32. What Happened to Haifa?

Haifa just finished morning prayers. But his body felt lazy to move, so Haifa decided to go back to sleep.

As usual after dawn prayers Vishnu stopped by the kitchen to meet his wife. But when Vishnu stood at the kitchen door he did not see Haifa.

“Bi, Haifa where?” Ask Vishnu to Bi Siti.

“Not here yet, Den. Probably still in the room,” Bi Siti replied.

Vishnu immediately returned to his room. He saw Haifa sleeping while playing with her cell phone. Vishnu approached Haifa.

“Why you?” Vishnu asked while rubbing Haifa's hair.

“Haifa again lazy to do, Mas,” Haifa replied.

“Rest, maybe you're sapping,” said Vishnu.

“Let's not have to deliver food, let Mr. Tono deliver food,” said Vishnu.

“Iya, Mas.”

Then Vishnu got ready to go to the office.

Vishnu came down from his room to the dining room. There was already Mr. Broto and Ms. Deswita who were having breakfast.

“Loh, Which haifa?” Ask Mother Deswita when she saw Vishnu was not accompanied by Haifa.

“There's in the room. Haifa again lazy to do anything,” replied Vishnu while taking rice.

“What is he sick?” Asked Deswita's mother with worry.

“Haifa didn't do anything. Just lazy again,” replied Vishnu.

“Later Mamah look, maybe there is something Haifa feels,” said Ms. Deswita.

After finishing breakfast, Vishnu returned to his room to say goodbye to Haifa before leaving for the office. When Vishnu went into Haifa's bedroom. Vishnu sat on the bedside and kissed Haifa's forehead. Suddenly Haifa woke up.

“Mas done breakfast?” Ask Haifa.

“Already. Earlier, Mas had told Bi Nani to deliver breakfast to the room,” said Vishnu.

“Eh..not necessary, Mas. Let Haifa take it yourself,” Haifa said.

“It's okay, you just rest in the room,” said Vishnu.

“Mas gone, yes.”

Vishnu kissed his wife's forehead.

“Waalaikumsalam,” says Haifa.

Vishnu also came out of his room. Shortly after Vishnu left, Bi Nani came to bring him breakfast for Haifa.

“Why are you, Haifa? Does anyone hurt?” Bi Nani asked worriedly

“Haifa is okay, Kok Bi. It's just that Haifa feels lazy to do anything,” Haifa replied.

“Are you late for the month?” Ask Bi Nani.

“Haifa don't know, Bi. Haifa forgot the last date of her period ,” Haifa replied.

“Ya, already. Now you just rest. If there is anything call Aunty,” said Bi Nani.

“Iya, Bi. Thank you,” said Haifa.

“Aibi to the kitchen first, do not forget to spend the hope!” said Bi Nani.

“Iya, Bi,” Haifa replied.

Then Bi Nani came out of Haifa's room. In front of Haifa's room was already Mother Deswita who was waiting for Bi Nani.

“How, Bi?” Asked Deswita's mother anxiously.

“Haifa doesn't remember her last menstrual date. But my feeling is saying Haifa is late,” Bi Nani replied.

“Ya. Later please buy a test pack from various brands,” said Ibu Deswita.

“For what to buy a lot, Mom? Just one more. If most will be redundant,” said Bi Nani.

Bi Nani went back to the kitchen. Deswita's mother went into Haifa's room to see Haifa.
