The Relationship Goals
Section 3_Dave Wijaya

“How do you work, Dave?” asked a woman in neat clothes who was eating her breakfast.

Dave who was sitting in front of him looked up his head and smiled. “Good, Ma.”

“What is the evil Michael?” ask Mama again for fear that her son will be hurt by Michael. He heard from people that Michael had always been rude to anyone. However, he himself did not know what form a Michael was told by many people.

Dave who always gets the same question immediately smiles while looking at his mother. His fingers immediately grasped the soft knuckle of the woman who had given birth to him. “Why do you always ask the same thing every day? Though Dave has answered it every day,” said Dave softly.

Renita just bowed her head slowly. “Mama only feels fear if Michael hurts you,” replied Renita slowly.

Dave smiled and raised his mother's face. Slowly he nodded with a smile. “Michael never hurt Dave, Ma. Michael is a good man. He's a boss of understanding and also very attentive to the condition of his employees,” explained Dave slowly.

“You sure you're not lying to Mama?” Renita looked at Dave with probing shady eyes.

Dave chuckled and sealed. “What's Dave lying to, Ma? Dave is telling the truth.”

Renita who heard heaved a sigh of relief and looked at her son with a sweet smile. “Mama is relieved that she is like that. Mama thinks you're always hurt and scolded at work.”

Dave who heard frowned in surprise. “Why can Mama think like that?” ask Dave curious. He had even left his breakfast and was busy staring at his mother with a burning sense of desolation. What did her mother hear?

“Say people say, Michael is a fierce and heartless man. He was willing to hurt anyone just for his pleasure. So our neighbors' mothers stormed into our homes when they found out you were working in Michael's office. Mama is so afraid that what they say is true,” said Renita by watching her son who just smiled.

Dave smiled at it. So, that's what the new neighbors are saying? Yes, Dave decided to sell his main house and move places, buying a house that is not too big because it is only occupied by him, Renita and one household assistant.

“Ma, if anyone says that again, tell that Mom that it's all wrong. Michael is a good guy and even a very good guy. He never hurt anyone,” explains Dave with a soothing smile.

At least after marrying Vinda, Dave's inner self.

Renita who heard it immediately nodded happily. Dave who saw his mother already felt better immediately smiled happily. He also did not try to evade and blame what his neighbors said because Micahel was like that. But that was before. Now Michael has become a good man and has never committed a crime like before.

Michael, it turns out that your reputation has been destroyed long ago, even among mothers, inner Dave while continuing his breakfast.

After breakfast, Dave drove his car to the office. It only took fifteen minutes until he finally reached the office because the distance of the house was so close. Coupled with the quiet streets because he deliberately chose housing on the inside and not right in front of the highway. The goal is that the mother feels comfortable and not too noisy.

Dave got out of the car and got in. He still works at Michael's company. The difference is now that he has served as a marketing manager. Dave was quite grateful for the kindness of Michael and of course Vinda who at that time took over to help him.

Dave was about to get in when a call stopped him.

“Dave.”

Dave looked up and looked at Michael as he stepped with a child who looked at him coldly. “Hai, Ael. What's up?” dave asked with a frown as Michael looked hurried.

Dave looked at Michael who was already standing in front of him and smilingly looked at the boy next to his superior. “Morning, Mikail,” greet Dave with clenched hands that have been extended.

Mikail, the first child of Michael and Vinda immediately did the same thing and punched their fist plan. “Morning too, uncle,” Mikail replied without expression.

Dave ignored Mikail and refocused himself on Michael, who was still staring at him. “What's up? Any problems?” ask Dave curious.

“Do you have a meeting today?” michael asked with a worried face.

Michael who heard breathing was relieved. “Thank God. I had a meeting this morning and I couldn't bear to leave Mikail in my own room. So, can I leave him for a minute?” michael asked with pleading eyes, “Vinda was accompanying my mama shopping. He'll be here soon.”

“Dad, Mikail can be waiting in the room. Later when Moms comes, Mikail can be with him. Mikail will just be silent waiting,” protest Mikail with a face not like.

“No. You can't be alone. You are joining Om Dave or Dad...”.

“OK,” break Mikail short.

Dave who saw was silent. “Good. I'll take care of him,” break up Dave makes Michael relieved.

“Thank you,” said Michael who immediately ran.

Dave who saw his superior had moved away immediately invited Mikail into the room. They had been close since Mikail was a child, that was why the nearly six-year-old was not much in demand when left with him. Because Mikail's a picky type and Dave knows it.

It's been two hours since Mikail was left in Dave's room. Dave was just busy with his work and occasionally glanced at Mikail who was still silent on the sofa of his room. His fingers were incessantly playing his phone and eyes were fixed staring. No expression at all. Dave thought, during pregnancy, Vinda was unhappy? Until the child he was born with minimal expression.

“Om, the work is done?” asked Mikail with eyes that could not be separated from her gadget.

The reprimanded Dave was still staring indifferently at Mikail. “Live in a moment. Wh why? You hungry?”

“No. It's just that, if it's not finished, why even look at Mikail. Better Om Dave just do the job,” explained Mikail in a flat voice.

Dave who heard only a small laugh heard Mikail's words. He had just lectured the boy who was not even six years old yet. Realizing this made Dave shake his head in disbelief. He always felt wrong when dealing with Mikail. He felt that Michael's nature had declined to his son.

“Why don't you join your Moms?” dave asked with curiosity because usually Mikail never separated for long from Vinda.

Mikail stopped her movements and looked at Dave with a cold look. “Om, it would be better if the work is completed first, then you can ask questions. Instead of later getting angry with Dad Ael,” scolds Mikail with an expressionless face.

Dave shook his head in wonder. “Basic, Michael's descendant. Absolutely minimal expression,” murmured Dave as he gave a smile
