The Ustadzah

The Ustadzah
Night Activities

The four of them taught so loudly through the mosque microphone, as if to make their voices heard all over the village. Miya tried to follow, although she was still a little stammered, but Dina patiently helped her if there was a reading that was difficult to read Miya. Not felt, the night was getting late, the clock of the class wall was already showing at 12 more nights. Ira, thirsty, offers to get them a drink from the cabin canteen in the dormitory building. Dina agreed then they stopped teaching her for a while to rest. The three of them kept joking around while waiting for Ira to come.

"Eh, indeed we take turns teaching this out loud for what the hell?" Asked Miyah curiously.

Of course he was curious, because exactly one week before the night one suro all santriwati took turns teaching like this, and tonight, three days before the night of one suro, is their turn to teach the group. They taught in groups, unaccompanied by the Ustadzah.

"Make a night of one suro, Ukhti" replied Nina flatly. But Dina immediately cut off the saying

"Eh, when does Nina not know?"

"You what?"

"Emmm ... About 'it'"

"ah! Don't tell a demon malem-malem dong Dina!"

"E-Emang because of the devil right?!" dina said, her mouth trembling slightly in fear as she said that.

"Damn! The males! Same story with Ukhti Miya! Nina males if the nights are like this!" ketus Nina, he then went to the terrace of the mosque to get fresh air.

"You're weird, Dina, cook teaching there's a connection to the devil"

"L-Loh no Ukhti ... S-So, we teach gini to ngusir satan!"

Miya gasped at Dina's spontaneous answer. "S-demons? I-I mean?"

"Who else would it be if it wasn't 'Ustadzah's Ghost' Ukhti"

"HUH?!"

Dina then began to tell me, about the origin of this 'Ustadzah Ghost. Since three years ago, this ghost began to appear and often disturb women at night. But when the eve of one suro night, precisely this ghost more and more often appears. Even during the night of the celebration of one muharram two years ago, there was an incident where santriwati scattered out into the field because it was disturbed by the Ghost. Dina and Nina who are still the new students, will never be able to forget how scared Ira was at that time. Although they did not experience this incident themselves, but you can imagine how chaotic the night of the celebration of one suro that year. Other guests were scattered home, because some had seen the sighting.

"E-Emang.. n-nampakin.. in ... where?" Miya trembled, she seemed to be so late in Dina's story.

"HERE!"

"AH!!!"

Ira who had just arrived instantly startled the two of them from behind Miya. While carrying four glasses of mineral water, he shouted so loudly from a close distance. Dina and Miya who were too focused on their story were shocked, almost he wanted to fall from the chair. Nina who followed Ira laughed as she watched the two people half-dead.

"IRA! JUST NGAGETIN!" Sickly Dina was upset.

"Hahaha, you are! The story of Satan kok malem-malem" Ledek Nina.

Ira who had managed to prank him seemed to show a flat expression as if dissatisfied, he just put the four glasses of drink and sat back down.

"Not here ... B-but ..."

"HERE!"

Ira again yelled at Dina who would finish her speech. His eyes this time glared sharply towards the two of them.

"Not Ira, I mean Dina's two years la ..."

"HERE! IT'S SEE!"

Ira pointed towards the window on the right side of the Mosque room. The window, which leads to the Wudhu room, has no glass, so the light from the cottage field highlights strongly. But the light was now blocked by the head of someone peering into the mosque. With a black veil, the figure was like a shadow when viewed from afar. But when Nina tried to squint and get closer, the deathly pale face of the figure began to appear. Plus the sound of 'krrt krrt' the sound of his teeth being deliberately swiped is enough to make Nina scream.

"YAHOOOO!!!!!!!"

Ira did not seem afraid, she still sat back and watched the three friends were frightened. But Miya did not budge, she was already so goosebumps when the figure dragged her head away from the window. He seemed to be walking towards the face of the mosque. Sontak Miya immediately released the arms of Dina and Nina, then ran towards the light switch. He immediately turned off the lights, making the mosque dark again. Miya then invites Dina and Nina to hide behind the Mimbar Mosque. Half-crying, the two of them immediately caught up with Miya.

"Ira! Here!" Shouted Miya while whispering.

But strangely, Ira does not pierce, he still looks relaxed by putting on a flat face. The footsteps of the Ghost Ustadzah were getting closer, Miya's heart was pounding incoherently. Suddenly the hanging head was peering from the door of the Mosque, of course without the need to bend his body to the side, the ghostly head that was broken hanging was able to turn his head. The sound of 'krrt-krrrt' that is getting heard clearly makes them scream hysterically.

"HHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!"

"Ukhti?"

"CURRYIIIIIIIIII!!!! ITAAAANNNN!!"

"Ukhnah!!! It's astagfirullah!!!"

The sound of Ira's clapping made Miya turn her head. Ira was seen standing in front of them carrying four glasses of mineral water. He was so astonished, seeing his three friends hugging on the floor while shouting.

"Why is that?!"

Dina and Nina who heard Ira's voice so clearly turned their heads.

"Y-ira?"

Miya was shocked to see Ira standing in front of them carrying a glass of mineral water, even though she had already placed it. Ira just went inside the mosque. Miya immediately turned to the direction where Ira was sitting. Ira who sat on the floor of the Mosque has now turned into a figure of Ustadzah dressed all in black, complete with a pale face. The figure glared towards Miya while shouting out loud.

"HERE!!!!"

The sound turned heavy and terrifying. Then it echoed so intensely that it made, once again, the four people cry out in panic. Ira who saw the apparition right next to him instantly fell unconscious.

....

Now, in front of the mosque has gathered many santriwati who woke up because of the noise of the screams of the four people. Inside, Ustadzah Shinta and Ustadzah Imah panicked, seeing Ira pass out there. The two of them shoulder to shoulder carried Ira out. While Miya tried to invite Dina and Nina to come out of this terrible room.

Outside, everyone tried to wake Ira up, but she never woke up. Ustadzah Imah then decided to call Mr. Kades, of course he must know the condition of his son. Some santriwati helped calm Miya, they offered her a drink. But Dina and Nina were more shaken, they were both unwilling to let go of her embrace of Miya. Miya was also so confused, her heart was still pounding. Only the four of them saw the appearance of the Ghost Ustadzah so real. Miya was still unable to calm her shaken self.

The commotion in the middle of the field made some other santriwati who were upstairs come out and look. And coincidentally, Ustadzah Romah and Nabila who came from outside the boarding house passed by the crowd. Seeing Miya sitting in the crowd, he glared at her. Nabila was about to come towards Miya, but her aunt was in the way. The two of them finally just silently stared at the crowd.

A little while later, Mr. Kades came. Immediately he broke through the crowd and grabbed his fainted son, kissing his cheeks in a row. Half whining, he asked Ustadzah Imah what really happened. But Ustadzah Imah certainly could not answer, so did the Shinta Ustadzah.

"WE SAW A GHOST, PAKDE!! USTADZAH'S GHOST!!" Jerit Dina's.

Miya was shocked to hear that scream. Dina who from earlier buried her face in Miya's embrace suddenly stood up and yelled at everyone, while continuing to cry. At first, Mr. Kades was surprised to hear the speech, but then his face changed emotions and glared at Ustadzah Romah.

"BUILD! DISPERSE! NO MORE SURO NIGHTS! DISBELIEVE ALL OF YOU!" it's so tight.

Ustadzah Imah and Ustadzah Shinta shuddered in fear at Mr. Kades' anger. But Ustadzah Romah did not, he just stared intently at Mr. Kades with anger. As if they were fighting eye gazes, the two were silent for a moment.

"SORRY!"

Along with his last curse, he then carried Ira who was still unconscious, away from the crowd. Looks like Mr. Kades is taking Ira home. All the students witnessed the event, they could not let go of their gaze towards Pak Kades and Ira who went by. Miya looked suspiciously at Ustadzah Romah. There's something between the two of them!

"S-It's all ... Disperse ... My children .. tomorrow you must wake up for prayer, let's disperse" said Ustadzah Imah breaking the silence.

Although still confused, the sisters disbanded and returned to their rooms. Ustadzah Shinta also then slightly shouted towards Santriwati who was looking from upstairs to return to their respective rooms.

Ustadzah Romah threw his face out of Miya's sight, then invited Nabila back into the hall of the main building. Nabila looked sad, he threw a bending gaze at Miya. As if he was disappointed to help Miya, but was blocked by Ustadzah Romah.

"Son Miyah ... Dina and Nina too ... Let's go back to the room" said Ustadzah Shinta.
