Chapter 24 – Close to Others

Aura today will be working on a report assigned to her and one of her friends. This time he was paired with a man who happened to be yesterday also did not enter the same course as Aura.

Both felt left behind their lessons they both decided to look for references in the library. Moreover, the information they get is only from a brief explanation of their classmates.

Their lecturers are among the cruel among other lecturers. This lecturer had the heart to give lessons to his students who were not present in his class and his leniency only gave them the task in groups like now, even if it is not sick or other interests with an official letter though. The goal is that they do not leave the courses that he taught again.

Aura even regretted not forcing herself to attend the lecturer's lecture hours, lucky that she understood what task she had to do now.

Be the two of them now stuck in a task lacking explanation. Aura was seen discussing with the man. The name of the man is Fandi who yesterday asked the reference book to Aura. They left the class together.

Incidentally, Denis also dropped out of class with a book he appeared to be studying. Beside him was a woman who was talking to him, apparently he was also studying the eyes of his college student who missed yesterday and the girl was explaining everything to Denis.

He noticed Aura who was talking to Fandi. Fandi who holds a thick book of their references before looking for others in the library, Aura looks mediocre with Fandi who is a member of his group, he talks like a friend. But Fandi only slightly inclined her body to be in harmony with the height of Aura so that the girl can see the book she holds Aura looked at comfortably.

It made Denis unhappy, because he thought they were both too close. Denis becomes unaware that there is now a woman who is also attached to his side. Aura had seen that, but she didn't care. It was common for Aura to see such a sight since she knew Denis.

Suddenly a group of students who were in the opposite direction memepet Aura and Fandi because the hallway is not wide enough to accommodate everyone who passed, as a result of the incident Fandi finally shifted and attached his body to Aura.

Denis who had been walking behind Aura who happened to be a destination wanted to go to the library as well, saw that from behind Aura was very upset. Moreover seeing the mediocre Aura after that incident, he still paid attention to the book held by Fandi.

In fact no one realized it, actually Aura had gasped in shock because suddenly Fandi stuck to him, but because she realized what really happened Aura just understood it.

Finally Denis who could not stand the closeness of the two men chose to approach them both. As for the girl he was with, he did not care about the girl.

"Aura, did you forget our agreement." Denis suddenly appeared.

"Huh? What the hell, I want to do my group job again know not. I missed my mat yesterday and he's my group mate." Aura said directly, already knew the meaning of Denis about his agreement and made Fandi a little confused by their conversation. Denis just stared at Fandi sharply.

"Ha-hello," Fandi greeted Denis awkwardly.

"That's Fan, go on again. Don't mind him." Aura told Fandi to go first.

"You understand now, I want to learn not because of your selfishness that makes me threatened to fail in my scheme." Aura left Denis too, Aura did not understand Denis as it was said to be jealous of him either, Aura could not understand it. Denis isn't who he's got no real right to be jealous.

"Is it okay Aura?" ask Fandi on the sidelines they're looking for a book.

"What?" confused Aura.

"What's? She jealous? Maybe more precisely he just doesn't want to be rivaled, I actually realize sometimes I ignore him. But, I used to behave like that with other people. Yeah, you understand a guy like him must be feeling rivaled." Fandi knows that Denis is a popular person that everyone likes that's what Aura means.

"Package your nature is like that from there. You're a really ignorant person, time doesn't understand."

"Yaps you're exactly I'm a bad person, if that's not important to me."

"But in retrospect after being close to you, you're a talkative person, too, not what he looks like."

"Well that's how I am, if you want to be familiar then I'll be familiar too. If you don't want me to not care either." Aura and Fandi had suddenly become familiar, their unclear talk could be digested both by Fandi. Fandi seems to have understood the nature of Aura.

"Here we go, continue what we are looking for. Didn't finish the report if you keep talking." Fandi nodded.

Apparently, Denis eavesdropped on their conversation, the girl who followed him had no idea where to go.

"Did he say it wasn't important, did I? Look out for you Aura." Inner Denis was upset that hearing Aura saying that not caring about him meant that he was an insignificant person. Denis eavesdropped behind the bookshelf next to him.

Hearing the word jealous or rivaled, Denis did not know which one was right. In Denis's mind, he did not want anyone to rival him in conquering women, but in his heart he was jealous that Aura was close to the others. Whichever is true of his heart or mind. Denis foolishly remained ignorant because his mind did not want to justify his heart and his heart did not also justify his thoughts. But, the point is that Denis is now jealous. It's just that he keeps denying it.

Still in the library Denis sat in his favorite place and from afar he noticed the closeness of Aura and Fandi. They both sit side by side and occasionally seem very close when they are typing on the same laptop, when sharing opinions about the formulas they want to use.

Seeing that Denis wanted to get angry and came to separate them, but considering Aura had already said that she was working on a group task. Denis could not do anything, wanted to be angry with the reason for feeling rivaled. It would even make Aura feel no sympathy for him if it happened.

Wanting to say jealous, Denis was unsure of his own feelings. For a long time he had never felt jealous. Jealousy for Denis could not be distinguished by his rival feelings.

However, long after noticing those who looked closer and closer, Denis had begun to lose his mind. He seems jealous but doesn't understand it.

"Should I make Aura be in the same class as me, so that there would be no more men close to her, just me. Why am I so sorry. Did Aura also feel the same way when I was close to another woman like that." Think Denis.

Then he remembered Aura's expression when he caught her holding many women. The wrinkled face looks disgusted with the striped nose man clearly visible on his face and the severity of Denis just realized it, it was, if his nature like that continues how Aura would be interested in him just record it as a dream man does not. Although Denis is so perfect entirely but not his heart, it is very clear expression did not like Aura to see the behavior of Denis very bad.
