Chapter 8: Suspicious Drugs

"May I ask you something?" scarlett asked as she helped dry her husband's hair.

As always, Ethan's bathing routine is his duty as a wife. Although Ethan always refuses to be helped by Scarlett, in the end the woman still manages to force Ethan to take a bath with her. Scarlett will not relinquish the duties she thinks she deserves as a wife. She does not want to enjoy the help of grandfather freely, at least she must be filial and useful to her husband.

"When do you ask permission to ask? Usually just talk, right?" tepis Ethan with a facial expression that still looks annoyed.

The woman was really firm and unyielding. Makes her anxious because she has to bathe the woman every day. Moreover, the woman liked the naughty lyrics to him.

"Why is my attempt to be a good wife not being praised, anyway? It should be nice for his wife to ask permission politely" Scarlett said in a contrived tone.

Ethan just rolled his lazy eyes. "Tell me what you want!"

Scarlett was silent for a moment. He thought of a series of words worth saying. "Em, can't I see my sister next weekend? I haven't seen him in a long time" he asked in a slightly off-putting tone.

Ethan just remembered that Scarlett still has a sister. He thinks because his father has run away, Scarlett Tal needs to deal again with his old life. He knows from his grandfather that Scarlett's sister is still in high school and lives in a dorm.

"Can't you?" ask Scarlett again.

"Wait for my schedule to go blank, I'll take you to meet your sister" replied Ethan.

Scarlett looked sculpted, the answer she received exceeded her expectations. "You ... Want to accompany me?" tanyanya.

Ethan stared at the glass until he looked at Scarlett's eyes behind him. "Why indeed? I can't see him either? She's my sister-in-law,"

Scarlett laughed a little. "Ah, may ... Of course it can be ..." he doesn't want Ethan to change his decision. Hearing the man agree to his will was already something extraordinary.

The door of the room was knocked, a servant came in carrying a tray of water and medicine. He walked closer to them.

Scarlett was always curious about the waiter. Every day three times the waiter must have come to give Ethan some medicine. Though he had offered to replace his duties, but the mother-in-law refused. He is suspected of trying to do something to Ethan. The matter of medicine should not be entrusted to him.

"Sir, please take the medicine" said the waiter, offering the medicine.

"Thank you."

Ethan then took the two pills given at once in front of the servant.

Scarlett looked at the waiter with a thin suspicious smile.

"Alright, Sir. Excuse me first" said the waiter.

"What medicine is it?" scarlett asked as she combed Ethan's hair that had been dried.

"It's a doctor's medicine. Didn't you see me taking my medicine a lot?" ethan was astonished that suddenly the wife asked like that.

"Haha ... Maybe they're afraid you're going to increase your dose and make me die" Ethan joked.

Scarlett was grieving, the husband again upset her. "If I'm that bad, there's no way Grandpa would like me and marry you" he grumbled. He was only worried about the man in front of him.

Ethan smiled comfortedly with the annoyed facial expression Scarlett showed. The woman is funny when upset. His lips were slightly weaved like a monkey child.

"I'm just kidding, you're a good person!" ethan said, persuading the woman to stop being upset.

Scarlett looked away with a still upset feeling. Ethan makes a big smile again.

"Scarlett, look at my cheek. This is what, huh?" ethan asked, pointing to his cheek.

Scarlett had to turn back and observe him. "Where? What's what?" he felt astonished that there was nothing strange about the cheek.

"Ck! Look carefully ... It must be that you are not washing my face, ", Ethan said.

Scarlett looked back until she narrowed her eyes, guessing what was wrong with that cheek. When he was caught off guard, suddenly the man turned his head and kissed her cheek. Scarlett was sculpting and widening her eyes.

"Joking ..." - Ethan chuckles as he manages to prank Scarlett.

Women who feel annoyed at the same time wrong behavior finally choose to go away. Although the kiss was joking, but managed to make his face red. He doesn't want Ethan to tease him more. He better get out of the room for a while.

"He's a crazy guy as well. If I'm hooked, I just know how he feels!" he muttered to himself. He was still trying to neutralize his flowery feelings.

At once, Scarlett saw the shadow of the servant who always brought the medicine for Ethan passing by. Curiosity has reappeared. He quietly followed the servant carefully and cautiously.

Surprisingly, the waiter was like walking towards the back. Scarlett thought the waiter was going back to the waiter's place, but turned to turn towards the back exit.

The servant also seemed to be looking around the situation before stepping up. The waiter came out through the back door.

"Why that waitress? Why not go in front?" Scarlett kept wondering in her heart.

He continued to follow the suspicious waiter, until finally he lost track because the waiter turned out to have picked up his friend by the side of the road.

"Something must be wrong!" guess Scarlett.

He was a little disappointed not to catch the waiter. However, just as he was about to return, his eyes found something in the trash kiln. Through the dim lights that are nearby, it appears that the object is still newly discarded.

Scarlett picked it up, it turned out to be a packet of medicine.

"Is this the drug Ethan always takes?" muttered.
