The Love Story of Children Santri

The Love Story of Children Santri
Chapter 26- Back to the Mumps

Eve and Joseph had arrived at the boarding house of An-nur. The first sight that is seen is the appearance of the activities of the students who are resting.

Joseph did not wait until the morning to deliver his brother. That same afternoon Joseph went straight to the city of Bogor. Where is the pesantren.

Some of the students were relaxing, chatting and joking. There are also those who are busy memorizing, maybe those who are being chased by their teacher.

Joseph's car stopped in front of Kiyai's house. Very lazy Eve to come down, if not forced because of her brother.

"Eve come down!"

"Sister!"

"Don't rich kid, let's go down. You want brother to send to cairo?"

"Sister! That's all that's discussed," grumbled Eve upset, then got off the car with the expression of throbbing lips.

Joseph gave a choice, if Eve did not want to go back to the cottage Joseph would send Eve to cairo, where Joseph took his education. Of course Eve didn't want that to happen.

Joseph and Eve said their greetings before entering Kiyai's house. It just so happens that Umm Khodijah and Kiyai and Adam are outside.

Joseph and Eve sat on the sofa that was available. Umm Khodijah stepped into the kitchen to bring them food and drinks.

Two cups of Ummi tea put on the table did not forget the taro sponge that has been presented he treats.

"Please drink, sorry not in jamu anything," said Khodijah who had been sitting on the sofa.

"Thank you Ummi" said Yusuf and sipped a cup of tea as well as Eve.

"Mother Marwah didn't come?" ask Khodijah who did not see Marwah.

Joseph kept his cup of tea and answered Khodijah's words. "Mama is not well. So Joseph left it to his brothers because if there was no one to look after him at home. Because Joseph also has to focus on the company."

"Yes, yeah. May your mother recover soon. O yes, Eve is about to start mumps again?"

"Yes, anyway if there's no one at home to look after her."

"It is not I who will but brother Joseph," protested Eve who still did not accept if she was sent again to the cottage.

Joseph simply shook his head while exhaling his coarse breath. He understood how his sister behaved.

"What did you hear Mama say? What did you say on the phone?"

"Yes-yes."

Marwah and Eve had a chance to talk even though only by telephone. And Marwah advised to always obey her brother. Back to the cottage and settled in the cottage.

"O yes Ummi where is Mr Kiyai?" Just as Joseph asked, from the outside came the sound of greeting like the voice of Kiyai and Adam.

When it turned out to be true, Kiyai Abdullah and Adam were stepping towards him.

"Assalamualaikum," they said their greetings and sat down to join together.

Yusuf asked about the departure of Mr. Kiyai earlier. However, kiyai only replied 'There's a short affair' always that's what Kiyai said. Even though his face looks unhealthy.

Kiyai also turned to Eve he was happy because Eve had returned to her cottage.

"Is it starting to go in again?"

"Yes, Mr. Kiyai." Joseph answered. Eve remained silent.

"How are you Yusuf?"

"Good God."

"Ummi take Eve to the hostel or call Ustadzah Lili to deliver."

"No need, I can do it myself. But ... Can Ustadz Adam bring me my stuff?"

Adam was stuck when his name was called. For the first time there was a disciple commanding him. Adam still remembers the incident when Eve fainted. The feeling returned he felt if the views of the two of them met.

Adam did not know what that feeling was, a feeling he had not felt at all.

"Save it there later I bring it," said Adam who immediately turned his face away.

Joseph looked at Eve with annoyance. For him, his brother's attitude was very disrespectful. He commands the teacher as he pleases.

"There is no need for Adam to let me take him" Yusuf said.

But in Kiyai's argument. Who called a cabin attendant to bring Eve's suitcase.

"Adam can we talk?" bargain Yusuf. Adam just nodded then they both came out to talk while looking at the cottage area.

"Aby what did the police say?"

"They'll take care of it soon."

"Thank God, but Ummi's still afraid of Aby."

"Here, don't think too much. There is still God protecting us."

Umm Khodijah was so agitated. His family is currently not okay. There is someone who threatens and terrorizes this family, no matter what that person means who has malicious intentions towards Kiyai and her family.

Like this morning they got a shipment in the form of a chicken carcass that smells very pungent. A few days ago they were terrorized.

A box containing a miniature of a pesantren that is as percis with its pesantren, the miniature is in a state of disintegration or collapse.

There might be someone who wants to see his boarding house destroyed. But Kiyai, Ummi and Adam remained calm not to say the terror to others.

But something scared them. If that man threatens his students.

"Don't daydream," Kiyai scolded his wife. "Aby go to the room first want to be ready soon magrib time."

"Yes By. Ummi wants to take a few first," said Ummi who cleaned the dirty cup of his former banquet.

Kiyai stepped towards her room.just opened the door already presented with a foul and rancid smell coming from inside her room.

"Astagfirullah aladzim."

Kiyai was shocked when she saw the amount of blood that soaked the floor of her room.

The question is, where did the blood come from?

"About mm …."

Khodijah intended to call her husband, but the smell of carnation immediately smelled as the hand covered her nose. At this moment the gaze of khodijah was fixed on the red viscous liquid that filled the contents of his room.

"Aby what's blood? It stinks."

"Aby doesn't know either."

"Ummi's feeling of cleaning the room there's no blood."

"Now we clean up. Don't tell anyone, especially Adam."

Ummi immediately brought a mop and cleaned the blood stains one by one. However, Kiyai forbade Ummi to clean up the remaining bloodstains that were in front of him.

At first Ummi was confused, but still according to. After the floor was cleared, Kiyai began to sit in front of the blood, reciting prayers of practice that he knew.

Ummi just sat on his bed watching Kiyai recite a prayer for the blood. After it was finished, Kiyai asked Ummi to clean it up.

"Who would do this? What purpose?"

"At Ummi, we leave it to Allah Ta'ala. Now Aby wants to go to the mosque soon magrib."

"Wait for Aby, Ummi will join the congregation in the mosque."

Ummi's fear cannot be covered. Even though he was in a santri neighborhood and had a husband of a cleric, he still felt afraid when it came to things like this.

Because, the person who dzolim will not know when it comes, it could be when he alone comes again various shipments.

"Yes, get ready Aby wait outside."

Khodijah immediately brought his face and alphabet and left his room.
