Chapter 120 - Farewell

The God of Life and Death granted the request of Kron. They then raised one of their hands and moments later a gate appeared from the sky.

The gate emerged from the approaching clouds. The gate opened and from inside the gate came out two figures like angels.

"Your time is only 5 minutes" said the God of Life

"Use it as well as possible" said the God of Death

Kron was confused because he was met with two figures that he felt he had never met before. But after a while he only realized the meaning of the words of the two Gods.

"Cerber.. Sterben..?" said Kron who did not believe what he was thinking

The two angels opened their eyes. They blinked their eyes several times and then realized the figure in front of them.

They then immediately cheered happily and flew quickly to hug Kron. They cry in Kron's arms and Kron cries in both of them.

After a while they took off their embrace. Cerberus then asked the God of Life and Death what had happened to him and Sterben.

The two gods replied that Cerberus and Sterben were dead. Cerberus and Sterben were surprised, not because they were dead, but because they were able to meet Kron.

"Wait.. Then the fate of Kron ?!" cerberus

The God of Life and Death did not answer. Cerberus then approached the two Gods with emotion. Sterben then held Cerberus and Sterben asked the two Gods once more.

The two Gods replied that the fate of Kron was still ashes. Kron is at the bridge between life and death. Everything depended on the person in Essaract who was trying to save him.

Cerberus then shouted and once again tried to approach the God of Life. He asked why a God of Life and Death like the two of them could not decide to let Kron live alone.

The two Gods replied that their only duty was to determine who deserved to live and die justly and impartially, just because Kron is someone who is predicted as a Hero does not mean they can privilege themselves just like that.

Cerberus still did not accept the answer given by the two Gods. The two gods who had been furious went to Cerberus and then knocked their sticks to the ground.

Cerberus, Sterben, and Kron were moved to a beautiful garden. The park is more beautiful than any park in Essaract.

"Damn it! My question still hasn't been answered already play move just move !" cerberus said with annoyance

Sterben and Kron tried to calm Cerberus down.. After a while Cerberus began to calm down. Seeing Cerberus who was calm, Kron invited Cerberus and Sterben to walk for a while.

During their road trip, Kron tells Cerberus and Sterben that he has 3 questions.

The first question was about what happened to his body in Essaract. Cerberus and Sterben answered that Kron's body was already very sad even only the obligation can answer Kron's question if you want a pleasant answer.

Kron then asks if his friend was saved and they both answer that Kron managed to save his friend.

Kron was relieved and his smile grew wider. And Kron asked one last question. He asked the question and immediately made Cerberus and Sterben's cries break.

Cerberus and Sterben then knelt before Kron in tears. Kron then walked up to the two of them and hugged Cerberus and Sterben once more.

As they were grieving, Cerberus and Sterben's bodies slowly began to fade with the light surrounding him. Their bodies that were beginning to fade were carried to the sky.

"Your Majesty! We are so grateful to have lived with you !" shouted Sterben

"Kron! Thank you for accepting us demons !" cry Cerberus

"Yes! Thanks for everything !" yell out Kron

Cerberus and Sterben turned into light. The gate above the cloud appeared and opened. Both the light from Cerberus and Sterben entered the gate.

The gate closed and disappeared. Kron sat crying. When she cried loudly, the place changed. He went back to where he first came.

"Time is up" said the God of Life

"Yes, thank you" said Kron standing up and wiping away his tears.

It didn't take long for Kron's body to be carried to the sky. The pillar-shaped light ushered Kron's body into the sky.

"You are still given more time, Hero" said the God of Life

"Save the Essaract !" the two gods said with a thunderous

Kron nodded his head.

He slowly opened both eyes. When he opened his eyes he saw the Gods and the people he knew were already surrounding him.

"Kron !" yell out to everyone who surrounds Kron

Kron smiled faintly. Kron tries to sit up and is helped to stand by Meira. Kron then turned to the side and he saw the bodies of Cerberus and Sterben.

Her tears are flowing. The joyful atmosphere of Kron being saved turned to sorrow due to the cry of Kron. The day ends with Kron being rescued.

The next day Kron wakes up in a luxurious room. A room more luxurious than his room when in the palace or residence he made.

Kron sat on his bed. He remembered his dream. A dream in which he meets again with Cerberus and Sterben.

Kron pulled his snot and wiped his tears and stood up and changed his clothes. Clothes full of blood and holes he fold and trim.

He changed his clothes with typical Elf Race clothes. She held up for a while and tidied up her clothes and hair. And when he was tidying up his body the door to his room opened.

"Are you awake, Your Majesty ?" ask Gordon

"Yes, how long have I been asleep for ?" ask Kron

"Three days, Your Majesty." replied Gordon

Kron finished tidying up his clothes and walked out of his room. When he came out of his room he saw a scene like Essaract when it was still peaceful.

Kron is shocked and asks Gordon what happened, Gordon replies that the Gods turned the dark refuge into the place Kron is currently seeing.

Kron then took a short breath and sighed. He then asked Gordon to escort him to the place of the Gods. Gordon points his way and Kron follows Gordon from behind.

Kron looked around and he saw a place that was completely different from the one he knew. The place has really changed. The sorrow and hunger of the Elf Races and Dwarves were no more. There were only happy smiles emanating from their faces.

Even when Kron walked he had been accosted by people from the Elf Race and Dwarves. Kron was surprised but he still returned the greeting.

Kron spoke inwardly and said, "Look at Cerberus, Sterben, this place has really changed !" in his heart with spirit.

The cron stopped walking. He remembered that Cerberus and Sterben were no longer by his side. Gordon who noticed Kron stopped walking looked back.

"Your Majesty." said Gordon

Gordon realizes that Kron still cannot let go of Cerberus and Sterben.

"What's wrong, let's walk again" Kron said by trying to stiffen his body

Kron and Gordon walk again. After walking for a few minutes, they arrived in front of an extremely majestic and luxurious residence.

"Come, Your Majesty" said Gordon

The gate is open.
