Section 17_I Accept It

Renita was still engrossed in seeing a flower plant in front of her house that began to bloom. Her sweet smile was engraved so beautifully, signifying a sense of happiness that was beginning to be felt. However, his calmness was scattered with the sound of a gate bell being heard.

“Who is visiting early in the morning like this?” ask Renita who is silent. His eyes saw that his housekeeper had already run and started to open the gate.

Renita stared no matter who her guest was this time. He was just busy picking withered flowers and throwing them away. Until a reprimand made him stop the movement and stare at the origin of the sound. His eyes widened with a smile growing more and more.

“Through,” call Renita with cheerful face.

Galuh who saw a small laugh and stepped towards Renita sat down at this moment. “How are you?” ask Galuh while kissing the right and left cheeks.

Renita looked at Galuh with a look of disbelief. “Good. You how? I still can't believe you came to my house,” Renita said with fingers holding Galuh's hand.

“Good. It seems like only three months I have not been here,” said Galuh who immediately sat in a chair not far from Renita.

Renita approached and locked her wheelchair. His eyes looked at Galuh who was still silent with eyes observing the rose and orchid garden that was in front of him.

“I'm glad you came here. I've been feeling lonely lately. Dave is always busy with his work,” grumbled Renita with a face showing his annoyance.

Galuh laughed and looked at Renita. “Renita, Dave's got a girlfriend huh?” ask Galuh who was curious.

“Know me he doesn't have it. The problem is that after she dated Reni, she had never dated anyone. He said he wanted to focus on work,” replied Renita, “why?” Renita asked with a confused face.

Galuh confirmed his sitting and looked at Renita with a face full of enthusiasm. “You know? Yesterday I saw him drive Alice home,” Galuh said with a cheerful face.

“Alice your child?” renita asked with her eyes fixed, as if in disbelief and got a nod from Galuh direction.

“I don't even know if he knows your son,” Renita said.

“Sama,” reply Galuh and back sit back relaxed. “I want him to be the same Dave. Looks like they fit. If Dave does not have a lover of course,” Galuh added staring at Renita sticky.

“Always Alice doesn't have a lover?”

Galuh. “Since she failed to get married, Alice chose not to be in a relationship with anyone. But yesterday he looked so happy when he was with Dave. So if you agree, I'll betroth Dave and Alice.”

Renita smiled at sennag. “I agree, but I'll ask Dave first. I don't want her to feel pressured by my hasty decision.”

“I will also inquire with Alice. But I'm sure he'll take it,” Galuh explained with a happy smile.

He was relieved to have said what had plagued his mind since yesterday. Next he returned engrossed in the conversation with Renita.

“Morning, Bara,” greet Alice with a cheerful face.

Bara who was just about to enter the room was forced to turn around and see Alice behind him with a cheerful face. Bara just kept quiet as usual and immediately opened the door of his room, ignoring Alice who had been staring at him since.

Alice sighed loudly when she saw that Bara was still cold with her. He thought that after Bara asked him yesterday about the news, the young man could already be warm like the others.

Alice saw Bara starting to enter the room immediately following her entry, making Bara frown confused.

“Why did you come here?” ask Bara with a flat face.

“I'm just saying I'm okay. Don't worry about me,” Alice said as she opened her arms wide, pointing out that she was fine.

“Terus?” bara asked while observing Alice's body which was fine.

Alice stopped moving and looked at Bara with an annoyed look. “Yesterday you will send a rich message if I am okay. Now I say that I'm fine,” explained Alice with an annoyed face.

Alice who heard the loud stomping of her feet and snorted was annoyed. “Serah,” Alice's chirps that instantly turn around.

Bara smiled faintly and looked at Alice who was already holding the doorknob. “Alice,” call her in a flat voice.

“What?” alice answered tightly and did not look at Bara at all.

“I'm glad you're happy. Happy work,” reply Bara who directly stared at the pile of files in front of him.

Alice who heard a happy smile and immediately opened the door, closing it tightly. “Yes, God, can have a heart attack every time Bara so,” Alice muttered while stroking her chest slowly which began to be unkillful.

“I think I'm crazy. I like Bara who is obviously four years under me? Crazy you're Alice, crazy,” grumbled Alice with a hand that slapped her cheek a few times.

Alice stepped inside the house with a smile on her cheek. All day he thought only of Bara who had made his heart always beat harder. It makes her feel so much happier than before.

“How about I say same Rika. Will he agree?” alice said to herself.

Alice was about to climb up the stairs to her room when Deheman's voice stopped her. Alice immediately stared at the sound and saw her parents standing looking at her.

“Mama with Papa at home? Alice thought not at home,” said Alice who undoed her intentions and greeted the two.

Surya smiled at the happy face of his son. “We're waiting for you. Can we talk to you for a minute?” surya asked for an opinion.

Alice looked at the two confusedly and nodded obediently. Galuh led Alice to sit on the family couch.

“What is this, Pa, Ma?” alice looked at her parents with a confused face.

Surya sighed slowly and looked at his son fixedly. “Darling, yesterday Mama saw you coming home with Dave. Mama said you were so happy with her. So, Mama asked Dave's parents and intended to betroth you two,” explained Surya made Alice immediately stunned.

“But, papa and mama want to ask first with you. Do you want to accept Dave or do you have other options? We don't force you, baby,” Surya added in a soft voice.

Alice who heard looked at Surya and Galuh alternately. He was still thinking about what to say. On the one hand he felt hesitant to accept, but on the other hand he was heavy to say no because the faces of his parents were staring expectantly.

Alice sighed softly and clasped both of her parents' hands, staring fixedly with a gentle smile. “If Mama and Papa want Alice how?” alice asked with a face.

Surya shook her head and stroked Alice's cheek with a hand that her son did not hold. “You will live and we want you to determine it.”

“But, people say parents will give their best to their children. So, Alice asked Mama and Papa. You want Alice how?” alice asked with a smile.

Surya sighed softly. “Papa wants you to accept him, baby. In addition to those of us who already know his family, Dave will also be good. Papa is sure he will make you happy.”

Alice who heard smiled widely and nodded. “Then Alice will receive it,” breaks Alice up with feelings hidden within.

“You sure, Alice? We are not forcing at all, ” Galuh said fearing her decision made Alice feel burdened.

Alice nodded steadily. “There's no harm in trying with new people, Ma. Dave is a good boy after all.”

“Thank God. Thank you,” said Surya while stroking slowly the child's hair.

Alice who snorted only smiled softly.
