiger."

Ray nodded in understanding. "From now on I will try to control my emotions and words."

"That's great. Oh, ja. Sir Ray's been eating? If not, we'd better have dinner together inside."

Ray agrees, he enters along with Yola.
