Chapter 119 - The Decline of the Gods

"Where is Kron ?!" yell Hellian

Hellian's shout made a shockwave that pushed behind everyone who was in front of him. Rias, Raptor, Yuno, and the others were pushed back a few meters due to Hellian's shout.

Rexus who was kneeling from the beginning of Hellian's arrival and the others did not budge from his place. Rexus then advanced to face Hellian.

"Rexus, where's Kron ?" ask Hellian

Rexus just knelt down with tears in his eyes. Hellian who had gotten a bad feeling unleashed his strength to make everyone who saw him frightened.

"Hellian, calm down" said someone patting Hellian on the shoulder

A person with the appearance of an Elf yet with a luxurious crown on his head. Klire was surprised to see the figure and he immediately shouted commandingly for all the Elves to immediately prostrate.

"You stand up" said the Elf.

"Your race really knows how to treat its master huh" said someone from the horde

"Di-He..!" kuraraku said

"You bow down !" yell my Kuraku

Everyone from the Elf Race and the Dwarves prostrated. The people of the Race did not know why they had to prostrate. From the horde also came Iris and several other people. Rexus then raised his head.

"Welcome to Essaract, O Gods" said Rexus

Rexus' words shocked everyone in the place. Hellian then told everyone to stand up. Rexus then told Klire and Kuraraku to welcome the arrival of the Gods.

The welcoming party was quickly prepared. The Gods who were looking at the place then simultaneously cast a White Spell and instantly turned the dark place into a place like heaven.

Everyone was amazed by the power of the Gods. The place that was always pitch-black with the dead scenery where it arrived turned into a very beautiful place.

The tree tree tree instantly emerged from the ground and took out a ripe fruit, the black grass quickly turned green and the dark sky turned blue again.

The scenery that people had not seen for a long time from the Elf Race and Dwarf made them fall down happily. They thanked the Gods.

"Now, answer my question. Where's Kron ?" hellian asked Rexus who was kneeling before him

"Your Highness has been suicidal" replied Rexus.

Hellian then unleashed his power to make the surrounding ground crack and almost collapse.

"Your Majesty has been convulsed" said Rexus

"Pardon us, O God !" said Justin who immediately ran and kowtowed before Hellian and the other Gods

"Because we are, Kron must die !" justin said

His friend then ran and bowed before Hellian and the other Gods. They also said what Justin said.

"So.. You're the cause of Kron... die..?" ask Hellian

Justin and his friends could only bow in fear. Rias and Yuno who felt guilty also bowed down while apologizing and begging for forgiveness.

Regardless Hellian had already raised his sword and was ready to swing the sword whenever he wanted. Klire and Kuraraku then prostrated themselves and asked Hellian for forgiveness.

The emotion-filled Hellian paid no heed to the words from Rias and the others. When he was about to swing his sword, someone held Hellian's hand and prevented the swing of the sword.

"Hellian, calm yourself down" said someone with a blue jubsh with a gold stripe.

"Bullaford, put your hands away" said Hellian

"I'm sorry, but I can't" Bullaford said

'Damn !" said Hellian brandishing his other hand trying to hit the Bullaford

Bullaford then raised one hand and resisted Hellian's attack. The punch is strong enough so that it can make a strong wind that pushes someone thrown.

"Don't you remember if in this world all our powers were equal ?" bullaford

"Curtain" said Hellian

When Hellian and Bullaford were fighting, someone said that there were 2 very strong demon figures trying to run away with Kron's body.

"Hellians! Bullafords! I detected 2 demonic figures carrying bodies from the Kron !" ussehan

The gate was then opened and 2 demonic figures entered the gate opened by Ussehan. The two demons were Cerberus and Sterben.

Cerberus and Sterben fell immediately after passing through the gate opened by Ussehan. Ussehan closed the gate and the Gods went straight to Cerberus and Sterben.

"Ah. ah." said Cerberus and Sterben

"You people! Where's Kron ?!" ask Hellian

"De-God." said Cerberus opening his hand

From behind Cerberus' hand, Kron appears unconscious. A body full of wounds even hands and feet that have been broken one and a body that is almost divided into two.

Iris quickly cast a healing spell on Kron. Hellian then yelled out to anyone who could use a healing Spell to help Iris heal Kron's wounds.

Meira was surprised. Then he immediately ran to the place of Kron and he was surprised and almost vomited to see the state of Kron at that time. He calms himself down and tries as much as possible to help Iris heal Kron's wounds.

The person who was before Hellian and the other Gods still did not move. They can only be silent and look from afar hoping that the state of Kron is good.

"Can't we just use that spell ?" ask Bullaford

"No, had we used the Body-swapping Spell then the Kron would have instantly run out of energy and died instantly" Iris replied

"Cerberus! Sterbens! Hang on, I'll call Derowe !" hellian

"De.wa.please save our master." said Cerberus who began to lose consciousness.

Their bodies and blood flowing out quickly made their lives inexorable. Kron's life is still ashes, his life is still between life and death.

In another realm.

Kron opened his eyes slowly. He stood up immediately in surprise. He saw 2 figures with plain white and plain red appearance. Kron walked slowly closer to the two of them.

"You.. Who's ?" ask Kron

"You.. Kron isn't ?" ask someone with a white appearance

"Y-Yes." replied Kron

"We are the God of Life and Death and the God of Heaven and Hell" said the God of Death

"You are now on the border leading to the realm of eternal life, or what is referred to as life after death" said the God of Life

"That's so. my friend! What about them ?!" ask Kron

"They saved you" answered the God of Life

"But the two figures who continue with you must fall when saving you" said the God of Death

"Two figures..? Cerberus.. and Sterben..?" ask Kron

The God of Life and Death did not answer what. Kron then falls and blames himself. He blames himself for not being able to protect the lives of Cerberus and Sterben. He was too busy thinking about his self-sacrifice to forget that there would be two figures who would continue to be with him and willing to die for him.

With his body sitting limp he raised his head to face the God of Life and Death. With a blank look he asked them.

"Can.. can I see them again ?" ask Kron
