That afternoon Sara called me, she told me that Arges is now living in the Turkish capital of Ankara. He was transferred to work there, he said there had been about four months Arges was in Ankara.
During my stay in Turkey, I once set foot in Ankara, and I and Arges, who was my husband at the time, walked through the city. We visited several tourist attractions such as the Museum of Anatolian Civilization, Atakule, Kocatepe Mosque, and several other places.
I really enjoyed my stay in Turkey. I never felt sad or depressed, maybe one of the strongest reasons I felt at home in Turkey was because Arges loved me so much and he always tried to make me happy, so that I can enjoy life even though I have to be away from my parents and family in Indonesia.
All of that now lives in memories, entered in the memory in my head, became part of the files in life. The memory is so beautiful and painful for me that I choose to keep all those memories in my brain shut. I don't want to remember.
When I got home, I cleaned up and prepared dinner. While cooking, suddenly someone knocked on the door. Who are these nights? my question is in my heart.
I opened the dark gray wooden door, and saw a man I knew standing against the door. Rudy. Even from his back I have memorized.
"Hi" broom.
Rudy immediately turned his body around after hearing my greeting.
"Hi, I just stopped by. don't mind?" he said nervously.
"Hmm it's still half seven anyway, I happen to be cooking too, already having dinner?" my many.
"Already.." kruuuukk has not had time to finish his sentence, Rudy's stomach rang.
I chuckle. See Rudy's funny behavior too.
"Come, comein!" take me.
I deliberately opened the front door, so as not to invite slander. However, Rudy and I are not a couple. If alone inside with the door closed can cause things that are not good, be it slander or others.
"Taste you so good" he said, Rudy greedily ate the dinner I prepared.
"Thank you" I replied with a smile.
"Oh, you like to read, don't you?"
"It's fun but read haha novels" I said as I chewed up the leftovers in my mouth.
"What if we make a free library for street children? Yes it's simple anyway" said Rudy while still continuing to enjoy chicken soup and fried tempeh.
"Well, yuuk"
"Yes who knows it is useful for disadvantaged children, I have a plan to make a library for a long time. No friends want to. Later I find a place, I ask for your help to find books that are suitable for children only. They can read and learn with pleasure" he said.
"Okay I'm so excited" I replied excitedly.
"Hahaha thank God you're excited."
"Yasmin, are you okay?" ask Rudy suddenly.
"meaning?"
"Divorce is hard for you"
"Oh that" I drank the water I poured in a clear glass glass.
"I'm doing fine. My hard times are over, Rud. It was a year ago anyway"
"You're still communicating well with your ex-husband?"
I shook my head.
"Better like this" I said.
"I'm sorry if this conversation made you uncomfortable"
"What's wrong, Rud. I'm doing fine. I had a hard time at the beginning of the divorce. He's the one who divorced me"
"What is the reason?"
"He's barren"
Rudy was silent, he stopped his eating for a moment. His face was like he was thinking something.
"You didn't take it?" tanyanya doubt.
"No, I accept it very much. He who cannot accept the truth. Being with me would be very difficult. So she decided to get a divorce" I explained.
"You're great, willing to accept your husband for who he is. That's why I still can't move to another heart, because I know you're a great woman.." Rudy stopped his words immediately.
I was confused by the words Rudy said just now.
"Sorry, Yasmine. I didn't mean anything. Really sassy this mouth" Rudy's face looked agitated.
"That's okay, Rud" I replied.
"I said yes, it's late, the food is good and thank you for taking me to dinner, next time I invite you to dinner yes"
"Yes, Rudy. Thank you" I said with a sweet smile on my cheek.
Rudy was silent for a moment looking at my smile, his eyes unblinking. Soon he regained consciousness and said goodbye leaving my house on foot.
