45. Looking Monika

Jovando just got home from work. With tired and lightheaded conditions. He even walked out of the parking lot with a step that was hoping after this Monika would welcome him warmly as usual. Unfortunately Jovando was injured by his own expectations.

When Jovan steps into the house he only finds his two sons playing with his nanny without her mother. Jovan immediately asked, but the nanny who knew nothing was only able to apologize and say by suppressing her fear. Only once did he see the anger of his master and it was so frightening that he would rather be asked to leave than be in his current place.

“Bi, pack a shirt for Tirta sama Genta. Bibi too, come with me to Indonesia now,” said Jovan after hearing an explanation from her children's nanny.

Jovan was busy calling here. Starting from Papa, Mama, Jevan, Junius, his two in-laws, even Monik parents he contacted. No one knows where Monica is. He was even sprayed by his two in-laws. Jovan immediately booked a plane ticket and took her two children to the airport. Jovan tries to call his twin brother Rere but no one answers his call. Jovan turns on the bike and heads to Jevan's office. When he gets to the office, he sees the Cedar he knows is his twin brother's assistant. Jovando approached her before she could enter the boutique.

He returns to take his motorcycle to Junius' house. Actually he was a bit pessimistic, because Jovando knew that Junius and Lia would not be at home at these hours. Junius must have been languishing in the office while Lia was at school. In fact, he's right. Jovan only meets Lia's parents who are playing with the twins on the porch while bribing her.

He simply drowned the medicine he bought earlier with the help of water that half he poured into the head to cool the tubers that felt so hot burning. When he was about to go to the Bantul area, his phone rang and showed his youngest sister's name on the screen. Without a second thought Jovando raised it intending to ask the whereabouts of Monika.

“Mas, Papa is in the hospital. Can't go home? Soon,” said Junius before Jovan even opened his mouth.

“What?!”

“Papa entered the ICU this morning, if Mas has wak...”.

“Mas to it now.”

Jovan's mind was distracted. Hearing the news of his father getting into the hospital made him confused and scared. At full speed he headed to his Papa stub hospital and looked for where his Papa was. There was Mama who accompanied Papa in the ICU room while Junius was outside. Junius has explained why Papa can go to the hospital and it makes Jovan want to cry even more.

“Papa passed out this morning and fell in the bathroom. The doctor said Papa had a stroke. His condition has improved but not yet realized,” said Junius full of worries.
