15. Elena Returned Insulted

Bang out!

A shot was fired. The guards who ran to retrieve the bullets for Kenji seemed to be shot in the head, and blood splattered all over the ground.

Half of the guard's face was covered in blood, but he didn't even tremble.

Elena remembers Kenji urging her to wait for him at the Slash family residence last night. Nila said she had a big surprise. Therefore, he believed Nila's words.

"I understand. I think you should call off the attack. The enemy is dead. Don't waste any ammunition" Kenji said.

The mountains were almost flat on the ground under the attack, so the enemies would have long since died.
