Chapter 1: Anything For Money

Something that looked healthy and vibrant stood upright between the two legs of the man. Scarlett was speechless. This was the first time he had seen such a thing in person. He thought it would be paralyzed like its owner.

'Waow, amazing, ' he murmured inwardly.

"Is this your goal to help me take a shower? Turns out you're a cabvl woman, yeah!" insinuate the man. Realizing hers was in the limelight, she covered it with both hands. If he's in good health, he's already kicked her out of there.

It all starts here ....

That night, the famous night entertainment place called ‘The Club’ has a fairly large number of visitors. All the waiters working there seemed busy delivering orders. Scarlett is no exception, an employee who has only been working there for the last three months to repay the debt left by her father.

Scarlett's life could indeed be said to be suffering. After his mother died, his father became a gambling man and intoxicated. Even now run away leaving hundreds of millions of debts that Scarlett inevitably bears. In fact, Scarlett also needs a fee for her college and her sister's high school.

“Scarlett, deliver this drink to room number 34!” order Teijo who is the butler there.

One of the men held Scarlett's hand as she was about to leave.

“Sorry, sir, I have to return to deliver another order,” reject Scarlett in a polite tone.

The man developed a smile. His gaze was like a mes um man observing Scarlett's appearance from toe to head.

“Hey, Regan, don't overdo it, she looks scared. Just let go of him,” pinta his friend who was sitting while hugging two women sek si beside him. His words made others laugh, as if Scarlett was now a toy.

Instead of listening to his friend's words, the man pulled Scarlett's hand into his lap.

“Sorry, sir, this has violated the rules,” Scarlett said firmly. Even though he wanted to work there, he did not want to carelessly touch it. He doesn't sell himself like the women there. He was trying to escape from the brazen man he met tonight.

“Already, Regan. There are many other women. It seems that he did not open a special service for visitors. Later we can get into trouble,” reprimands his other friend considering Regan's outrageous sydah.

Regan won't listen to anyone. His gaze focused on the woman who was now on his lap. The first time I saw her, she was already in love.

“You're so sweet. How much should I buy your time tonight? Just mention it, I'll give you what you asked for,” persuade Regan. He is an ambitious type of man, what he wants to get. Including that woman.

“Sorry, sir. I'm not like that,” please Scarlett.

The man grinned. “Really? In clothes like this you want to consider yourself holy? Don't be a big salesman, I'm bidding on your price for last night,” he said.

The man's hand couldn't wait to stroke his smooth thigh. Scarlett lost her temper when that hand touched her body.

“Basic brash!” maki Scarlett raised her fist with all her might until the man fell down.

Since then he has tried to be patient and polite, but his guests are getting outrageous. Scarlett's actions against made everyone dumbfounded.

“Can't keep your manners? You think everything can be earned with money?” Scarlett's still nagging annoyed.

The man was holding his face that was hit. His pain incised a deep resentment in the heart until he did not accept it. “Fucking woman!” his screeches. He was about to attack Scarlett, but was stopped by his friends.

A while later, the club manager came after hearing a complaint about the commotion. He apologizes to the customers and brings Scarlett into his room.

“Hah, you are a new employee but have repeatedly provoked customer emotions. If this continues, your father's debt will not be settled because you have harmed my business,” said the manager while smoking his cigarette.

“I don't intend that, Om. He was already insolent hold-hold the thigh, time want me to let?” Scarlett was trying to defend herself.

The man who is familiarly called Om Burhan sighed and then returned to smoking his cigarette. “You should be able to subtly refuse, there is no need to punch. If he reports to the police it could trouble us.”

“I did, Om. That person is indeed outrageous to think all employees here can he buy to sleep.”

“Hah, yes you have! Maybe you really can not I hire here,” said Om Burhan resigned.

“Yah, Om... don't be like that. I need this job,” Scarlett's pleading.

“You how? If you keep working here, I can go broke!” answer Om Burhan.

Scarlett. He has already resigned to his manager's decision.

Seeing Scarlett makes Om Burhan feel sorry. He actually could not bear to let Scarlett be miserable. But, Scarlett's father already owed him a large sum of money.

“How about you work as a maid?” ask Om Burhan.

Scarlett raised her head. Like there was a glimmer of hope left.

“My friend said he needed a maid who could work diligently and painstakingly to take care of his seventy-year-old grandfather. I think you're better suited than working here. Moreover, grandfather was from a rich family, the salary offered was also good. If you are interested, the salary will be divided in half, partly to repay your father's debt,” said Om Burhan.

“I want! I can!” answer Scarlett steady. He knew only with a High School diploma, he could not choose a job. Om Burhan has been very good all this time giving him a job that suits his abilities as well as his time.

Om Burhan's friend takes Scarlett to a mansion whose breadth may be on par with a football field. So big that it makes him dumbfounded. The house was like a palace with a large courtyard and garden.

“Here!” bring Om Burhan's friend.

Scarlett followed her footsteps towards the building that was separated from the main building. In the complex of the house it is like divided into several adjacent buildings. The waiter who works there even wears a nice uniform, showing how rich the family is.

“Mari in,”

A well-appointed man welcomed their arrival and invited the two into the old-fashioned building. In the room, there is a comfortable room. A grandfather was lying there with an infusion hose attached to his hand. Scarlett felt that grandfather was what Om Burhan meant, the grandfather she was going to take care of.

“Master, the new waiter for you has arrived,” said the man.

Scarlett flashed a smile, greeting and a friendly impression towards the man. “Good day, Grandpa, introduce my name Scarlett,” he said.

Grandfather just smiled and nodded.

Om Burhan's friend is gone. Scarlett is left with a man who is a personal assistant grandfather named Theo. Scarlett was told about her grandfather's disease condition which turned out to be suffering from colon cancer. Theo also explained what foods can and should not be given to grandfather.

The explanation is easy to understand.

Scarlett was given a special room for shelter while working there. The room is close to Grandpa's. Scarlett only works from day to night to take care of grandfather as agreed, because Scarlett's morning still has to go to college.
