The Turkish Male Charm

The Turkish Male Charm
My Turkish Man's Charm

Her brown eyes looked at me shady, her smile so sweet that it was always able to make curved lines on my lips as well. Her curly hair is neatly arranged.

"Today is a very happy day for me, the day that the most meaningful woman in my life became my wife. I'll make you happy, my Guzel." He kisses me gently on my forehead.

That day was my wedding day. A very happy day in my life. It's been five years since my marriage to Arges Berker. A Turkish man. I went with him to live in the city of Mardin, Turkey.

It was hard at first to leave my family in Indonesia. Yes, I am an Indonesian citizen. The decision I made was the consequence of marrying a foreigner.

Day after day, month and year passed, I finally adapted very well to stay in Mardin. Arges helped me a lot to adapt to the environment, especially for the language limitations, which are obviously much different. Most of them speak Kurdish. To be honest with the Turkish language I don't understand, Arges is helping me once again. I also spoke Kurdish and Turkish.

Not only did it help me to adapt to a new and unfamiliar environment for me, Arges also fulfilled his promise to always make me happy.

He always makes me smile, he's not someone who can always be romantic. Argesis tends to be careless just that I know he loves me very much.

Today I woke up late, I was in a hurry to prepare my husband's breakfast and clothes. Arges is seen sitting casually in the house. Indeed, the front view of our house is very beautiful, the garden in a neat and beautiful layout by Arges, he said that I did not feel bored at home and could eliminate fatigue when I came home from work.

I don't know how to express my gratitude to Arges, who I must be very grateful to God for giving such an amazing person as Arges.

I work as a teacher at one of the Kindergarten schools in the city of Mardin. The school is not far from my home, just a few blocks away.

"Why not ready to go to work? Come on, it's too late." I asked from behind the door.

"Evet canim, soon. I still want to relax" he replied casually as he read the novel I gave you yesterday.

"Dear. Comeon, getup. We have breakfast and go to work" I said as I pulled his hand to hurry up.

"Tamam, canim." she held me gently and kissed me on the forehead.

He sat facing me. He looked at me for a moment. I also reflect to show confused expression.

"What's wrong? Why are you staring at me?" many confused.

"You're cooking fried rice and fried chicken again?" ask her.

"Yes, as you can see" I hesitated.

"You are a great wife. You know I want to eat fried rice and fried chicken made by my wife" he replied cheerfully, his typical smile that always makes me melt.

"Thank God." I smiled and we enjoyed my breakfast.

A few minutes later we were ready to go to work.

As usual, Arges hugged me before leaving for work.

"Canim, be careful. I'll see you tonight." she hugged me and kissed me on the lips.

"Yes, be careful also on the road. Don't come home late, I'll make dinner." I said as I hugged back and kissed her soft lips.

"The art of seviyorum, canim" he said gently and immediately got into the car.

I sat quietly during the break. My friend Sara, come up to me and sit next to me. He brought two bottles of my favorite chocolate milk and gave them to me one bottle.

"Yasmine, don't you feel lonely?" sara asked suddenly.

"Hmm.yeah?" reply wonder. "You mean?" askaku.

"Yes, don't you feel lonely yet having children? I mean, does Arges never mind?" ask her while drinking her chocolate milk.

Sara has been my best friend ever since I settled here. He was Arges' cousin, even Sara, who invited me to be a kindergarten teacher near my house. He is very good and for sure he is very trustworthy. He knew I would be bored if I spent time at home.

I was still speechless to get Sara's sudden question.

"Hmm.me.."murmily.

"It's okay. I know what Arges is like. She's very nice and she certainly loves you a lot, Yasmine." explained Sara with her sweet smile. Sara has brown eyes like Arges, her hair is long and straight in color with her eyes. She is very pretty, like a Barbie doll from Turkey.

"Sara, you know I really wanted to have children from the beginning of our marriage. It's just that we haven't had any children so far. Been married for five years, Sara. I was too scared to see a doctor. I don't want Arges to be disappointed. God has not given us that chance." I replied with a small smile.

"Hey, I'm sorry. I didn't mean to hurt your feelings, Yasmine. I-i understand. But don't you want to try to see a doctor and start a program to get pregnant? If you want to rest for a while until you get pregnant, I'm fine." she replied.

"Did you just fire me?" many surprised.

"Dear. Hayir, Yasmine. I mean, I own this school. For your holiday, I can arrange at any time if you need it." she replied while hugging me tightly.

"I love you so much, I want what's best for you, Yasmine." she continued.

"Tesekur ederim, Sara. You're very kind. That's why I love you so much. For that, I'm fine. Insya Allah, if Allah had allowed us to have children, I would not have been pregnant for long" I said, embracing Sarah.
