The Undead Knight's

The Undead Knight's
My ideal home

Gillian who lowered her sword, made the young man sigh from tension.

With a polite attitude bowed the young man's body and introduced himself.

"My name is Rainhart Pendragon, a member of the British Royal Forces."

Gillian wrinkled her forehead, thinking she had heard the name but nowhere.

The grandfather who had left his place wanted to tell Gillian, but stopped in the middle of the road when he saw Rainhart wink one eye at him.

From a distance the old man began to ask.

"So can you tell me what happened that made you get lost all the way here?"

"I'm sorry for my previous impoliteness hiding behind the bush. I was hiding just trying to look closely at the situation, no other means, I was just really lost."

Rainhart paused for a moment looking seriously at Gillian, then continued her story.

"At first I went into the forest because I was curious to investigate a creature that had appeared several years ago around this forest."

Rainhart's face was slightly bowed low which at first glance looked sad.

Gillian bit her lower lip trying to contain her anger at hearing Rainhart's words about the creature she wanted to investigate.

The Forest Elves who were still flying around Rainhart suddenly scattered into the forest and disappeared into the shadows of the trees as if feeling something dangerous from Gillian's direction.

Without changing his expression, Rainhart looked at Gillian with a sad look but smiled faintly in sympathy with her.

The old man walked towards those who were now right behind Gillian.

"A moment of your anger can really kill you, like this!"

#Tukkk#

The sound of a blow to the end of his wooden stick head behind Gillian's head.

"Fuckin' grandfather why was my head hit?!"

Gillian, unaware of the grandfather's steps, turned and scratched her agonized head.

"I thought for a month, you had changed after you defeated the Tree Man. Boy, you still need to practice controlling your emotions."

"When are you standing there?"

Grandpa who opened the door hinted to them to enter his house.

"Amazing. . ."

The word reflex came out of Rainhart's mouth that saw the contents of the grandfather's house filled with cabinets in every corner of the walls of his house, glasses of bottles containing medicinal plants, old books, and so on, the dried plants were hung in the ceiling, crystal stones were piled up in one corner of the room, and papers were scattered on the wooden table.

"Sit down, but don't touch these papers."

The grandfather told them both to sit on the wooden chairs near him. He then went up the stairs to the floor above him.

Silent, only the sound of crickets insects and the steps of grandfather's cane could be heard.

"Ughh. . Whenever I try to look at him seriously, he just looks calm and smiles at me. That handsome guy who always puts on a face like that, I really don't know what he's thinking."

Gillian thought in her mind that it looked awkwardly bewildered to start a conversation.

"Fucking old geezer, don't leave me with a guy like this !"

Rainhart's eyes explored the contents of the grandfather's room, then focused on one of the cabinets that contained ginseng plants.

"I was amazed to see a young man who knew the value of the bottled plant, unlike the boy who sat there in confusion."

Grandfather who was descending from the stairs, stared mockingly at Gillian.

"Old boy who do you mean by "there" boy"? grrrrr....."

Gillian growled in annoyance at the old man as if answering with a look at him.

The grandfather then sat on his seat that was bigger than Gillian and Rainhart's. He shifted his scattered papers a little to the edge of the table,

then pulled a kind of straight, elongated string down not far from his seat.

There was a sort of jagged engine mechanism sound from the 2nd floor above.

Rainhart was slightly surprised, whereas Gillian put her right cheek to the table with a flat expression.

Not long after from the ceiling there are some kind of 2 small doors, it began to open and look like a tube-shaped bird cage slowly down like a small elevator carrying 3 cups of drinks that had been prepared previously by the grandfather.
