27. assemble

With this peace and noise, Leonardo and Razor were running. They had previously eradicated most of Edward's citizens and subordinates. But their power there is a limit against the many enemies makes them both decide to run away for a moment. Currently they were running from the pursuit of Edward's subordinates.

"Senior, as usual your dress-up is terrible! I thought you were really going to go lo."

Razor quipped, as Leonardo pretended to leave made her panic instantly and get angry. Leonardo eventually returned and helped him.

Leonardo did not respond, he stared back for a moment and stopped. His gaze stared intently at Edward's subordinates who were running after them while carrying sharp objects. They're quite a lot, maybe 100 more.

"It seems like the citizens are no longer chasing."

"You're right if it's only Edward's subordinate then there's no need for mercy."

The two of them stared at each other for a few seconds, as if saying 'come on attack', and then their gazes turned again towards the group of enemies.

The two men ran through all the enemies without weapons and only empty-handed capital, they deliberately to store energy at important times.

Even if only using their bare hands they could slaughter dozens of soldiers carrying sharp weapons. The swing of the enemy's sword, the blow of the enemy, all attacks were very easy to avoid for Leonardo and Razor.

Leonardo hit the first soldier on his cheek and quickly fainted. An emotional subordinate lunged at Leo he ran fast and tried to stab Leonardo with a long sword, but again avoided easily. Leo turned his enemy's arm and threw it towards the other soldier who ran towards him.

The sound of punches and kicks continued to echo. One by one the enemy lost and in the end all Edward's subordinates lay on the ground.

Leonardo and Razor set the breath. Just a few seconds after they rested Edward's newly sprung subordinates, they went back to chasing the two men.

"Curtain! It's endless." Razor flicked her lips.

"If this is endless let's go after the others!" Leonardo ran followed by Razor.

These two men ran and entered an empty alley. It was so narrow that the enemies chasing Leonardo had trouble getting in.

Seeing that opportunity Leonardo did not waste time. He swung the sword from the bottom up and opened everyone up. Then they ran again.

Still running but this time there was no pursuit from the enemy so at least they could calm down a bit. Currently they are focusing on finding Lily and Monika.

Razor argues that Lily and Monika may be hiding in small, empty alleys. Leonardo was hesitant, but at the moment he has no choice but to try.

Several empty and narrow alleys had been surrounded, after a long wait they finally met someone very familiar in one of the empty alleys.

Lily, Monika, and Raphael are asleep. No more fainting. Many of Edward's subordinates lay along the jallan. And it seems that Allan and Jhon revolutionary members are leaning against their walls guarding these three men.

"Why are you here? Didn't I already.." Leonardo's speech was cut off.

"Set the young man! We were just going both ways so there was no need to worry about casualties." John said arrogantly and enjoyed the cigarette in his mouth.

"Just two?"

"That's right .. Le... Leonardo after your departure we got together and discussed once again, we discussed whether we should come? Or not? ... And the result of the discussion was to come along, but only two members. And we're the strongest, of course, helping."

Razor holds Leonardo's shoulder. "Look over, senior."

Leonardo is breathing. He relented, at this time they all decided to rest for a while by sitting on the ground, yet they remained on guard from the incoming enemy attack.

just a few minutes into their break, a horde of masked men stormed them making all stand up and fight there.

The sound of iron metal continued to echo in that alley, anyone would definitely be disturbed. A sword meeting each other made an orange spark.

Lily, Monika and Raphael woke up from their slumber due to a rowdy sound, they rubbed their eyes and stared at everyone who was fighting brutally

Be it Allan, Jhon, Leo and the others fought so fiercely that even Lily and Raphael who just woke up joined the fight. As if they were dancing they were fighting with a very beautiful sword style, no movement that caused any gap.

The fight continues with Leonardo and others more dominating. One by one the enemies lay on the cold ground. But along with the fight of the enemy also came and then increased, like zombies they are endless.

"Sih their numbers are endless how many times defeated they will appear again." John complained.

"You know how else Jhon, Edward does have many subordinates. Lucky our enemy is not like the top 3 before." Allan answered, even though he was still fighting with the enemy with the sword. He continued to slash at the incoming enemies.

The current enemy had been defeated, all already lying on the ground. But they're still running because reinforcements are coming soon.

Leonardo ran in the front row, he held Monika's hand and ran with her. Followed by the others they were right behind Leonardo.

Their steps were getting firmer, but suddenly someone jumped up and attacked from above. He used a scythe on both his hands and a black cloth to close his eyes.

Allan held back the slash using the sword. Leonardo and the others spontaneously stopped because they heard the sound of the swipes of the sword.

"You don't have to look here. Go then! I'll take care of this guy." Allan was still holding back that slash. Then he kicked the man a little bit away.

"What did you say!? if we fight together it'll be faster." Razor denies Allan's remarks.

"No, you Erasers go! Let me and Allan hold this back." John held his sword and was ready to fight.

"But.." Once again Razor tried to resist.

"Go! we want to protect our own city. Although you will help, but as citizens of this city, I want to change this city myself. So go!" Jhon raised his tone. The look in his eyes was fiery, he was very serious about that remark.

With Leonardo's heavy feeling, Lily Monika and Raphael nodded their heads all leaving them.

"I'll help you, Allan."

"Yes, I'll be very helpful, buddy."

The two men were now standing in line, holding each other's swords and staring at the enemy he was about to face.

"Just be!" say them simultaneously.

The man they were facing looked a little scary. He carried two second white scythes in his hand. His face was covered with black cloth. He was quite muscular despite being thin and the clothes he was wearing were half open to display those muscles. He occasionally licked the scythe himself as well as let out a frightening expression.

"Whose head will I behead first?... I've decided I'll behead you all at the same time." said the man with a smile and licking his own scythe.

"Be careful Jhon! he's Jack the beheader."

"Yes I know Allan. Looks like the fight's gonna be a little interesting."

The two men smiled and lunged to attack.
