Chapter 08_The One I Dreamed of
One to three days or even two weeks, they still looked at me strangely, but it felt like today was better, their eyes were no longer cynical and scary, they were no longer whispering.
Today, after school I immediately rushed home, because today is Aunt's birthday. I stopped by for a minute at the cake shop.
"Star..," she said to me. Alan, I haven't seen him in a long time, of course it's still the same feeling but I'm no longer forcing my feelings. I didn't expect to see her today, I was honestly very grateful to have met her but I was a little scared. Hopefully no one sees me with her this time.
"No need to worry Bi..," said Alan as if knowing what I was thinking, I nodded.
His hand rubbed my shoulder gently, the touch of his hand made me flutter.
"This time I won't let anyone bother you," hearing that I looked straight into her eyes, beautiful. She smiled.a dazzling smile.
"Oh yeah, who's having a birthday?" tanyanya after seeing me bring a birthday cake.
"My aunt" answered me.
"Oh yeah.. Can I celebrate?" hearing that it felt like I wanted to jump for joy, I immediately nodded approvingly. With him coming with me it means there is plenty of time to be with him.
After the cake shop, we stopped by for a while looking for a gift for Auntie. Walking with him left me at a loss for words.
"Anyone gets angry when we walk together like this?" the question began to break our silence, I shook my head.
"Auntie's a relaxed person, he won't get angry" I replied.
"That's not what I mean, um what is yes." he said hanging, I frowned.
"Turkey? boyfriend??" he continued, I immediately shook my head after hearing the next remark.
"I don't have a boyfriend yet" I replied quickly. I lyrically he who nodded then gently his hand held my hand. I can't tell you, it's beautiful.

"Happy birthday Auntie...,"
"Thank you baby" he said after blowing out the candle, then he greeted Alan standing next to me.
"There are guests" said Auntie.
"Happy birthday Auntie, I'm Alan's schoolmate Star," Alan said.
"So this is the guy with the jacket?" tanya Aunty, upss. It's not Tan. I immediately stuck my index finger in my lips, gesturing him not to discuss it. Alan turned his head towards me, I immediately put on my sweetest smile. Auntie quickly caught my point.
"Oh yeah you guys must be hungry... Aunty bawain semur jengkol. Let's go eat. Alan do you like jengkol?"

This is what I dreamed of, what I always imagined. Alan asked me to make a deal. From the afternoon I was very nervous, choosing my best dress. Trying to polish my face as best I can. He said at eight tonight, he's waiting for me at cafe20.
"Success is dear" said Aunt. I smiled broadly. This is my first date with someone I've liked for a long time.

"Cafe20" My steps stopped when I was right at the entrance. Cafe20?? This is the place Aaron chose. Why did I even think of him. I re-set my breath and immediately entered. I saw someone waving their hand... Alan.

"You're so pretty, star." she said, which made my cheeks blush, even my heart beat faster. I couldn't see him keep looking at me.
"I feel so happy, you're here with me," I'm flattered by Alan's words, only once did a guy tell me that and he's a guy I like. Is she happy that I am with her? Did ya? Before long the waiter came to bring the order that Alan had ordered. For me. a cup of heart-pictured drink on it.
"It's.so it's a pity to drink, it's great" I commented. She smiles. Right after that, I heard the voice of someone singing, a voice I knew. I looked over, Aaron. She was singing on the stage at the cafe.
