Chapter 31 – Siding With Him

Denis immediately put up his body to hide Aura behind him.

"It's none of your business I'm close to who." Denis stared intently at his two friends, they were friends who kept asking Denis to have fun with them.

The man touched Denis' shoulder. "Hey bro, this isn't you. This girl–." The man's words were interrupted when the hand that wanted to touch Aura was firmly gripped by Denis.

"Don't touch her." Denis looked really angry. Aura remained hidden behind Denis. Aura felt behind the man she was now very safe.

"Hei-hei bro relax, you usually don't like this." Denis let go of his hand violently.

"From today on I'll stop having fun with you." Denis said, stopping playing with them means breaking the friendship rope.

"Only for the sake of the girl?" his friend still did not accept it.

"I don't care about the two of you, being friends with you all along is nothing good I've got." Denis said, he became like before because of the bad influence of his friends.

"Oh one more thing, don't try to put your hands on my future wife." Denis' words made Aura embarrassed half to death, even Aura to the point of not realizing that her hand was gently pulled by Denis took her away from the place and went home.

Denis' friends were flabbergasted not to believe Denis's remarks just now. The two of them could only be flabbergasted at Denis's distant back.

Denis' words were heard by a student who accidentally eavesdropped on their conversation. He really did not expect if Denis said Aura was his future wife.

The aura that had just come to his campus that morning was a little confused. When many people stare at him cynically, not even from his own faculty.

Let alone the children from his faculty, sharp gazes and trash throws suddenly landed on Aura's face.

"It doesn't pant." The murmured of someone who was through him bumping into Aura's shoulder from behind. Now they were blatantly disturbing Aura.

"Definitely Denis kidding me?" a voice rang out as several students and university students gathered to talk about Aura while staring at her unhappily.

"Don't the rumors have spread." Inner Aura he looked down feeling guilty. Aura's phone rang a few times, there were a lot of messages coming into her phone. Various threatening messages, which Aura did not want to read at all. Aura only noticed the notifications that kept popping up, her phone was successfully tracked by the people from her faculty.

Denis immediately seized the phone belonging to Aura who he touched while pensive.

"Hey, what the hell. Give me back my phone." Aura immediately turned around and saw Denis reading Aura's message.

"Curtain, these people. Exorbitant." Denis was upset, seeing the threatening message, Denis was really angry.

"Here you go, give it back here." Pinta Aura's. "They can get my phone number, can I just change it." Thought Aura, her phone hasn't been returned by Denis at all. Denis is still busy fiddling with the phone.

"This I give it back." Denis smiled in response to Aura.

"You didn't do anything weird to my phone." Aura was suspicious while receiving her phone back.

"Of course not" said Denis casually, "but the people who bother you, I have to teach them a lesson." Denis murmured he was still upset his words were not listened to by Aura, Aura was more curious what Denis had done on his phone earlier.

"There's no one I'm gonna let hurt this girl." Denis's inner gaze stared at Aura's back

"I'm sorry, because of me you're a gossipy subject too." Aura was a little sad.

"You're not wrong Aura, they're wrong. Don't think. I'll always be on your side until those people accept our relationship." Denis said sure, Aura can only sigh.

Denis took his cell phone out of his pocket and he typed in some numbers that he didn't know who he was sending.

"Those people should get their own lessons and I'll make sure no one will dare to bother you again. You don't need to know Aura, because if you knew you'd be mad at me." Thought Denis put his phone in his pocket again and this time offset his steps with Aura.

"Tumben you want to walk behind me?" ask Aura.

"Why laugh?"

"Are you learning how to fight people?" Aura was still chuckling.

"Originally happy, a thousand flocks I'll give you."

"Jeez Denis-Denis, if your brain is that thin it can make a thousand waves."

"Heee, are you underestimating me?"

"No, I'm sure Denis is the greatest." Aura said but she still responded laughing.

"I didn't know you were now mocking or praising me."

"Mockful maybe."

"But I feel commendable for being insulted by you that I love."

"Yeah!" inner Aura wanted to shout in excitement when she saw the gentle expression of Denis who was beside her. The aura even to the point of throwing his face in another direction for the sake of looking remained as usual.

"You didn't expect me to be interested in him, and forget about my ex so soon." Thought Aura, she remembered with Riyan again, but not as painful as some time ago.

"Ah, may I embrace you Aura?" Denis asked permission.

The aura instantly dodged a few steps away.

"Ah~ Okay-okay I won't do it, I will continue to be patient." Denis said, Aura smiled happily because Denis wanted to understand about him.

"Thank you for listening to me." Denis blushed.

"What's wrong?" aura asked confusedly.

"Let's go to class. I'll be your shield if anyone bothers you, or I hire a bodyguard?"

"Hey Denis you're too much."

"But you are important to me. If so many people know like this. You do need a bodyguard."

"I just want to run my college days normally, who are you really?" ask Aura at last. "Hey I'm so scared, because this relationship of ours seems to be putting my life at risk."

"I will take care of you Aura, with my own life."

"Geez, you learned from nowhere." Aura did not believe.

"I'm serious Aura." Denis' gaze made Aura speechless.

"If you find out my secret, you won't let me go again." Denis said, Aura sweat at her temple hesitating.

"I feel like I'm getting acquainted with the most important person in the world." Aura said origin.

"It seems your words are true."

"Well?!" Aura surprised.

"I won't explain it here, there are a lot of people eavesdropping." Denis continued to speak slowly.

"I don't want to know who you are either, I'm not ready yet." Aura put on a gloomy face now.

"Hahaha, I'll tell you slowly. Let's not be surprised." Denis has made his decision.

"Even if you refuse, you won't listen to me." Said Aura throwing her face the other way, it might have been her destiny to be together with the man beside her. Since there was Denis beside her at the moment there was no one who dared to disturb Aura anymore.
