CHAPTER 72. Negotiating

"Why didn't Erfan's secretary call me Ra?"

"I'm her secretary, sister" replied Dara chuckling.

Aditya laughs from inside Dara's phone, "Are you not bored every day being treated to the look of Erfan Ra?" not just at home but in the office." Said Aditya on the sidelines of his laughter.

Brother Aditya needs to get to know Mas Erfan more closely so that he can know the softness of his heart." Bela Dara's.

"Okay, tell him I'm waiting in my office today.

"Yes Brother, I will convey to Mas Erfan. Thank you, sister," said Dara before ending his call.

Dara put her phone back on the table. "For a while, Cin, I stayed inside first" Dara said before standing up from her seat.

Cindy just nodded her head slowly, looking at Dara who was knocking on the door of Erfan's room.

Dara immediately went into Erfan's room after being invited to enter the same room owner.

"What's the matter Ra?" erfan asked to look at Dara who was walking over to him.

"Sister Aditya asked us to go to his office today Mas, after lunch." Dara replied before sitting on the chair opposite Erfan.

Erfan nodded his head slowly looking at Dara, "Rose is my schedule?"

"Kosong Mas," replied Dara looking back at Erfan.

"Good, at 12:30 we're leaving?"

"Yes Mas" Dara replied before standing up from her seat and leaving Erfan's room.

The needle of Erfan's watch has pointed to the number twelve noon, as if he does not know the time, Erfan looks still focused on the work.

Tok tok tok heard the knocking sound of Erfan's door.

"Come in," Erfan replied without turning his gaze away from the laptop screen.

Erfan's door opened, revealing Cindy standing behind the door carrying a tray of warm tea and a pack of lunch for her boss.

"Excuse me sir, I'd like to deliver lunch to Mr. Erfan." Cindy said after standing in front of Erfan's desk.

"Where's that?' erfan asked to look at Cindy who was putting the food she was carrying on the table.

"And again photocopied Sir's report, so I'm the one who asked for help to deliver Father's lunch."

Erfan nodded his head slowly, "You can get out," said Erfan flatly turning his gaze back to the laptop screen.

"I'm sorry sir" said Cindy before leaving Erfan's room.

Half an hour passed, Dara went into Erfan's room, wanting to remind her husband of their plan to go to Aditya's company.

"Cock the food hasn't been eaten yet?" tanya Dara approached Erfan, when she saw her husband's lunch was still intact and not touched by the owner.

"I'm waiting for you Ra, usually we eat together here " replied Erfan turned his gaze towards Dara.

"I had lunch with Cindy in the cafeteria of Mas's company" Dara said after standing next to Erfan.

"What's that?" erfan said with a disappointed face to see Dara who was busy opening her food.

"Yes cook I have to leave Cindy to eat alone Mas? she's new here" Dara replied again, feeding a spoonful of rice into her husband's mouth.

"On my own dong dong now?" erfan asked while chewing his food.

"I just don't feel good about Cindy if she has to leave her alone to eat together with Mas Erfan." Dara's reply made Erfan pop his lips.

"It's not good to keep Ra, forget me,"

"Yes yes Mas, tomorrow I have lunch here again," said Dara again to feed a spoonful of rice into the mouth of her husband.

"Come on, quickly finish the food, it's already half an hour" said Dara handed the food to Erfan.

"I'm waiting outside, right?" dara said again before stepping her foot out of the room.

After finishing his lunch, Erfan immediately stood up and picked up his cell phone on the table before stepping out of the room to meet Dara who was waiting for him.

"Yes, sir" said Dara before taking her bag ready on the table.

"We stayed first, didn't we? later if there is a phone looking for Mr. Erfan said that he was still meeting, do not forget to ask the same name of the postel number, so that he can be called back." Dara looked at Cindy who was already standing in front of her.

"Yes Ra" replied Cindy.

Exactly at one hour and fifteen minutes, Erfan's car entered the parking area in the Aditya company yard, a large towering building almost as large as the Erfan company.

Erfan and Dara immediately got out of the car before stepping their feet into the lobby and approaching the reception desk.

Good day sir, ma'am, how can I help you?" the reception staff was friendly.

"We from Pratama group have an appointment to meet with Mr. Aditya." Said Dara to the receptionist staff.

"Wait for you sir, Mom," said the receptionist staff again before picking up the phone handle on his desk to make a call.

"Wait a minute, sir? Ma? In a moment there is an assistant Mr. Aditya who will deliver father and mother to the room of Mr. Aditya." Say the receptionist staff again after finishing her call and put the phone handle in place before staring at Dara and Erfan alternately.

A few minutes Dara and Erfan waited, seen a man with glasses in a formal suit wrapped in his strapping body walking towards Dara and Erfan.

"With Bu Dara and Mr Erfan?" asked the man after standing in front of Dara.

"Right," Dara replied nodding her head.

"I'm Aldi's assistant Mr. Aditya, please come in, I'll escort you to Mr. Aditya's room." Said Aldi who was answered with a nod of Dara's head.

Dara and Erfan immediately set foot in Aldi's footsteps before them, taking the elevator to the third floor before reaching the highest leadership room in Permana Group.

"Please enter Sir," said Aldi after opening the door of Aditya's room, to show Aditya who was sitting upright in his great chair.

"Good day Dara...Erfan," said Aditya standing up from his chair.

"Please sit down" said Aditya again while pointing at the long sofa in his room.

Dara immediately stepped onto the sofa, followed by Erfan behind her to sit next to Dara.

"What can I help you with?" tanya Aditya started his conversation after sitting on the sofa near Erfan.

"I want to buy the land of dispute that you won yesterday," Erfan replied without further ado.

"Why do you want to buy it?" aditya answered flatly staring at Erfan.

"Because my company needs that land, the company has built an outlet there and the progress of the building has reached 70%.

"My company also needs it for the construction of one of the company's warehouses."

"Your company has not started its construction, even if you sell it to us, your company will not suffer losses, you just need to find new land for the construction of your warehouse." erfan said trying to make Aditya understand his position.

Aditya stared fixedly at Erfan's bead before leaning his back against the sofa and crossing his right leg over his left, "you're right, but I'm a businessman, I wouldn't just let go of my stuff if there wasn't any benefit to me.

"I'll buy it for more than the market price, how much do you ask?" erfan said with his cold eyes, because he did not like Aditya's pretentious look.

Aditya seemed to think before putting out his sentence. "I can give you the land for half the price" Aditya said after upholding his seat.

"What do you want?" erfan asked coldly as if he knew that there was a hidden meaning to Aditya's sentence.

Aditya gave a look at Erfan's smile, "it turns out you're very clever Fan, you already understand my point before I explain it."

"Don't beat around what conditions will you give me so I can get that land?"

"Mama for Eliana" said Aditya smiling back at Erfan before changing to look at Dara.

"What do you mean, brother?" dara asked in surprise looking back at Aditya.
